And the temperature control assembly also comprises a control unit a4 and a temperature sensor a5 arranged on the active carbon layer a1, wherein the control unit a4 receives monitoring information of the temperature sensor a5 to adjust the power of the temperature control assembly to maintain the temperature stability of the active carbon layer a1, and specific water contents of lampblack are different, so that the dew point is different, the temperature of the active carbon layer a1 can be flexibly adjusted and maintained according to specific conditions of different lampblack, the energy consumption is reduced while the blockage caused by dewing is effectively avoided, and the flexibility and the applicability are strong.
Further, the temperature control component further comprises a gas state sensor a6 arranged on the air outlet side and/or the air inlet side of the activated carbon layer a1, the gas state sensor a6 comprises at least one of an air quantity and wind pressure sensor and a humidity sensor, and the control unit a4 receives monitoring information of the gas state sensor so that the temperature control component can adjust the temperature of the activated carbon layer a 1.
The air quantity and wind pressure sensor and the humidity sensor are arranged on the air outlet side of the active carbon layer a1, when fluctuation exists in the water content in the oil smoke, the water content in the oil smoke is high for a period of time, the water content in the oil smoke is low for a period of time, if the active carbon layer a1 is kept at the same temperature all the time, the water content in the oil smoke is low, dew condensation on the active carbon layer a1 is caused to be blocked when the water content in the oil smoke is high, the energy consumption required for heating the active carbon layer a1 is high when the temperature is high, the use cost is high, the air quantity and the wind pressure of the air flow passing through the active carbon layer are monitored by the air quantity and wind pressure sensor, the blocking condition of the active carbon layer can be reflected, the humidity state of the air passing through the active carbon layer a1 can be reflected, whether the dew condensation is caused to be reduced or not can be reflected, if the air quantity and the wind pressure are reduced in a short time, the water content in the oil smoke is high, the dew condensation is caused to be blocked when the temperature of the active carbon layer is increased, the temperature of the active carbon layer is raised, the active carbon layer is effectively heated to be evaporated, the active carbon layer is recovered to absorb the active carbon layer and the moisture, the active carbon layer is cooled, the air temperature of the active carbon layer is cooled, and the temperature of the active carbon layer is reduced to the energy consumption;
the humidity sensor can be arranged on the air inlet side of the activated carbon layer a1 to detect the condition of oil smoke, the temperature control component automatically adjusts the temperature of the activated carbon layer a1 according to the real-time humidity of the oil smoke, the condition of dew condensation is effectively avoided, and the activated carbon is always in the best working state.

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the difference from the first embodiment is that the temperature control component adopts the temperature control power supply a7, the temperature control power supply a7 is electrically connected with the activated carbon layer a1 to energize the activated carbon layer a1, the resistance of the activated carbon layer a1 is very large, the conductivity is low, when the low-voltage current is introduced into the activated carbon layer a1, the activated carbon layer a1 can generate heat by itself, and the embodiment adopts an energizing mode to make the activated carbon layer a1 generate heat by itself, unlike the heat conduction of the activated carbon layer by adopting an additional heat source, the embodiment is more convenient and simpler to implement, has a more compact structure, has high energy utilization rate and low power consumption, and is provided with the insulating net a8 on the outer surface of the activated carbon layer a1 to avoid the situation that the false touch receives electric shock.

The activated carbon layer a1 of the tubular structure has a compact structure, has a larger interaction area for gas to pass through in a limited space, improves the purification efficiency, and allows oil smoke to pass through the activated carbon layer a1 from the inner side to the outer side of the activated carbon layer a1 of the tubular structure to be adsorbed and purified.

In order to improve the sufficiency of oil smoke pumping and discharging, the mouth of the groove-shaped upper air collecting box body 23 is provided with an air homogenizing ring 22 encircling the periphery of the circumference of the cooker 4, a plurality of oil smoke inlets 21 distributed along the circumference of the cooker 4 are formed in the air homogenizing ring 22, the oil inlet 21 is close to the edge of the mouth of the cooker 4, so that oil smoke can be pumped away fully and uniformly in the whole circumference of the cooker 4, the uniformity and sufficiency of oil smoke pumping and discharging are improved, oil smoke enters a gap area between the lower air collecting box body 25 and the cooker 4 from the oil inlet 21, then enters the lower air collecting box body 25 from the air guide pipe 24, and then is conveyed to a purifying component for purifying treatment by the lower air collecting box body 25.
In order to avoid foreign matters entering the purifying component or the fan component 3 along the suction air duct 2, a foreign matter blocking net 26 is arranged at the outlet of the lower air collecting box body 25, so that the situation that the purifying component is blocked due to foreign matters is avoided, the fan component is prevented from being damaged, and the long-acting stable purifying effect is ensured.
