Background
With the rise of mobile phone two-dimension code payment, a code scanning box corresponding to the mobile phone two-dimension code payment is generated. The mobile phone two-dimension code is displayed on the active luminous screen, so that the code scanner does not need to provide additional illumination, on the other hand, the dimension of the two-dimension code displayed on the mobile phone screen is obviously larger than that of the printed two-dimension code because of the enlargement of the mobile phone screen, and the design of the code scanning box has the characteristics different from the traditional code scanner, namely, the code scanning window is larger, and the appearance is compact and light and thin. However, in order to ensure that the scanner is compatible with reading barcodes printed on non-luminescent materials, it is necessary that the scanner provide additional illumination. The common code scanner directly sets up lighting module in the both sides of scanning the sign indicating number box, when sweeping the sign indicating number, because the reflection effect of sign indicating number window glass to illumination light is swept, can lead to appearing unexpected facula when imaging, influence decoding success rate, simultaneously, illumination light can also cause visual stimulus to operating personnel, and user's use experience is relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a code scanning device for improving the code scanning illumination efficiency, which improves the illumination uniformity of a code scanning window area, reduces the visual stimulus to operators through the design of the light emergent angle and meets the requirement of ergonomics.

The code scanning device capable of improving code scanning illumination efficiency comprises a shell, a transparent window, a circuit main board, a parabolic reflecting plate, an elliptic reflecting plate and an illumination module, wherein the shell comprises a bottom plate, side plates and a shade, an accommodating space is formed in the bottom plate, the side plates and the transparent window, the shade is arranged in the accommodating space in a stepped concave mode, two sides of the shade are connected with the side plates, illumination light outlet windows are formed in two side portions of the shade, the circuit main board is arranged on the bottom plate, the parabolic reflecting plate is arranged between the side plates and the shade in a parabolic arc mode, the upper end of the parabolic reflecting plate is connected with the upper end of the side plates, the lower end of the parabolic reflecting plate is connected with the bottom plate, the elliptic reflecting plate is arranged between the shade and the bottom plate in an elliptic arc mode, the upper end of the elliptic reflecting plate is connected with the shade, the lower end of the elliptic reflecting plate is arranged between the bottom plate, the illumination module is arranged on the circuit, and the illumination module is located on a focus of the parabolic reflecting plate and the parabolic reflecting plate.
Preferably, the transparent window is parallel to the bottom plate, and the transparent window and the shell form a rectangular box body structure.
Preferably, an included angle between the parabolic symmetry axis of the parabolic reflector and the transparent window is 20-60 degrees.
Preferably, the included angle between the illumination light-emitting window and the transparent window is 60-90 degrees.
Preferably, the lighting module is an LED lighting unit.
Preferably, both sides of the code scanning device are provided with the parabolic reflecting plate, the elliptical reflecting plate and the lighting module.
Preferably, the circuit board further comprises an imaging lens, wherein the imaging lens is arranged in the middle of the circuit board and corresponds to the bottom of the mask, a groove is formed in the bottom of the mask, and the imaging lens enters the groove through an opening in the bottom of the mask.
Preferably, the optical axis of the imaging lens is perpendicular to the transparent window.
Compared with the prior art, the code scanning device has the beneficial effects that the structure of the parabolic reflecting plate, the elliptical reflecting plate and the lighting module is reasonably designed, so that the lighting rays in a transparent window area are more uniform during code scanning, the interference and adverse effect of the reflection of the transparent window glass on the imaging quality of the code scanning are avoided, the decoding success rate is improved, meanwhile, the emergent angle of the lighting rays is reasonably designed, the visual stimulus of the lighting rays to operators is reduced, and the ergonomic requirement is met.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a code scanning device for improving the code scanning illumination efficiency of embodiment 1 of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of the code scanning device for improving the code scanning illumination efficiency of embodiment 1 of the present invention, and the code scanning device 100 for improving the code scanning illumination efficiency of embodiment 1 of the present invention includes a housing, a transparent window 20, a circuit board 30, a parabolic reflector 40, an elliptical reflector 50 and an illumination module 60, wherein the transparent window 20 and the housing form a rectangular box structure, the transparent window 20 is made of transparent glass, and the transparent window 20 faces a bar code to be scanned in use.
The shell includes bottom plate 11, curb plate 12 and shade 13, and transparent window 20 is on a parallel with bottom plate 11, and bottom plate 11, curb plate 12 and transparent window 20's inside forms the accommodation space, and shade 13 is ladder indent and locates in the accommodation space, and the both sides of shade 13 are connected with curb plate 12 and the both sides portion of shade 13 is equipped with illumination light-emitting window 14.
Referring to fig. 2, the circuit board 30 is disposed on the bottom plate 11, the circuit board 30 is disposed between the mask 13 and the bottom plate 11, the circuit board 30 is a multi-layer integrated circuit board, the parabolic reflector 40 is disposed between the side plate 12 and the mask 13 in a parabolic arc shape, the upper end of the parabolic reflector 40 is connected to the upper end of the side plate 12, the lower end of the parabolic reflector 40 is connected to the bottom plate 11, the elliptical reflector 50 is disposed between the mask 13 and the bottom plate 11 in an elliptical arc shape, the upper end of the elliptical reflector 50 is connected to the mask 13, and the lower end of the elliptical reflector 50 is disposed between the bottom plate 11, the lighting module 60 is disposed on the circuit board 30, and the lighting module 60 is simultaneously disposed on the parabolic focus of the parabolic reflector 40 and the nearer elliptical focus of the elliptical reflector 50. Preferably, the illumination module 60 is an LED lighting unit. The invention reasonably designs the illumination structure of the code scanning device, and the illumination light rays emitted by the illumination module 60 are uniformly emitted to the illumination light-emitting window 14 and the transparent window 20 after being reflected by the parabolic reflecting plate 40 and the elliptical reflecting plate 50, so that the influence of the illumination light rays reflected by the transparent window 20 on the imaging quality is reduced, and meanwhile, the visual stimulus of the illumination light rays to operators can be reduced, and the requirements of ergonomics are met.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5 in combination, fig. 3 is a simplified model diagram of a code scanning device for improving the code scanning illumination efficiency according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, fig. 4 is a reflected light ray trend diagram of the parabolic reflector in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a reflected light ray trend diagram of the elliptical reflector in fig. 3. In fig. 3, the broken line indicates the complete track of the parabolic reflector 40 and the elliptical reflector 50, the illumination light emitted by the illumination module 60 is emitted to the parabolic reflector 40, the parabolic reflector 40 reflects the illumination light to the illumination light outlet window 14 and then emits to the transparent window 20 for illuminating the bar code on the non-luminous material, and since the illumination module 60 is arranged on the parabolic focus of the parabolic reflector 40, according to the characteristics of the parabola, the illumination light reflected by the parabolic reflector 40 is all parallel to the symmetry axis of the parabola, so that the illumination uniformity of the area of the transparent window 20 is improved, meanwhile, the illumination light emitted by the illumination module 60 emits to the elliptical reflector 50, emits to the parabolic reflector 40 after being reflected by the elliptical reflector 50, and emits to the illumination light outlet window 14 and the transparent window 20 uniformly after being reflected by the parabolic reflector 40 for illuminating the bar code on the non-luminous material.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the included angle between the parabolic symmetry axis of the parabolic reflecting plate 40 and the transparent window 20 is 20-40 degrees, the reflected illumination light performs low-angle illumination on the area of the transparent window 20 to prevent flare, the included angle between the illumination light-emitting window 14 and the transparent window 20 is 70-90 degrees, and the light-emitting angle is reasonably designed to avoid influencing the code scanning imaging quality.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the parabolic reflecting plates 40, the elliptical reflecting plates 50 and the illumination modules 60 are disposed on two sides of the code scanning device 100, and the parabolic reflecting plates 40, the elliptical reflecting plates 50 and the illumination modules 60 are symmetrically disposed on two sides, so as to improve the uniformity of illumination in the area of the transparent window 20.
Referring to fig. 2, the code scanning device 100 of the present invention further includes an imaging lens 70 for scanning a bar code, wherein the imaging lens 70 is disposed in the middle of the circuit board 30 and corresponds to the bottom of the mask 13, the bottom of the mask 13 is provided with a groove 15, and the imaging lens 70 enters the groove 15 through an opening at the bottom of the mask 13. Further, the optical axis of the imaging lens 70 is perpendicular to the transparent window 20.
In summary, the code scanning device for improving the code scanning illumination efficiency provided by the invention reasonably designs the structures of the parabolic reflecting plate, the elliptical reflecting plate and the illumination module, so that the illumination light of a transparent window area is more uniform during code scanning, the interference and adverse effect of the reflection of the transparent window glass on the code scanning imaging quality are avoided, the decoding success rate is improved, and meanwhile, the emergent angle of the illumination light is reasonably designed, the visual stimulus of the illumination light to an operator is reduced, and the ergonomic requirement is met.
