Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of riot control, and particularly relates to a high-speed tear gas propellant.
Background
Oleoresin capsaicin, the scientific name OC, is a natural substance extracted from capsicum oleoresin and pepper. It has strong irritation, and people repels to contact, and has severe symptoms such as eye pain, lacrimation, cough, sneeze, chest pain, etc. The vapor or micropowder has strong stimulating effect on eyes and upper respiratory tract. Because of the characteristics of low stimulation threshold, quick symptom appearance and disappearance, high safety ratio, being applicable to various ways of release and the like, the method is widely applied to police storm control.
The pungency of an OC propellant is measured by the Skofel thermodynamic unit, SHU, value, and the higher the SHU value, the stronger the pungency of the propellant. The hot degree of OC spraying agent used by most capsaicin spraying devices is 50-200 Vascofel thermodynamic units. Generally, the higher the concentration of OC propellant, the longer the time for the contaminated person to recover, and the more difficult it is to remove the environmental pollution, i.e., the higher the concentration of OC propellant, the more greasy the propellant is, and the higher the content of oleoresin makes the spraying extremely difficult, and also makes the spraying of the sprayer difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the first aspect of the present invention provides a high-speed tear composition comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of capsicum oleoresin, 1-3 parts of capsaicin, 0.03-0.1 part of polyoxyethylene and 80-100 parts of solvent.
As a preferable technical scheme, the capsicum oleoresin is selected from one or more of oil-soluble capsicum oleoresin, water-soluble capsicum oleoresin, decolored oil-soluble capsicum oleoresin, decolored water-soluble capsicum oleoresin and powdered capsicum oleoresin.
As a preferable technical scheme, the solvent is a small molecular alcohol compound.
As a preferable technical scheme, the polyoxyethylene is high molecular weight polyoxyethylene, and the number average molecular weight is 60-800 ten thousand.
As a preferable technical scheme, the viscosity of the 1-5% solution of the polyoxyethylene is 400-8800 mPa.S.
As a preferred technical solution, the use temperature of the composition is from-20 ℃ to +50 ℃.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a high rate lachrymatory agent comprising from 0.0001 to 100% by weight of the high rate lachrymatory composition described above.
As a preferred embodiment, the form is selected from any one of a liquid phase, a solid phase, a powder phase, a gel state, a mist state, and an aerogel state.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides the use of the high-speed lacrimator as described above in a beverage or food product, a fragrance or cosmetic product, a daily necessity, an oral composition or a pharmaceutical product.
The fourth aspect of the invention provides the application of the high-speed lacrimator in the anti-riot field.
Has the advantages that: the high-speed lacrimation spraying agent prepared by the invention has high spraying initial speed of more than 100 m/s, stable action distance and effective dispersion, and can be ensured to be normally used in indoor and outdoor environments of-20 ℃ to +50 ℃. In addition, the invention adopts edible and cosmetic raw materials, has no toxicity and pollution, and ensures no solid propellant while ensuring high spraying speed. The technical features of the technical solutions provided by the present invention are further clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments, and the scope of protection is not limited thereto.
The words "preferred", "more preferred", and the like, in the present invention refer to embodiments of the invention that may provide certain benefits, under certain circumstances. However, other embodiments may be preferred, under the same or other circumstances. Furthermore, the recitation of one or more preferred embodiments does not imply that other embodiments are not useful, nor is it intended to exclude other embodiments from the scope of the invention.
When a range of values is disclosed herein, the range is considered to be continuous and includes both the minimum and maximum values of the range, as well as each value between such minimum and maximum values. Further, when a range refers to an integer, each integer between the minimum and maximum values of the range is included. Further, when multiple range-describing features or characteristics are provided, the ranges may be combined. In other words, unless otherwise indicated, all ranges disclosed herein are to be understood to encompass any and all subranges subsumed therein. For example, a stated range from "1 to 10" should be considered to include any and all subranges between the minimum value of 1 and the maximum value of 10. Exemplary subranges of the range 1 to 10 include, but are not limited to, 1 to 6.1, 3.5 to 7.8, 5.5 to 10, and the like.
More preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of capsicum oleoresin, 1-3 parts of capsaicin, 0.03-0.05 part of polyethylene oxide and 80-90 parts of solvent.
Chilli oil resin
The chilli oil resin, also called chilli extract, is a product extracted and concentrated from chilli, has strong spicy taste, and is used for preparing food seasonings. The chilli extract contains not only the pungent components of chilli, but also more than one complex chemical substances such as capsicol, protein, pectin, polysaccharide, capsanthin and the like.
Preferably, the capsicum oleoresin is selected from one or more of oil-soluble capsicum oleoresin, water-soluble capsicum oleoresin, decolored oil-soluble capsicum oleoresin, decolored water-soluble capsicum oleoresin and powdered capsicum oleoresin.
Preferably, the capsicum oleoresin is an oil-soluble capsicum oleoresin.
When the lachrymatory composition is used for anti-riot use, the oil-soluble capsicum oleoresin is preferably made of edible or medical materials, the pungency value is more than or equal to 400 million SHU, and the lachrymatory composition can be obtained by market purchase; for example, commercially available oil-soluble capsicum oleoresin includes, but is not limited to, the product purchased from Shenzhen Danuo food ingredients, Inc. model number 3.3 peppery capsicum oleoresin.
Capsaicin and its preparation method
The capsaicin is also called capsaicin. It is found in nature in the plant Capsicum annuum (Capsicum annuum) and its varieties of the Solanaceae family. Is an extremely spicy vanilloylamine alkaloid. Capsaicin is white crystalline powder, and is active ingredient of Capsici fructus of Capsicum.
The source of the capsaicin used in the present invention is not limited at all, and any capsaicin conventionally used in the art having a block ratio within the above-mentioned range can be used, and is commercially available.
Polyethylene oxide
Preferably, the polyethylene oxide is a high molecular weight polyethylene oxide having a number average molecular weight of 60 to 800 ten thousand.
More preferably, the viscosity of the polyoxyethylene is 400-8800 mPa.S.
More preferably, polyethylene oxides suitable as the above viscosity include, for example, PolyoxTM WSR 301、PolyoxTMWSR N-60K、PolyoxTMWSR N-12K、PolyoxTMWSR205, and the like.
The above product PolyoxTMThe WSR 301 has the number average molecular weight of 400 ten thousand and the viscosity of 1650-5500 mPa.S; polyoxTMThe WSR N-60K has the number average molecular weight of 200 ten thousand and the viscosity of 2000-4000 mPa.S; polyoxTMThe WSR N-12K has the number average molecular weight of 100 ten thousand and the viscosity of 400-800 mPa.S; polyoxTMThe WSR205 has a number average molecular weight of 60 ten thousand and a viscosity of 4500-8800 mPa.S.
More preferably, the polyethylene oxide is PolyoxTMWSR N-12K and PolyoxTMThe WSR N-60K is 1.5: 1.
Polyisobutenes of different molecular weights were found in the study asThe thickener is sensitive to low temperature, and when the molecular weight is higher, the thickener is easy to crystallize at the temperature lower than minus 10 ℃, so that the viscosity of the thickener is greatly changed between minus 10 ℃ and 20 ℃, and in unexpected research, the inventor adopts polyethylene oxide with different molecular weights as the thickener to enable the spray to be used at lower temperature, and particularly, the Polyox is preferredTMWSR N-12K and PolyoxTMThe WSR N-60K is 1.5: 1, and experiments have also shown that the effect of using a single raw material is far less than that of using the two, presumably by using PolyoxTMWSR N-12K has small molecular weight and good plasticizing performance at low temperature, but has poor high-temperature stability; and PolyoxTMThe WSR N-60K has large molecular weight and poor high-temperature oxidation resistance, so that the high-temperature and low-temperature performance of the product is easily reduced when the WSR N-60K is used alone, and the combination of the WSR N-60K and the product has a synergistic effect; in addition, for polyethylene oxide with different molecular weights, different cross-linked molecular films can be formed on the surface of the capsicum oleoresin to wrap the capsicum oleoresin due to different steric hindrance.
Solvent(s)
The solvent is an alcohol solvent, and the preferable alcohol solvent is a micromolecular alcohol compound.
Preferably, the small molecular alcohol compound is an aromatic small molecular alcohol selected from one or more of benzyl alcohol, 2-phenylethyl alcohol, o-xylene glycol, m-xylene glycol and p-xylene glycol.
Preferably, the isomeric small molecule alcohol compound is benzyl alcohol.
When Polyox is usedTMWSR N-12K and PolyoxTMWhen the WSR N-60K mixture is used as a dispersing agent, the molecular weight difference is large, so that the WSR N-60K mixture is difficult to dissolve by using a certain conventional solvent, and when benzyl alcohol is used as a carrier, the benzyl alcohol can be obviously observed as the carrier, the low-temperature performance is stable, the viscosity change from room temperature to-20 ℃ is small, and the inventor speculates that the Polyox is caused by small change of the viscosity at room temperature to-20 DEGTMWSR N-12K and PolyoxTMWSR N-60K contains an ether oxygen unshared electron pair, and the hydroxyl in benzyl alcohol and the ether oxygen have unshared electron pair effects, so that the hydroxyl and the ether oxygen have strong affinityAnd force, complex formation is facilitated, resulting in a relatively more stable viscosity.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a high-speed lacrimator, which comprises the following steps:
dissolving capsaicin with benzyl alcohol as solvent, and adding polyoxyethylene; the solution is added with capsicum oleoresin after being stirred evenly, and the mechanical viscosity of the lacrimator finished product is detected to be within the range of 1700-3500.
In a third aspect, the invention provides a high-speed lachrymatory, comprising 0.0001-100 wt% of the high-speed lachrymatory composition.
Preferably, the form of the high-speed lacrimator is selected from any one of a liquid phase, a solid phase, a powder phase, a gel state, a fog state and an aerogel state.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides the use of the high-speed lacrimator as defined above in a beverage or food product, a fragrance or cosmetic product, a daily necessity, an oral composition or a pharmaceutical product.
In a fifth aspect, the invention provides the use of the high-speed lacrimator as described above in the field of riot control.
The present invention will now be described in detail by way of examples, and the starting materials used are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
