Background
The plate is a flat rectangular building material plate with standard size manufactured by manual machinery, is widely applied to the building industry, and is mainly used as a member for decorating rooms such as walls, ceilings or floors. The new plate which is just delivered from the factory can not be directly used, and needs to be processed, for example, the plate is drilled, so that the fixing and the aesthetic effects are achieved.
Drilling of a sheet material requires the use of a drilling machine, which is a generic term for machinery and equipment that uses a tool harder and sharper than the object to leave a cylindrical hole or hole in the object by means of rotary cutting or rotary extrusion. However, the existing plate drilling machine has the problems that the drill bit is not sufficiently cooled, the chips cannot be collected in a centralized manner, and the cooling liquid is not sufficiently recycled.

a plate drilling machine comprises a cross beam, wherein two support rods are fixedly connected to the bottom of the cross beam and symmetrically distributed at two ends of the cross beam, a backing plate is slidably connected to one end, away from the cross beam, of each support rod, the backing plate is fixedly connected to a base, a hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the cross beam, a piston end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly connected with a working box, a cooling box is fixedly mounted in the working box, liquid pumping mechanisms penetrate through side walls at two ends of the cooling box, a driving motor is fixedly mounted below the cooling box, a first gear is fixedly sleeved on a rotor of the driving motor, the first gear is meshed with a second gear, the second gear is fixedly sleeved on a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the bottom wall of the working box through a bearing structure, a drill bit is mounted at the lower end of the first gear, a collecting cavity is formed in the base, the collecting cavity is movably connected with a processing mechanism, a cavity is formed in one side of the processing mechanism, and a recovery mechanism is fixedly mounted inside the cavity.
Preferably, drawing liquid mechanism includes including runner, piston, connecting rod and a piston tube, piston seal sliding connection is between the inner wall of a piston tube, the fixed cover of runner is in the pivot is kept away from the one end of second gear, the one end of connecting rod is rotated and is connected the eccentric department at the runner, the connecting rod is kept away from the one end of runner with piston one end is rotated and is connected, a piston tube intercommunication has feed liquor pipe and drain pipe, just install the feed liquor check valve in the feed liquor pipe, install out the liquid check valve in the drain pipe.
Preferably, the processing mechanism comprises a processing box and a filter screen, the filter screen is slidably connected to the inner wall of the processing box, and the processing box is slidably connected to the lower end of the collecting cavity.
Preferably, a movable door is arranged on one side of the treatment box, a door handle is fixedly mounted on one side of the movable door, the movable door can be opened through the door handle, and the treatment box can slide out of the collection cavity after the movable door is opened.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. through the collection device who sets up piece and coolant liquid, collect and retrieve the coolant liquid that a large amount of pieces that produce and use among the drilling process, can enough avoid piece clearance difficulty problem, also can retrieve the coolant liquid, avoid the waste of coolant liquid.
2. The drill bit can be damaged due to overhigh temperature, the use and the precision are influenced, so that the drill bit is sprayed with cooling liquid when the drill bit works by arranging the drill bit cooling mechanism, the temperature of the drill bit is reduced, and the sharpness of a cutting edge can be kept.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a plate drilling machine comprises a cross beam 1, wherein the bottom of the cross beam 1 is fixedly connected with two support rods 3, the two support rods 3 are symmetrically distributed at two ends of the cross beam 1, one end of each support rod 3, which is far away from the cross beam 1, is slidably connected with a backing plate 4, the backing plate 4 is fixedly connected to a base 5, the bottom of the cross beam 1 is fixedly provided with a hydraulic oil cylinder 9, the piston end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 9 is fixedly connected with a working box 2, a cooling box 10 is fixedly arranged in the working box 2, the side walls of two ends of the cooling box 10 are penetrated with a liquid pumping mechanism, a driving motor 13 is fixedly arranged below the cooling box 10, a rotor of the driving motor 13 is fixedly sleeved with a first gear 14, the first gear 14 is meshed with a second gear 12, the second gear 12 is fixedly sleeved on a rotating shaft 11, one end of the rotating shaft 11 is rotatably connected with the bottom wall of the working box 2 through a bearing structure, and a drill bit 15 is arranged at the lower end of the first gear 14, the base 5 is internally provided with a collecting cavity 16, the collecting cavity 16 is internally and movably connected with a processing mechanism, one side of the processing mechanism is provided with a cavity 7, and the cavity 7 is internally and fixedly provided with a recovery mechanism.
The liquid pumping mechanism comprises a rotating wheel 18, a piston 21, a connecting rod 20 and a piston cylinder 19, the piston 21 is connected between the inner walls of the piston cylinder 19 in a sealing and sliding mode, the rotating wheel 18 is fixedly sleeved at one end, far away from the second gear 12, of the rotating shaft 11, one end of the connecting rod 20 is connected to the eccentric position of the rotating wheel 18 in a rotating mode, one end, far away from the rotating wheel 18, of the connecting rod 20 is connected with one end of the piston 21 in a rotating mode, the piston cylinder 19 is communicated with a liquid inlet pipe 29 and a liquid outlet pipe 26, a liquid inlet one-way valve 28 is installed in the liquid inlet pipe 29, the liquid inlet one-way valve 28 only allows cooling liquid to enter the piston cylinder 19 from the cooling box 10, a liquid outlet one-way valve 27 is installed in the liquid outlet pipe 26, and the liquid outlet one-way valve 27 only allows the cooling liquid to be sprayed onto the drill bit 15 from the interior of the piston cylinder 19 through the liquid outlet pipe 26.
The treatment mechanism comprises a treatment box 22 and a filter screen 23, the filter screen 23 is connected on the inner wall of the treatment box 22 in a sliding way, and the treatment box 22 is connected at the lower end of the collection cavity 16 in a sliding way.
A movable door 24 is arranged on one side of the treatment box 22, a door handle 25 is fixedly arranged on one side of the movable door 24, the movable door 24 can be opened through the door handle 25, and the treatment box 22 can slide out of the collection cavity 16 after the movable door 24 is opened.
The recycling mechanism comprises a pump 6, a liquid suction pipe 17 and a liquid discharge pipe 8, the pump 6 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the cavity 7, one end of the liquid suction pipe 17 is fixedly installed at a liquid inlet of the pump 6, one end, far away from the pump 6, of the liquid suction pipe 17 is communicated with the processing box 22, the liquid discharge pipe 8 is communicated with a liquid discharge port of the pump 6, and one end, far away from the pump 6, of the liquid discharge pipe 8 is communicated with the cooling box 10.
The backing plate 4 is provided with a plurality of pore channels.
The sliding connection in the invention can be a sliding groove connection or a sliding rail connection, and is all the prior art, and the details are not repeated herein.
In the invention, when a plate is fixed on the backing plate 4 to be processed, the driving motor 13 is turned on, the rotor of the driving motor 13 rotates to drive the first gear 14 fixedly sleeved on the rotor to rotate, the first gear 14 drives the second gear 12 meshed with the first gear to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 11 is driven to rotate, and the rotating wheel 18 is driven to rotate, so that the reciprocating motion of the piston 21 is pushed through the connecting rod 20, when the piston 21 moves rightwards, the pressure in the piston cylinder 19 is reduced, cooling liquid enters the piston cylinder 19 from the liquid inlet pipe 29 through the liquid inlet one-way valve 28, when the piston cylinder 19 moves rightwards, the pressure in the piston cylinder 19 is increased, and the cooling liquid is sprayed on the drill bit 15 from the liquid outlet pipe 26 through the liquid outlet one-way valve 27, so that the cooling of the drill bit 15 in the drilling process is realized.
Furthermore, in the drilling process, the generated chips and the sprayed cooling liquid are mixed to enter the collection cavity 16 through the pore in the base plate 4 and then enter the treatment box 22, the chips in the mixed liquid are blocked by the filter screen 23, the rest cooling liquid is further collected at the bottom of the treatment box 22, and then under the action of the pump 6, the cooling liquid is sucked through the suction pipe 17 and then is discharged into the cooling box 10 through the liquid discharge pipe 8, so that the recovery of the cooling liquid is realized, and the cost is saved.
