Abstract
The invention discloses a gas composite plasma torch, which comprises a fixed flange, a shell, a bent pipe electrode and a gas pipe, wherein: the fixed flange is arranged at the upper end of the shell, the bottom of the shell is provided with a contraction opening, and a combustion chamber is formed between the fixed flange and the shell; the gas pipe is fixed on the fixed flange, and the lower part of the gas pipe extends into the combustion chamber; three bent tube electrodes are arranged; the elbow electrode is vertically fixed on the fixed flange, the lower part of the elbow electrode extends into the combustion chamber, and the elbow electrode is opposite to the contraction opening. According to the gas composite plasma torch, the electric arc generated between the bent pipe electrodes is blown to the position far away from the fixed flange by the gas, so that continuous sliding electric arcs are formed between the three bent pipe electrodes, the gas composite heating plasma torch not only reduces the operation cost, but also forms a carbon layer on the outer layer of the electrode to protect the electrode and prolong the service life of the electrode.

Background
The high temperature and high energy density generated by the plasma have great advantages in the aspect of harmless treatment of wastes, such as melting treatment of medical wastes, medical dregs, chemical dyes, rock wool wastes, smelting wastes and the like. The high operation cost and the short electrode use are the main factors restricting the application of the high-temperature melting plasma technology in the aspect of waste treatment at present, the power consumption is more than 1000 degrees/ton in the current waste treatment case of applying the plasma at home, and the service life of the electrode is less than 500 hours. In order to solve the problems, a new technical scheme is provided.

As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the portion of the bent-tube electrode extending to the combustion chamber includes a curved portion and an inclined portion, the inclined portion is located below the curved portion, the inclined portion is gradually offset from top to bottom in the axial direction away from the fixed flange, and the curved portions of the three bent-tube electrodes are close to each other.
As a further optimized scheme of the invention, a circulating water cavity is arranged in the elbow electrode, a water inlet and a water outlet are arranged on the elbow electrode, and the water inlet and the water outlet are both communicated with the circulating water cavity.

As a further optimized scheme of the invention, the axis of the combustion-supporting gas hole is intersected with the diameter of the shell, and the combustion-supporting gas hole and the inner wall of the shell have a certain tangential angle, so that the combustion-supporting gas is ensured to rotate at a high speed in the combustion chamber.

the gas pipe 2 is fixed on the fixed flange 1, and the lower part of the gas pipe 2 extends into the combustion chamber 13;
the number of the bent pipe electrodes 3 is three, and the three bent pipe electrodes 3 are uniformly distributed on the fixed flange 1 in the circumferential direction around the gas pipe 2;
the bent tube electrode 3 is vertically fixed on the fixed flange 1, the lower part of the bent tube electrode 3 extends into the combustion chamber 13, and the bent tube electrode 3 is opposite to the contraction opening 40;
the part of the bent-tube electrode 3 extending to the combustion chamber 13 comprises a bent part 30 and an inclined part 31, the inclined part 31 is positioned below the bent part 30, the inclined part 31 is gradually deviated from the top to the bottom towards the axial direction far away from the fixed flange 1, and the bent parts 30 of the three bent-tube electrodes 3 are close to each other;
a circulating water cavity is arranged in the bent pipe electrode 3, a water inlet 5 and a water outlet 6 are arranged on the bent pipe electrode 3, and the water inlet 5 and the water outlet 6 are both communicated with the circulating water cavity;
the side wall of the shell 4 is of a hollow structure, a plurality of combustion-supporting gas holes 11 are formed in the inner wall of the shell 4, a combustion-supporting gas pipe 9 is arranged on the fixed flange 1, the combustion-supporting gas pipe 9 is communicated with the hollow structure, combustion-supporting gas is introduced into the combustion-supporting gas pipe 9, and the axis of the combustion-supporting gas holes 11 is intersected with the diameter of the shell 4;
the bottom of the shell 4 is provided with a cold water cavity 12, circulating cold water is arranged in the cold water cavity 12, the fixed flange 1 is provided with a water inlet pipe 7 and a water outlet pipe 8, and the water inlet pipe 7 and the water outlet pipe 8 are respectively communicated with the cold water cavity 12;
an insulating part 10 is arranged between the bent pipe electrode 3 and the fixed flange 1, the insulating part 10 is sleeved on the bent pipe electrode 3, and the insulating part 10 is made of insulating ceramics;
the outer part of the housing 4 is fitted with a connecting flange 14.
In the working process of the embodiment: an air outlet of the gas pipe 2 penetrates through a central hole of the fixed flange 1, an air inlet is connected with a gas bottle, and a flow regulating meter is arranged; the bent angle part of each electrode 3 faces the center of the fixed flange 1, so that the bent angle parts of the three bent tube electrodes 3 are nearest; the upper end of the shell 4 is provided with 4 combustion-supporting gas pipes 9, the combustion-supporting gas pipes 9 are connected with an oxygen cylinder (provided with a flow regulation meter), fixing flange holes 1 are fixed on the shell 4 through nuts, and a water inlet pipe 7 and a water outlet pipe 8 are connected with a rotary ring water pump; the water inlet and outlet 5, 6 of three bent tube electrodes 3 are respectively connected with a rotary ring water pump, the three bent tube electrodes 3 are respectively connected with a 3000V high-voltage power supply, the power frequency is 600Hz, and the total power is 100KW (the power can be adjusted);
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the portion of the bent-tube electrode 3 extending to the combustion chamber 13 includes the curved portion 30 and the inclined portion 31, the inclined portion 31 is located below the curved portion 30, the inclined portion 31 is gradually offset from top to bottom in the axial direction away from the fixed flange 1, and the curved portions 30 of the three bent-tube electrodes 3 are close to each other so as to form the sliding arc.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that a circulating water chamber is provided in the elbow electrode 3, the elbow electrode 3 is provided with a water inlet 5 and a water outlet 6, and the water inlet 5 and the water outlet 6 are both communicated with the circulating water chamber, so that the temperature of the elbow electrode 3 is conveniently reduced, and the service life of the elbow electrode is prolonged.
In the present embodiment, the side wall of the housing 4 is preferably a hollow structure, so as to increase the technical effect of high temperature resistance.
In the embodiment, preferably, the inner wall of the shell 4 is provided with a plurality of combustion-supporting gas holes 11, the fixing flange 1 is provided with a combustion-supporting gas pipe 9, the combustion-supporting gas pipe 9 is communicated with the hollow structure, and combustion-supporting gas is introduced into the combustion-supporting gas pipe 9 to enable the combustion-supporting gas pipe to be fully combusted.
In the embodiment, the axis of the combustion-supporting gas hole 11 intersects with the diameter of the outer shell 4, so that the technical effect that the combustion-supporting gas hole 11 has a certain tangential angle with the inner wall of the outer shell 4 is achieved, and the combustion-supporting gas is ensured to rotate at a high speed in the combustion chamber.
In this embodiment, preferably, the bottom of the housing 4 has a cold water chamber 12, circulating cold water is provided in the cold water chamber 12, the fixing flange 1 is provided with a water inlet pipe 7 and a water outlet pipe 8, the water inlet pipe 7 and the water outlet pipe 8 are respectively communicated with the cold water chamber 12, so as to facilitate cooling of the water inlet pipe and increase the service life of the water inlet pipe.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that an insulating member 10 is provided between the bent-tube electrode 3 and the fixed flange 1, and the insulating member 10 is fitted over the bent-tube electrode 3, so that the bent-tube electrode 3 and the fixed flange 1 can be insulated from each other at a higher voltage.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the insulating member 10 is made of insulating ceramic.
In the preferred embodiment, the outer portion of the housing 4 is fitted with a connecting flange 14 for easy installation and removal.

the number of the bent pipe electrodes (3) is three, and the three bent pipe electrodes (3) are uniformly distributed on the fixed flange (1) in the circumferential direction around the gas pipe (2);
the bent pipe electrode (3) is vertically fixed on the fixed flange (1), the lower part of the bent pipe electrode (3) extends into the combustion chamber (14), and the bent pipe electrode (3) is opposite to the contraction opening (40).

The gas composite plasma torch according to claim 1, wherein the portion of the bent-tube electrode (3) extending to the combustion chamber (14) includes a curved portion (30) and an inclined portion (31), the inclined portion (31) being located below the curved portion (30), the inclined portion (31) being gradually offset from top to bottom in the axial direction away from the fixed flange (1), the curved portions (30) of the three bent-tube electrodes (3) being close to each other.

The gas composite plasma torch as claimed in claim 1, wherein a circulating water cavity is arranged in the elbow electrode (3), a water inlet (5) and a water outlet (6) are arranged on the elbow electrode (3), and the water inlet (5) and the water outlet (6) are both communicated with the circulating water cavity.
