The invention discloses a mobile printing device and a secure printing method for electronic signatures, wherein the mobile printing device comprises: the identity acquisition module is used for acquiring identity information of a user; a storage module for temporarily storing the predetermined pattern; the display module is used for displaying the operation information and previewing the preset pattern; the operation input module is used for inputting an operation instruction; the wireless communication module is used for communication connection between the mobile printing device and external equipment; the intelligent processor is connected with the identity acquisition module, the display module, the operation input module, the storage module and the wireless communication module, is used for identifying the identity, processing images of the preset patterns, and is connected with the printing control module of the mobile printing device, and is used for conveying the preset patterns to the printing control module for printing. The invention can solve the problem of lack of legal effectiveness of signatures or stamps in printed and copied documents by moving the printing device to print instantly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of artificial intelligence of mobile printing devices, in particular to a mobile printing device and a safe printing method for electronic signatures.
Background
In the existing electronic signature, a certain authentication mechanism is needed to ensure that the signature is valid, and a printed part and a duplicate part of a document adopting the electronic signature lack legal effectiveness due to the loss of uniqueness. Important company seals such as company seals, contract seals and the like are usually stored in a safe of a company, need to be managed by special persons, have a plurality of procedures during use, are inconvenient to carry and cannot be remotely authorized, have a plurality of problems of inconvenient management and use, and particularly have the problem of inconvenient management and use of a plurality of entity seals.
The motion trail of the mobile ink-jet printer is controlled by a human hand, and the absolute uniformity of the printing speed and the straightness of the trail cannot be ensured by the human hand control, so that the image printed each time has uniqueness.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mobile printing apparatus for electronic signature, comprising:
a printhead including an ink reservoir;
a housing pressed against the surface of the print medium, the print head being movable along and guided by guide means in the housing and ejecting ink drops onto the surface of the print medium;
a mobile positioning module for determining a motion parameter of the housing relative to the surface of the print medium;
a printing control module for printing a predetermined pattern on the surface of the printing medium according to the determined motion parameter;
further comprises:
the identity acquisition module is used for acquiring identity information of a user;
a storage module for temporarily storing the predetermined pattern;
the display module is used for displaying the operation information and previewing the preset pattern;
the operation input module is used for inputting an operation instruction;
the wireless communication module is used for communication connection between the mobile printing device and external equipment;
the intelligent processor is connected with the identity acquisition module, the display module, the operation input module, the storage module and the wireless communication module, is used for identifying the identity, processing images of the preset patterns, and is connected with the printing control module, and is used for conveying the preset patterns to the printing control module for printing.
According to the mobile printing device, intelligent terminals such as a mobile phone and the like and a cloud server can be accessed through the wireless communication module, the cloud server comprises a secure signature server, and the secure signature server can be accessed through identity authentication, so that the secure calling and printing of graphical electronic signatures and electronic signatures are realized.

executing a picture preview instruction, and selecting an electronic signature or an electronic seal to be printed according to the authority;
and executing a printing instruction, and printing the specified graphical electronic signature or electronic seal on the surface of the printing medium through the mobile printing device.
Further, the electronic signature or the electronic seal is stored in a secure signature server, and the mobile printing device accesses the secure signature server through a communication network and obtains the electronic signature or the electronic seal stored on the secure signature server according to the authority.
Further, the selecting the electronic signature or the electronic seal to be printed according to the authority specifically includes: the electronic signature or electronic seal in the preview is temporarily stored in the memory of the mobile printing device while the electronic signature or electronic seal that has been previewed is deleted from the memory of the mobile printing device.
Further, the picture preview execution instruction is actively invoked after the identification execution instruction.

For further illustration of the various embodiments, the invention is provided with the accompanying drawings. The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this disclosure, illustrate embodiments and together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the embodiments. With reference to these matters, one of ordinary skill in the art will understand other possible embodiments and advantages of the present invention. The components in the figures are not drawn to scale and like reference numerals are generally used to designate like components.
The invention will now be further described with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a mobile printing apparatus 1 for electronic signature, comprising: the printer comprises a housing 101, a print head 102, a mobile positioning module 103, a print control module 104, a wireless communication module 105, a power management module 106, a charging module 107 and a rechargeable battery 108. Wherein the printhead 102 is an integrated ink cartridge, which may also be referred to as an integrated ink cartridge of the integrated printhead, and the ink cartridge is a container for storing ink; a housing pressed against a surface of the print medium, the print head being movable along and guided by guide means in the housing and ejecting ink droplets on the surface of the print medium; a mobile positioning module 103 for determining a motion parameter of the housing relative to the surface of the print medium; and the printing control module 104 is used for printing a preset pattern on the surface of the printing medium according to the determined motion parameters. The power management module 106, the charging module 107, and the rechargeable battery 108 provide power management of the present mobile printing apparatus.
The mobile printing device 1 has a function expansion module including: an intelligent processor 110; a storage module 111 for temporarily storing the predetermined pattern and other data; an identity acquisition module 109, configured to acquire identity information of a user; a display module 113 for displaying operation information and previewing predetermined patterns, the predetermined patterns being an electronic signature and an electronic seal when the electronic signature printing application is implemented; and an operation input module 112 for inputting operation instructions, the operation instructions at least including: a print instruction and an identification instruction.
The intelligent processor is connected with the identity acquisition module, the display module, the operation input module and the storage module, is used for identifying the identity, processing images of the preset patterns, and is connected with the printing control module, and is used for conveying the preset patterns to the printing control module for printing.
In this embodiment, the wireless communication module 105 is a Bluetooth/WIFI dual-mode module, and can communicate with an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone through Bluetooth, an application program (APP) is running in the intelligent terminal such as the mobile phone, the pattern to be printed can be edited and generated through the application program, and is sent to the mobile printing device, and the cloud server can also be directly accessed through a WIFI wireless gateway to perform specific functions, such as an identity verification function, and access a secure signature server through identity authentication to obtain a patterned electronic signature or electronic seal, where the secure signature server is used for providing security management of the electronic signature and the electronic seal.
In this embodiment, the wireless communication module 105 is also used to connect the intelligent processor 110 and the print control module 104. The intelligent processor 110 can interact with the print control module 104 by means of AT instructions, etc., which facilitates function expansion.
In this embodiment, the storage module 111 may be a DRAM or Flash memory embedded in the intelligent processor, or an external Flash memory extended to the intelligent processor, so as to provide temporary storage and fast reading and writing.
In this embodiment, the display module 113 and the operation input module 112 are a display portion and an operation input portion (touch input) of a touch display screen, respectively, the touch display screen is disposed on the top of the device, and a user performs touch operation according to display information of the touch display screen to input an operation instruction.
In this embodiment, the identity acquisition module 109 is an image acquisition device (including the lens 1091 and its driving circuit), and a person skilled in the art may also adopt a password input device (such as a virtual keyboard, operating through a touch display screen) or adopt a biological information recognition device such as a fingerprint recognition device to acquire identity information according to application requirements.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the lens 1091 faces obliquely upward, or may be directly upward under the appearance of other products, so as to collect identity information such as face information of a user and perform identity recognition such as face recognition.
In other embodiments, a fingerprint recognition device may be provided on the device, for example, at the bottom of the device, so as to perform fingerprint recognition.
When the face recognition or fingerprint recognition is carried out, the face recognition or fingerprint recognition result can be directly displayed on the touch display screen to carry out operation confirmation.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention also discloses a secure printing method for electronic signatures, which adopts the above mobile printing device to execute the following steps, including:
step S1, executing an identity recognition instruction, and inputting correct identity information through an identity recognition module on a mobile printing device to obtain the authority of accessing a corresponding electronic signature or electronic seal;
step S2, executing a picture preview instruction, and selecting an electronic signature or an electronic seal to be printed according to the authority;
and step S3, executing a printing instruction, and printing the specified patterned electronic signature or electronic seal on the surface of the printing medium through the mobile printing device.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to secure an electronic signature or an electronic seal stored in the secure signature server 3, the mobile printing apparatus 1 accesses the secure signature server 3 through a communication network, for example, through WIFI, and obtains the electronic signature or the electronic seal stored on the secure signature server 3 according to the authority. The manner of accessing the secure signature server 3 may be that the mobile printing apparatus 1 accesses the secure signature server 3 located in the cloud through WIFI via a wireless gateway 4 such as a router, and then through a wired or wireless network, or may access the secure signature server 3 through a WIFI hotspot sharing of the intelligent terminal 2 via a mobile communication network, or access via other paths.
In a specific operation of the present embodiment, in order to facilitate print management and use security requirements of electronic signatures and electronic stamps, only the electronic signature or electronic stamp in preview is temporarily stored in the memory of the mobile printing apparatus 1, while the electronic signature or electronic stamp that has been previewed is deleted from the memory of the mobile printing apparatus 1.
In this embodiment, for convenience of operation, after the identification instruction is executed, the instruction for executing the picture preview is actively invoked, the electronic signature or the electronic signature under the authority is selected, and then the printing of the electronic signature or the electronic signature is performed through the printing instruction.
The invention can sign and seal through identity recognition by adopting the mobile printing device to form a safe printing and encryption seal mechanism, solves the problem that the signature or seal in the printed and copied document lacks legal effectiveness, and has extremely important significance.

1. A mobile printing device for electronic signatures, comprising:
a printhead containing an ink reservoir;
a housing pressed against the surface of the print medium, the print head being movable along and guided by guide means in the housing and ejecting ink drops onto the surface of the print medium;
a mobile positioning module for determining a motion parameter of the housing relative to the surface of the print medium;
the printing control module is used for printing a preset pattern on the surface of the printing medium according to the motion parameters;
characterized by further comprising:
the identity acquisition module is used for acquiring identity information of a user;
a storage module for temporarily storing the predetermined pattern;
the display module is used for displaying the operation information and previewing the preset pattern;
the operation input module is used for inputting an operation instruction;
the wireless communication module is used for communication connection between the mobile printing device and external equipment;
the intelligent processor is connected with the identity acquisition module, the display module, the operation input module, the storage module and the wireless communication module, is used for identifying the identity, processing images of the preset patterns, and is connected with the printing control module, and is used for conveying the preset patterns to the printing control module for printing.

The secure printing method of claim 7, wherein: the electronic signature or the electronic seal is stored in the secure signature server, and the mobile printing device accesses the secure signature server through a communication network and obtains the electronic signature or the electronic seal stored on the secure signature server according to the authority.
