Description

Steel faucet pipeline limiting joint
Technical Field
The invention relates to a steel faucet pipeline joint, in particular to a steel faucet pipeline limiting joint and an operation method thereof.
Background
The steel bell and spigot joint has good sealing property, and is widely applied to other pipelines such as prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes (PCCP), steel cylinder concrete pipes, reinforced concrete pipes and the like. As shown in fig. 4, the pipe-restraining coupling uses two semicircular armored snap rings to restrain the armored socket ring and a thrust ring disposed on the socket ring so that the coupling is allowed to withstand tensile forces. The disadvantages of this joint are: when the armored snap ring is used for a large-caliber pipeline joint, for example, the caliber of more than DN2000 is larger, the weight of the semicircular armored snap ring exceeds 60kg, particularly, when the lower semicircular armored snap ring is installed, a groove at the pipeline joint needs to be dug deeply, and the upper semicircular armored snap ring and the lower semicircular armored snap ring are manually assembled and connected through bolts, so that the construction engineering amount is increased, and the installation efficiency is reduced.
There is also a form in the prior art of pipe joints that employs a limiting structure on the socket ring, such as the socket bolt type PCCP pipe limiting joint disclosed in the prior art (CN 206130321U), which, as shown in fig. 5, includes a bolt hole provided on the socket ring, on which a bolt is provided, the bolt hole axis being perpendicular to the axis of the PCCP pipe, limiting axial displacement at the joint of the PCCP pipe, preventing unbalanced thrust at the change of pipeline direction from causing the PCCP joint to come off. Such a joint has the disadvantages that: the bellmouth ring is required to be punched and tapered, the number of bolt holes is increased along with the increase of the caliber of the pipeline, and the bolts are sequentially installed and screwed after the pipeline joint is installed, so that the installation efficiency is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a steel faucet pipeline limiting joint which comprises a socket ring, a split snap ring, a socket ring, a screw, a hexagon nut, a U-shaped nut and a rubber ring, wherein the socket ring is fixedly connected with the socket ring; the split clamping ring is embedded in the socket ring groove and forms a closed ring through the screw, the nut and the U-shaped nut; the socket ring and the socket ring are sealed by a compressed rubber ring.
The invention discloses a steel faucet pipeline limiting joint, which is characterized in that: the socket ring is provided with a groove, a rectangular hole and a grouting hole; the opening clamping ring is adjusted to be enlarged or reduced through the screw rod and the U-shaped nut and is locked by the hexagonal nut; relative displacement between the socket ring and the socket ring is limited by the reduced split ring.
The invention also discloses an operation method of the steel faucet pipeline limiting joint, which comprises the following steps: firstly, the opening end of the split snap ring is penetrated out of a rectangular hole of the bellmouth ring, then the bolt, the hexagonal nut, the U-shaped nut and the opening end are sequentially connected, and the outer diameter of the split snap ring is enlarged by changing the rotation direction of the bolt until the outer diameter of the split snap ring is consistent with the inner diameter of a groove of the bellmouth ring; installing a rubber ring on the socket ring, and installing the socket ring at a specified position of the socket ring; reducing the outer diameter of the split snap ring again by changing the rotation direction of the bolt until the inner diameter of the split snap ring is consistent with the outer diameter of the socket ring, and locking the hexagon nut; the pipeline joint is sealed by mortar, and flowing mortar flows into a gap between the opening clamp ring and the groove of the socket ring through a grouting hole arranged on the socket ring.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the steel faucet pipeline limiting joint is characterized in that a split snap ring is used, a split is enlarged before the joint is installed and is tightly attached to a socket ring groove, the split is tightened by a bolt and a U-shaped nut after the joint is in place, so that the split snap ring is tightly attached to the other side of a thrust lug of a faucet ring, and the split snap ring is in a shearing force state, so that the joint bears tension.
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, and provides the steel bell and spigot pipeline limiting joint which is reasonable in structure, uniform and reliable in stress, convenient to install, suitable for large-caliber and small-caliber pipeline limiting joints and capable of improving the installation efficiency.
