Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fuels, and particularly relates to high-calorific-value environment-friendly combustion oil.
Background
The fuels such as diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas and the like have the problems of large discharge amount of harmful substances, serious air pollution, easy occurrence of black smoke and carbon deposition during combustion, weak fuel firepower, low heat value, unstable combustion, non-renewable raw materials and the like. The alcohol-based fuel is used as a carrier of new energy and carbon cycle, the problem of high-efficiency storage and distribution of energy is solved, the dependence of human beings on coal and petroleum is reduced by various synthetic ways, even carbon dioxide in atmosphere and industrial waste can be recycled as raw materials for synthesis and repeated recycling, and the alcohol-based fuel has a medium and important contribution to relieving global warming. The alcohol-based fuel is generally liquid fuel which is mainly methanol and is mixed with other polyhydric alcohols and hydrocarbons, but the methanol has the characteristics of low calorific value, strong volatility and the like, and the problems of burner faults and the like caused by low thermal efficiency, easy layering, high density, unstable flame combustion and easy generation of black smoke carbon deposition due to complex components for increasing the calorific value of the alcohol-based fuel are greatly limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the high-calorific-value environment-friendly combustion oil which has the advantages of high combustion calorific value, full and thorough combustion, no carbon deposition phenomenon after combustion, stable flame, high combustion efficiency, good safety, high efficiency and environment friendliness.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The combustion improver enables the fuel oil to be combusted more fully and thoroughly, effectively reduces the generation amount and the discharge amount of toxic and harmful gases during combustion, and is efficient and clean.
Further, the ketone compound comprises ketone and butanone. The addition of the ketone compound can properly reduce the flash point of the fuel oil and reduce the combustible temperature, thereby promoting the full combustion of the fuel oil.
Further, the ester compound comprises ethyl formate, isobutyl acetate, butyl acetate, amyl propionate, fatty acid methyl ester, isooctyl nitrate, cyclic ethyl nitrate, isopropyl nitrate, n-octyl nitrate, dimethyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate.
Further, the ether compound includes hexyl ether, methyl tert-butyl ether, ethyl tert-butyl ether, methyl isobutyl ether, dimethyl ether, diphenyl ether, petroleum ether. The ether organic matter can increase the heat value of the fuel oil, increase the compatibility among all components, reduce the melting point of the combustion oil and increase the fluidity.
Further, the stabilizer is di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and isooctane with the mass ratio of 2-3: 3-5.
Further, the oxygenation agent comprises hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate and isopropyl hydroperoxide.
Furthermore, the corrosion inhibitor is benzotriazole, imidazoline or N-methylmorpholine, and has the functions of corrosion prevention, corrosion inhibition and equipment protection.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention selects and mixes the methanol and various alcohols, and the methanol can reduce the kinematic viscosity and the cold filter plugging point of oil products, so that the combustion oil is better suitable for low-temperature application. The calorific value of other alcohols such as 1, 2-propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, 1, 3-dioxane-2-methanol and the like is higher than that of methanol, and various alcohols are mixed, so that the calorific value and the oxygen content of combustion oil are improved, the thermal efficiency is high, the combustion is complete, the carbon deposition phenomenon is avoided after the combustion, the flame is stable, the combustion efficiency is high, the safety is good, and the high efficiency and the environmental protection are realized.
