请参阅图1至图5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种血液透析穿刺用新型护理装置,包括前置固定板1、后置固定板2,前置固定板1一端的内部开设有套接槽11,前置固定板1的内部开设有位于套接槽11内腔两侧的卡接槽12,套接槽11的内腔活动套接有延长板3,延长板3一端的表面固定连接有限位块13,且限位块13的一端卡接至卡接槽12的内腔,同时利用延长板3可以延长后置固定板2的位置,进而适应不同长度的手臂,提高了该血液透析穿刺用新型护理装置的适应性,利用卡接槽12对限位块13进行卡接,可以避免延长板3从套接槽11的内腔脱落,提高了该血液透析穿刺用新型护理装置的稳定性,延长板3的一端固定连接有后置固定板2,前置固定板1以及后置固定板2的直径相同,前置固定板1的两侧均固定连接有下置安装片25,下置安装片25的上表面固定连接有支撑弹簧20,且支撑弹簧20活动套接至螺纹柱21的表面,支撑弹簧20的顶部固定连接至上置安装片19的下表面,下置安装片25的中部卡接有螺纹柱21,螺纹柱21的表面螺纹套接有上置安装片19,上置安装片19的内侧固定安装有位于前置固定板1正上方的上置固定板5,上置固定板5、前置固定板1以及后置固定板2的内腔分别固定连接有防护棉4,上置固定板5的中部固定连接有脉搏检测器14,脉搏检测器14的一端延伸至上置固定板5的内腔,利用脉搏检测器14与患者的手腕接触,进而可以对患者的脉搏实时进行检测,避免患者在血液透析时出现危险,前置固定板1的一侧设置有侧置固定板24,侧置固定板24的上表面设置有滑槽28,滑槽28的内腔卡接有滑块27,滑块27的顶部固定安装有伸缩柱16,伸缩柱16的顶部固定连接有安装板17,且安装板17的表面设置有血管显现器10,伸缩柱16的侧面设置有固定螺钉,在进行穿刺时,通过滑块27在滑槽28的内腔左右滑动,进而可以使血管显现器10对患者手臂的血管进行显影,同时利用伸缩柱16可以调节血管显现器10的高度,适应不同的体型的患者,配合橡胶管9对患者的手臂进行束缚,通过血管显现器10和橡胶管9的配合使用,进而使护士能够精准的完成血液透析穿刺,提高了该血液透析穿刺用新型护理装置的功能性,后置固定板2的一侧设置有固定带6,固定带6一端的背面固定连接有魔术贴刺面29,固定带6另一端的背面固定连接有魔术贴毛面30,后置固定板2的另一侧固定连接有与固定带6位置相对应的固定架26,固定带6的正面固定连接有接触面8,接触面8以及防护棉4的材质均为记忆棉,利用前置固定板1和上置固定板5对患者的手腕处进行套接,同时通过螺纹柱21对上置固定板5的位置进行调节,进而可以对患者手腕进行固定,同时利用后置固定板2对患者的上臂进行套接,通过将固定带6穿过固定架26的内腔使用魔术贴刺面29与魔术贴毛面30进行固定,进而对患者的上臂进行固定,操作简单,避免患者在穿刺以及透析过程中移动穿刺手臂,造成穿刺以及透析失败的问题发生,提高了该血液透析穿刺用新型护理装置的稳定性,配合接触面8可以避免固定带6与手臂造成严重的挤压,后置固定板2上表面的两侧均开设有收置槽31,后置固定板2的内腔设置有橡胶管9,橡胶管9的两端均延伸至收置槽31的内腔,前置固定板1的一侧设置有位于一个下置安装片25一侧线束板22,线束板22的上表面固定连接有线束固定筒23,线束固定筒23的材质为橡胶材质,利用线束固定筒23可以管道进行卡接,进而对管线进行固定,避免管线随意放置容易出现危险,前置固定板1靠近后置固定板2一端的两侧均螺纹套接有螺纹固定柱18,且螺纹固定柱18的一端延伸至延长板3的内部,前置固定板1中部的一侧铰接有防护罩7,防护罩7的材质为透明有机玻璃,防护罩7内腔的直径与前置固定板1内腔的直径相同,防护罩7内腔的顶部设置有无线摄像模块15,利用防护罩7可以对穿刺位置进行防护,既可以避免穿刺位置被误触,同时可以增加患者的安全感,同时利用无线摄像模块15可以对穿刺位置进行实时录像,可以将无线摄像模块15与护士站内的监控屏幕进行连接,进而可以对穿刺位置的情况实时反映,避免由于血液透析时间过长,穿刺位置出现问题的情况发生,提高了该血液透析穿刺用新型护理装置的使用安全性。1 to 5, the present invention provides a technical solution: a novel nursing device for hemodialysis puncture, comprising a
