Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It should be noted that, if directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, and back … …) are involved in the embodiment of the present invention, the directional indications are only used to explain the relative positional relationship between the components, the movement situation, and the like in a specific posture (as shown in the drawing), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indications are changed accordingly.
The air sent into the room by the existing fresh air conditioner mainly comprises two parts. One is directly called the new trend from the air of outdoor introduction, and its second is originally existing in the air of indoor and carries out air cycle and call back air, and wherein new trend circulation can generally consume a large amount of energy, and the back air circulation can cause gaseous pollutant's the continuous accumulation. Therefore, the proportion of fresh air and return air needs to be reasonably regulated and controlled, so that the electric energy consumption of an air conditioning system can be reduced and the indoor air quality can be improved. The air conditioner which can realize automatic regulation and control of fresh air circulation and return air circulation is basically characterized in that an air detection device is respectively arranged at an indoor unit and an outdoor unit to respectively detect indoor air quality and outdoor air quality, so that the air conditioner can judge whether the indoor air quality is good or not by comparing the indoor air quality with the outdoor air quality, and further judge whether the fresh air circulation or the return air circulation is needed, namely, the automatic regulation and control of the fresh air circulation and the return air circulation is realized. However, this method requires two air detection devices in the air conditioner, and the equipment system is complex and costly.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an air conditioner fresh air control method, which simply means that an air detection device is arranged in an air conditioner. In this embodiment, a fresh air valve is disposed at the air inlet of the air conditioner, and an indoor return air valve is disposed at the air outlet of the air conditioner. When the fresh air valve is opened independently, the air conditioner can circularly supply fresh air, and the air quality of outdoor fresh air entering the air conditioner from the outside is detected through the air detection device, so that a first air quality value (namely, the outdoor air quality is reflected) is obtained; when the indoor return air valve is opened independently, indoor circulating air supply can be carried out, and the air quality of the indoor return air entering the air conditioner from the indoor is detected through the air detection device, namely, the second air quality value (namely, the indoor air quality is reflected) is obtained. Therefore, the indoor air quality and the outdoor air quality can be detected by only one air detection device, the equipment system is effectively simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the fresh air conditioner is reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, this embodiment provides an air conditioner fresh air control method, where the method is applied to an air conditioner, and the method includes:
and S100, acquiring a first air quality value when the air conditioner performs fresh air circulation air supply according to the air detection device.
In order to achieve the acquisition of the indoor air quality and the outdoor air quality, an air detection device is provided in the air conditioner in advance in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the air detection device is disposed at the air outlet, and the air quality is detected through the air detection device. The air detection device is sensitive in detection, and can accurately acquire the air quality so as to ensure the reliability of a detection result. During specific implementation, the air conditioner can introduce outdoor fresh air by executing fresh air circulating air supply, and a first air quality value can be obtained by detecting the air quality of the outdoor fresh air.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 4, the step S100 includes the following steps:
and S110, after the air conditioner is started, controlling the fresh air valve to be in an open state so that the air conditioner can execute fresh air circulating air supply.
And step S120, when the time length of the air conditioner for executing the fresh air circulating air supply meets a first preset time length, acquiring the first air quality value through the air detection device.
And step S130, storing the acquired first air quality value.
Specifically, after the air conditioner is started, the air conditioner is controlled to execute fresh air circulating air supply, and the fresh air circulating air supply is realized by controlling the fresh air valve to be in an open state. In one implementation, as shown in fig. 2, when the air conditioner performs the fresh air circulation, the fresh air enters from the air inlet 20 and first enters the fresh air duct 70 through the air inlet 20. When the fresh air valve 30 is opened, the air entering the fresh air duct 70 passes through the fresh air valve 30, enters the heat exchanger for heat exchange, is made into cold air, and then enters the cross-flow fan blade air duct, the cross-flow fan blade 80 is arranged in the cross-flow fan blade air duct, and the refrigerated outdoor fresh air is uniformly exhausted from the air outlet 40 under the action of the cross-flow fan blade 80 and enters the room. In one implementation, the air inlet 20 is provided with a filter screen for filtering air, and the filter screen can effectively filter particulate matters (PM2.5, pollen and the like) in the outdoor air and can effectively perform sterilization treatment on the outdoor air, such as killing microorganisms (bacteria, mold, viruses and the like) in the outdoor air. The filter screen can be a device for filtering and sterilizing such as an IFD (integrated filter and distribution) screen and an HPA (pressurized water reactor) screen.
And when the time length of the air conditioner for executing the fresh air circulating air supply meets a first preset time length. If the time is 10min, at this time, the air conditioner can be guaranteed to be stably operated, the first air quality value is obtained through the air detection device, and the first air quality can reflect the quality of outdoor air entering the room from the outside. And the air detection device records the acquired first air quality value and sends the first air quality value to a preset controller for storage. In one embodiment, an intelligent chip is installed in the controller, and the first air quality value can be stored and analyzed through the intelligent chip.
Because the air conditioner only controls the fresh air valve 30 to be opened when executing fresh air circulation air supply, only outdoor fresh air flows out of the air outlet 40 and enters the room. The indoor atmospheric pressure can be improved to continuous outdoor new trend entering indoor, extrudees indoor original air, then passes through places such as each door and window gap, kitchen guarding's exhaust fan with gaseous exhaust, forms certain pressure-fired air protection, can effectively block external pollution to a certain extent and get into. Therefore, after the air conditioner starts fresh air circulation for air supply, the indoor air quality can be greatly improved.
And step S200, acquiring a second air quality value when the air conditioner performs indoor circulating air supply according to the air detection device.
Specifically, after the air conditioner performs fresh air circulation air supply, the air conditioner is controlled to perform indoor circulation air supply. As shown in fig. 2, when the air conditioner performs the indoor air circulation, indoor air enters the air conditioner from the indoor air return valve 50, passes through the heat exchanger, is made into cold air, enters the air duct of the cross-flow fan blade 80, and is uniformly discharged from the air outlet 40 under the action of the cross-flow fan blade 80, and then returns to the indoor space. After the circulation flow is carried out for a period of time, the indoor temperature is uniform, and the human body feels comfortable.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 5, the step S200 includes the following steps:
step S210, after the air detection device obtains the first air quality value, controlling the fresh air valve to be in a closed state, and controlling the indoor return air valve 50 to be in an open state, so that the air conditioner performs the indoor air circulation.
Step S220, when the time length for the air conditioner to perform the indoor circulating air supply satisfies a second preset time length, obtaining a second air quality value through the air detection device 10.
Step S230, storing the acquired second air quality value.
Specifically, because the indoor air is generally lower in temperature than the outdoor fresh air, when enough outdoor fresh air is introduced into the room, the indoor air is more energy-saving when the indoor air is used for circulating indoors as the cold air is produced by the indoor air as compared with the cold air produced by the outdoor fresh air and sent into the room. Therefore, when the air detection device acquires the first air quality value, the indoor circulating air supply is executed. The indoor circulating air supply is realized by controlling the fresh air valve 30 to be in a closed state and controlling the indoor return air valve 50 to be in an open state. In the refrigeration mode of the air conditioner, after the air conditioner starts the indoor circulating air supply, the outdoor fresh air is not used for making cold air, but the indoor air is recycled for making cold air, so that the effective energy conservation is realized.
When the time period for the air conditioner to perform the indoor circulating air supply meets a second preset time period, for example, one hour, since the indoor air is continuously circulated and cooled by the air conditioner, the content of various exhaust gases, such as carbon dioxide, in the indoor air is also continuously accumulated, so that the oxygen content of the indoor air is reduced. Therefore, when the time length of the air conditioner performing the indoor circulating air supply meets a second preset time length, a second air quality value is obtained through the air detection device 10, and the second air quality value can reflect the current indoor air quality. And the air detection device 10 records the acquired second air quality value and sends the second air quality value to the controller for storage. In one embodiment, an intelligent chip is installed in the controller, and the second air quality value can be stored and analyzed by the intelligent chip.
After the controller receives the first air quality value and the second air quality value, the first air quality value and the second air quality value need to be combined for analysis, so that the indoor air quality is judged to be good or bad. When the indoor air quality is poor, outdoor fresh air needs to be introduced again to improve the indoor air quality; when the indoor air quality is still good, outdoor fresh air does not need to be introduced, and the indoor air can be continuously subjected to circulating refrigeration so as to realize effective energy conservation. It is necessary to perform different operations according to the analysis result of the indoor air quality. As shown in fig. 1, step S300 is executed to control the opening and closing states of the fresh air valve and/or the indoor return air valve according to the first air quality value and the second air quality value, so as to realize automatic fresh air exchange of the air conditioner.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 6, the step S300 includes the following steps:
and step S310, obtaining an air quality difference value according to the first air quality value and the second air quality value.
And S320, outputting a fresh air control instruction according to the air quality difference.
And S330, controlling the opening and closing states of the fresh air valve and/or the indoor return air valve according to the fresh air control instruction.
In specific implementation, after the controller acquires the first air quality value and the second air quality value, the first air quality value and the second air quality value are subjected to difference, and the obtained difference value is an air quality difference value which reflects the indoor air quality change condition of the air conditioner after the air conditioner performs indoor circulating air supply for a second preset time. For example, when the air quality difference is large, it indicates that the indoor air quality changes greatly, and fresh air circulation air supply may be required to improve the indoor air quality; when the air quality difference is small, the indoor air quality change is small, and the indoor air quality requirement can be met by continuously performing indoor circulating air supply. Therefore, a fresh air control instruction needs to be output according to the air quality difference to control the opening and closing states of the fresh air valve 30 and/or the indoor return air valve 50, so as to realize automatic fresh air exchange of the air conditioner.
In one implementation, the present embodiment compares the air quality difference value with the air quality threshold, which is preset. When the air quality difference value is larger than the air quality threshold value, the difference between the indoor air quality and the outdoor air quality is larger, so that the current indoor air quality is judged to be poor, and a first fresh air instruction is output; and when the air quality difference is smaller than or equal to the air quality threshold, the difference between the indoor air quality and the outdoor air quality is not large, so that the current indoor air quality is judged to be good, and a second fresh air instruction is output.
Specifically, the first and second air quality values may include a plurality of air quality parameter values, which may include, for example, an oxygen content value, a carbon dioxide content value, a PM2.5 content value, a humidity value. The air quality difference should include differences in air quality parameters of the corresponding type, i.e., an oxygen content difference, a carbon dioxide content difference, a PM2.5 content difference, and a humidity difference. Similarly, the air quality threshold also includes a threshold corresponding to a difference between the air quality parameters of the corresponding types, that is, a threshold of an oxygen content difference, a threshold of a carbon dioxide content difference, a threshold of a PM2.5 content difference, and a threshold of a humidity difference. And if the difference value of any one type of air quality parameter in the air quality difference value is larger than the corresponding threshold value, namely the air quality difference value is larger than the air quality threshold value, outputting a first fresh air instruction. And if the difference values of all kinds of air quality parameters in the air quality difference values are smaller than or equal to the corresponding threshold values, namely the air quality difference values are smaller than or equal to the air quality threshold values, outputting a second fresh air control instruction. And controlling the air conditioner to perform different operations through the first fresh air control instruction and the second fresh air control instruction, so that the air conditioner automatically changes fresh air.
Because the first fresh air control command is generated under the condition that the air quality difference value is larger than the air quality threshold value, aiming at the condition that the indoor air quality is poor, in order to improve the current indoor air quality as soon as possible, the simplest and simplest method is to introduce outdoor fresh air into the room. Therefore, when the controller receives the first fresh air control instruction, the indoor return air valve 50 and the fresh air valve 30 are controlled to be in an open state according to the first fresh air control instruction, so that outdoor fresh air enters the room through the fresh air valve 30 to be circularly supplied with fresh air, and indoor air passes through the indoor return air valve 50 to be circularly supplied with indoor air, so that mixed circular air supply is realized. The fresh outdoor air can continuously dilute the original indoor turbid air when entering, so that the current indoor air quality is effectively improved, for example, the carbon dioxide content is reduced, the oxygen content is increased, and the like; the circulation of the indoor wind can keep the indoor air temperature constant, so that the human body feels comfortable. Because in actual operation, if indoor relatively seals, and introduce outdoor new trend constantly, lead to indoor air atmospheric pressure to be greater than outdoor air atmospheric pressure easily to increase outdoor new trend and get into indoor resistance, lead to indoor outdoor air exchange effect relatively poor, in order to avoid the emergence of above-mentioned condition, in a realization, still can be provided with in the air conditioner and be used for discharging the outdoor exhaust part of indoor air, ventilation part can be effectively when introducing outdoor new trend, with indoor dirty air discharge indoor, thereby improve indoor outdoor air exchange effect.
Since the second fresh air control command is generated when the air quality difference is less than or equal to the air quality threshold, and is for the case that the indoor air quality is good, the indoor air quality does not need to be improved by introducing outdoor fresh air in such a case. When the controller receives the second fresh air control instruction, the outdoor and indoor return air valve 50 is controlled to be in an open state and the fresh air valve 30 is controlled to be in a closed state according to the second fresh air control instruction, so that indoor air passes through the indoor return air valve 50 to be subjected to indoor circulating air supply. Indoor air continuously enters from the indoor air return valve 50, is uniformly discharged from the air outlet 40 after being cooled, and the indoor temperature is kept constant under the circulating action.
In one implementation, after the air detection device 10 first obtains the second air quality value, the step S200 is repeated every preset time period, and the newly obtained second air quality value is stored in the controller to replace the original second air quality value, and then the step S300 is repeated, so that the automatic fresh air function of the air conditioner is realized, the indoor air quality is timely improved, and the indoor comfort and high cleanliness are ensured.
