1) the combined net film roll is formed by synchronously laminating the separation net and the release film with the same linear speed into an upper net film roll and a lower net film roll;
2) the combined net film roll is subjected to dot-matrix spraying by adopting molten glue through a spray head according to a set partition plate spraying pattern, the partition net has the main functions of providing a flow channel in an electrodialysis film stack, thinning a diffusion layer, improving the performance of the film stack and isolating a negative film and a positive film, the dot-matrix spraying has a good partition plate forming effect on the partition net with the thickness of 0.1-3mm, and meanwhile, the dot-matrix spraying has good wrapping performance after the partition net with the thickness of 0.1-3mm is rolled, and a sealed failure channel with an obvious surface cannot be formed;
3) the sprayed combined net film roll is subjected to primary rolling and shaping, then the release film is peeled off to separate a partition plate, the peeled release film is rolled, and the separated partition plate is subjected to secondary rolling and shaping and then subjected to thickness detection;
4) and cutting the partition board with stable thickness into an electrodialysis partition board.
According to the invention, the set partition plate spraying graph determines a spraying area according to the shapes and sizes of the runners of different electrodialysis partition plates, and the partition plate sealing frame is sprayed out of the spraying area.
According to the invention, the dot-matrix spraying of the combined net film roll adopts the spraying holes with the nozzles arranged in a dot-matrix manner for spraying.

According to the invention, the melt index of the plastic adopted by the molten rubber material is 50-1500, and the molten rubber material has good spraying performance in the spraying process, so that the spraying is uniform; if the melt index is too low, the problems of over-high spraying pressure, unsmooth spraying, poor leveling effect, over-high melt index, unstable spraying amount, leveling pattern deformation, glue shortage and the like are easily caused.
According to the invention, the spraying frequency of the molten rubber material for spraying the combined net film roll according to the set partition plate spraying pattern through the spray head is adapted to the linear speed of the combined net film roll.
According to the invention, the rolling shaping of the primary rolling shaping and the secondary rolling shaping is realized by combining a sizing material and a spacer screen into a partition plate through physical change or chemical change. When the physical change is thermoplastic plastic, heating and melting the sizing material for spraying, and rolling, shaping and cooling to form the partition plate; the chemical change refers to that the prepolymerized plastic with a certain melt index reacts to form plastic with higher molecular weight after being rolled and shaped, so that the partition plate has higher use temperature and mechanical property.
According to the invention, if the whole surface sizing material is adopted for spraying, warping deformation in the rolling process is easily caused, so that lattice type spraying is adopted, spraying area gaps exist in a spraying area to form spaced spraying glue points, and in the rolling process, spraying area gaps between spraying lattices can be filled with rolled molten sizing material fluid to form an integrated sizing material coating sealing surface of the partition net, rolling deformation and stretching caused by excessive molten sizing material are avoided, the problems of tolerance and warping deformation of the partition board are effectively solved, and burrs generated in welding the partition board are fundamentally eliminated; in addition, the dot-matrix spraying can be flexibly adjusted according to the overall dimension of the flow channel required by the partition plate, and the partition plates with different flow channels are manufactured. The lattice type spraying can continuously produce coiled separators and continuously manufacture electrodialysis separators, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved.
