Abstract
The present disclosure provides a resource updating method and a session management function entity, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving an inquiry message sent by a first session management functional entity, and acquiring resource parameters in the inquiry message; if the second terminal can request more network resources for the first terminal according to the resource parameter determined by inquiring the policy control function entity, sending a message for updating the network resources of the first terminal to the second terminal through the second access and mobility management function entity; and receiving a feedback message returned by the second terminal through the second access and mobility management functional entity, ordering the network resource through the unified data management functional entity if the second terminal agrees to update the network resource of the first terminal according to the feedback message, and sending a notification execution message to the first session management functional entity so that the first session management functional entity updates the network resource of the data stream of the current session of the first terminal. Technical Field

Background
For some session-oriented services, such as video communication, voice communication, instant messaging, etc., it is desirable for both parties to maintain smooth data exchange. In order to solve the problem that when the session service quality cannot be guaranteed due to the fact that the signal quality of one end is poor, a scheme of continuously changing positions and expecting to improve the signal quality is adopted in the prior art, the problem that the signal quality of the other end is poor cannot be determined, and the problem that the service quality is improved for a user through an identification of internet application and a user identification request from internet application to network equipment in the prior art, the scheme is unidirectional, and the whole process needs 'registration identification of internet application', and is tedious. After the policy control function entity receives the message for updating the network resources of the first terminal, the message is forwarded to the second terminal. The second terminal automatically agrees or refuses the request according to local configuration, or sends prompt information to the user for prompting the user of the second terminal to decide whether to agree to update the network resource of the first terminal. And the second terminal returns the feedback message to the policy control function entity.
And step 104, receiving a feedback message returned by the second terminal through the second access and mobility management functional entity.
And 105, if the second terminal agrees to update the network resource of the first terminal according to the feedback message, ordering the network resource through the unified data management function entity.

the sending module is further configured to send a message carrying resource parameters and updating network resources of the data stream of the current session to the wireless access network device, so that the wireless access network device allocates network resources for the data stream of the current session according to the resource parameters.
10. The session management function entity according to claim 9, further comprising:
the receiving module is further configured to receive a notification control message sent by the radio access network device and used for indicating that the quality of service of the session between the first terminal and the second terminal at the first terminal side is reduced;
the sending module is further configured to send an inquiry message carrying the resource parameter to the second session management function entity, where the inquiry message is used to inquire whether the second terminal agrees to update the network resource of the first terminal.
