Abstract

本申请提供了一种空闲信道侦听方法、装置及设备,属于通信技术领域。所述方法包括:确定信号块集合,所述信号块集合包括n个信号块,每一个信号块包括至少一个信号和/或至少一个信道,所述n为大于1的整数;在发送所述信号块集合所包括的信号块之前,对免授权频谱的信道执行一次CCA;若所述CCA的结果为所述免授权频谱的信道可用,则使用所述免授权频谱的信道发送所述信号块集合所包括的信号块。本申请提供了一种在NR系统中使用免授权频谱发送信号块的解决方案,解决信号块之间的间隔无法满足CCA检测时间的问题,便于接入网设备在发送信号块时进行合适的方向性LBT,提高发送成功率。
