Background
One of the most common problems in biopsy procedures is that prior biopsy handling reagent bottles require to be opened and placed into the biopsy tissue to be examined when in use, and liquids such as formalin, which are irritating and adversely affect the human body, are volatilized as liquid vapors, which poses personal and health safety risks to medical staff and laboratory technicians engaged in the biopsy procedure every day. In addition, this biopsy reagent bottle requires a complicated operation of opening the cap, inserting the biopsy tissue, and re-tightening the cap.
In order to solve the problem that the volatile irritant liquid in the reagent bottle causes harm to human body when the reagent bottle is opened in the biopsy treatment, the prior art discloses a 'pressing cylinder on a pressing sampling groove, which reduces the air pressure in the groove and leads the liquid to enter the biopsy reagent bottle', and the biopsy reagent bottle leads the liquid to enter the bottle by utilizing the air pressure difference principle, and has the advantages of complex structure and high production cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a portable, efficient and safe biopsy treatment reagent bottle, which aims to solve the technical problem that the human body is harmed by the volatile irritant liquid in the reagent bottle when the reagent bottle is opened in the conventional biopsy treatment.
In order to solve the problem, the technical scheme is that the biopsy treatment reagent bottle comprises a container upper part and a container lower part which are connected with each other, and further comprises a movable valve for isolating the container upper part from the container lower part, wherein the movable valve is connected with a pressing reset device arranged at the top end of the container upper part, the movable valve is opened after the pressing reset device is pressed, the container upper part and the container lower part are communicated, and the movable valve is reset and closed after the pressing reset device is released.
Further, the bottom surface of container upper portion is equipped with first interior circle, and the top surface of container lower part is equipped with the second interior circle that communicates with first interior circle, and movable valve is a cone, and the bottom of cone shutoff first interior circle when not pressing down the reset device.
Further, the pressing reset device comprises an installation seat and a pressing reset piece, wherein the installation seat and the pressing reset piece are connected with each other, and the top of the movable valve is connected with the pressing reset piece through a connecting rod with elasticity and penetrates through the installation seat.
Preferably, the side surface of the mounting seat is provided with a convex second convex ring, and the pressing reset piece is embedded on the upper surface of the second convex ring and the side surface of the mounting seat.
Preferably, the side surface of the connecting rod is provided with a first limit step matched with the mounting seat, so that the position of the movable valve connected with the connecting rod keeps to separate the upper part of the container from the lower part of the container when the pressing reset device is not pressed down.
Preferably, the bottom of the outer sidewall of the upper part of the container is connected with the top of the inner sidewall of the lower part of the container by screw threads.
Preferably, the outer side wall of the upper part of the container is provided with a convex ring, and when the upper part of the container is connected with the lower part of the container, the convex ring is abutted against the top end of the side wall of the lower part of the container.
Preferably, the side surface of the connecting rod is provided with a second limiting step matched with the pressing reset piece.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The biopsy treatment reagent bottle provided by the invention is used by firstly placing biopsy tissue on the bottom surface of the lower part of the container, connecting the upper part of the container preloaded with the biopsy treatment reagent with the lower part of the container, plugging the inner circle between the upper part of the container and the lower part of the container by the movable valve connected with the pressing reset device at the moment, only pressing the pressing reset device at the top of the container, enabling the movable valve connected with the pressing reset device to downwards enter the lower part of the container, exposing the inner circle between the upper part of the container and the lower part of the container, and storing a gap between the movable valve and the top of the movable valve, so that the preloaded biopsy treatment reagent (liquid with irritation and adverse effect on human body, such as formalin) in the upper part of the container flows into the lower part of the container from the gap to cover the biopsy tissue, and all the biopsy treatment reagent is carried out in the closed container, even if the upper part of the container is connected with the lower part of the container, the human body is not contacted with the human body, thus the safety risk of an operator is greatly reduced, and besides, the movable valve is only required to be released, the movable valve is required to press the movable valve to return the upper part of the container to the position of the container, and the liquid is not plugged into the upper part of the container.
2. The biopsy treatment reagent bottle provided by the invention is convenient to operate and available at any time, can be used for placing biopsy tissue into the lower part of the container, connecting the upper part and the lower part of the container, pressing the pressing reset device to open the movable valve to release liquid stored in the upper part of the container, loosening the pressing reset device to recover the movable valve, and preparing the movable valve to be transported to a laboratory, so that precious biopsy detection time is saved, and meanwhile, the concentration of the liquid is ensured not to be damaged in the operation process, so that the biopsy treatment reagent bottle has better stability.
Therefore, the invention can provide a lighter, more efficient and safer daily working environment, professional equipment and working method for medical staff and laboratory technicians performing biopsy treatment, whether in hospitals, clinics or in the field.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical schemes and beneficial effects to be solved more clear, the invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Referring to FIGS. 1-7, a biopsy processing reagent bottle is provided according to the present invention, comprising an upper container portion and a lower container portion connected to each other. The middle part of the container is provided with a movable valve 3 for separating the container up and down, as an embodiment of the invention, the bottom surface of the upper part 4 of the container is abutted with the top surface of the lower part 5 of the container, the bottom surface of the upper part 4 of the container is provided with a first inner circle 42, and the top surface of the lower part 5 of the container is provided with a second inner circle 51 communicated with the first inner circle 42. The movable valve 3 is a cone, preferably a cone, and the movable valve 3 is connected with a pressing reset device arranged at the top end of the upper part 4 of the container, the bottom of the movable valve 3 (cone) seals the first inner circle 42 when the pressing reset device is not pressed, and the movable valve 3 is preferably an elastic piece and is in interference fit with the first inner circle 42. The container upper portion 4 and the container lower portion 5 are removably connected, and as a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the outer sidewall of the container upper portion 4 is threadably connected to the top of the inner sidewall of the container lower portion 5. The outer side wall of the container upper part 4 is provided with a convex ring 43, and when the container upper part 4 is connected with the container lower part 5, the convex ring 43 is abutted against the top end of the side wall of the container lower part 5, so as to play a role in blocking a threaded connection gap between the container upper part 4 and the container lower part 5 and preventing liquid or vaporized liquid from leaking from the threaded connection gap.
Referring to fig. 4-10, the pressing reset device includes an elastic mounting seat 2 mounted on the upper portion 4 of the container and an elastic pressing reset member 1 connected to the mounting seat 2, wherein the top of the movable valve 3 is connected to the pressing reset member 1 by a connecting rod 31 penetrating through the mounting seat 2, and the connecting rod 31 is preferably an elastic member. The side of the mounting seat 2 is provided with a convex second convex ring 21, the mounting seat 2 is arranged in a mounting groove 41 (as shown in fig. 7) in the top end of the upper part 4 of the container, the outer side wall of the second convex ring 21 is abutted against the inner side wall of the mounting groove 41, the pressing reset piece 1 is arranged in the mounting groove 41 and is embedded on the upper surface of the second convex ring 21 and the side surface of the mounting seat 2, the top end of the pressing reset piece 1 is positioned in the mounting groove 41 and is close to the top end surface of the upper part 4 of the container, the top end surface of the upper part 4 of the container is provided with a flange 44, and the pressing reset piece 1 can be pressed together and can generate elastic deformation so as to drive the connecting rod 31 and the movable valve 3 to move downwards only by pressing the top end surface of the upper part 4 of the container in the flange 44. The side of the connecting rod 31 is provided with a first limit step (not shown in the figure) matched with the mounting seat 2, so that the position of the movable valve 3 connected with the connecting rod 31 keeps to block the first inner circle 42 when the pressing reset device is not pressed down, thereby isolating the container up and down. The connecting rod 31 is matched with the pressing reset piece 1 by adopting a second limiting step (not shown in the figure), the second limiting step is preferably arranged at one end of the connecting rod 31 connected with the pressing reset piece 1, the connecting rod 31 clamps the second limiting step into a corresponding clamping groove on the pressing reset piece 1 by utilizing elasticity during connection, and the connecting rod 31 is preferably in interference fit with the pressing reset piece 1 to realize the fastening connection of the connecting rod 31 and the pressing reset piece 1 (as shown in fig. 10).
The biopsy reagent bottle provided by the invention is used, biopsy tissue is firstly placed on the bottom surface of the lower part of a container, then the upper part 4 of the container, which is preloaded with biopsy reagent (the upper part 4 of the container is filled with the biopsy reagent when the upper part 4 of the container leaves a factory, then a movable valve 3, a connecting rod 31, an installation seat 2 and a pressing reset piece 1 are assembled with the upper part 4 of the container, so that the bottom of the movable valve 3 seals a first inner circle 42 of the bottom surface of the upper part 4 of the container, namely, the pre-packaging of the biopsy reagent in the upper part 4 of the container is realized), is connected with the lower part 5 of the container, at the moment, the movable valve 3 connected with the pressing reset device at the top end of the upper part 4 of the container seals the first inner circle 42 and a second inner circle 51 between the upper part 4 of the container and the lower part 5 of the container, and only the pressing reset piece 1 in the pressing reset device at the top end of the upper part 4 of the container is needed to be pressed down, the pressing reset piece 1 drives the connecting rod 31, the bottom of the movable valve 3 connected with the pressing reset piece 1 through the connecting rod 31 passes through the first inner circle 42 and the second inner circle 51 so as to downwards enter the container lower part 5, the movable valve 3 is opened, at the moment, the first inner circle 42 and the second inner circle 51 between the container upper part 4 and the container lower part 5 are exposed, and a gap exists between the top of the movable valve 3, namely, the inner cavities of the container upper part 4 and the container lower part 5 are communicated through the first inner circle 42 and the second inner circle 51, so that the pre-filled biopsy treatment reagent (liquid which has irritation and has adverse effect on human body, such as formalin) in the container upper part 4 can flow into the container lower part 5 from the gap to cover the biopsy tissue, all the biopsy treatment reagent is performed in a sealed container, the biopsy treatment reagent cannot volatilize in a liquid vapor form, even in the process of connecting the container upper part 4 and the container lower part 5, the human body is not contacted, so that the personal safety risk of an operator is greatly reduced.
In addition, only the top end of the container upper part 4 is required to be loosened, so that the pressing reset piece 1 of the pressing reset device is loosened, the movable valve 3 is driven by the connecting rod 31 under the restoring action of the pressing reset device, so that the position of the notch is restored to be initially blocked, the movable valve 3 is reset to be closed, at the moment, the biopsy treatment reagent liquid in the container upper part 4 cannot flow into the container lower part 5 any more, and the biopsy treatment reagent liquid in the container lower part 5 cannot flow back into the container upper part 4, so that the tissue in the container lower part 5 cannot flow back into the container upper part 4 to pollute the biopsy treatment reagent therein.
The biopsy treatment reagent bottle provided by the invention is convenient to operate and available at any time, can be used for completing the processes of placing biopsy tissue into the lower part 5 of the container, connecting the upper part and the lower part of the container, pressing the pressing reset device to open the movable valve 3 to release liquid stored in the upper part 4 of the container, releasing the pressing reset device to recover the movable valve 3, and preparing the biopsy treatment reagent bottle to be transported to a laboratory, saves precious biopsy detection time, and ensures that the concentration of the liquid is not damaged in the operation process, so that the biopsy treatment reagent bottle has better stability.
The container and the movable valve 3 provided by the invention are preferably made of airtight materials, so that volatile stimulation gas stored in the container and the movable valve 3 is further prevented from escaping through the container and the movable valve 3. The container is preferably made of a light transmissive material to facilitate the operator's view through the container of the condition of the biopsy treatment agent and tissue stored within the container.
Therefore, the invention can provide a lighter, more efficient and safer daily working environment, professional equipment and working method for medical staff and laboratory technicians performing biopsy treatment, whether in hospitals, clinics or in the field.
