Abstract
The invention discloses an overhead type rigid landfill leachate collecting-draining device which is characterized by comprising a leachate collecting layer, a leachate impermeable layer, a leachate leakage detecting pipe and a leachate draining pipe. The landfill material enters the landfill unit of the rigid landfill site through the feeding system, leachate generated in the landfill unit is collected to a collecting pipe orifice at the center of the bottom of the landfill unit by a certain gradient through a leachate collecting layer, and is guided and discharged to a leachate collecting pit by a leachate guide and discharge pipe. The leachate leakage detecting pipe can find whether the leachate impervious layer is damaged or not in time and take remedial measures in time to prevent the leachate leakage from causing the environmental pollution around the reservoir area. The invention achieves the purpose of completely sealing the middle process of pollutants by collecting, detecting leakage and guiding and discharging leachate generated by a rigid landfill system, greatly improves the maintenance efficiency of the transport pipe and reduces the risk of environmental pollution.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hazardous waste landfills, in particular to an overhead type rigid landfill leachate collecting-drainage guide device.
Background
Landfill disposal is an important component in the current hazardous waste disposal means, and is also an important supplement to the treatment means such as incineration and materialization. Leachate generated by the landfill system at present is an important factor in environmental pollution control, so leachate collection, drainage design and construction level need to be improved urgently.
Most of conventional landfill sites are flexible, and the leachate drainage mode mainly comprises that a drainage layer is formed by pebbles or broken stones at the bottom of a reservoir, HDPE floral tubes with certain pipe diameters are laid in the drainage layer, and a leachate collection pit is inclined at a gradient of more than or equal to 2%. The leachate drainage guide pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the reservoir in the drainage guide mode, and if seepage occurs due to damage of an impermeable layer at the bottom of the reservoir, the leachate drainage guide pipeline does not have overhauling practical operability, and brings great potential safety hazards to the environment.
In recent years, with the increasing production of domestic hazardous wastes, the site selection requirement of a safe landfill site is higher and tighter, and the construction requirement of a rigid landfill site is increasingly increased under the limitation of the site selection and the requirement of landfill objects. At present, a part of domestic leachate guide and discharge devices of rigid landfill sites adopt power lifting guide and discharge, so that the energy consumption is high, and the practical operability is poor. The practical, convenient and safe rigid landfill leachate collection and drainage guide device is very necessary to be researched.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the leachate collecting and draining device for the overhead rigid landfill so as to achieve the purposes of completely sealing the middle process of pollutants, visualizing leachate leakage, greatly improving the maintenance efficiency of the transport pipe and reducing the risk of environmental pollution

the leachate impermeable layer is arranged on the lower layer of the leachate collecting layer, and the HDPE geomembrane is adopted, so that leachate generated in the landfill unit can be prevented from seeping down to the wall of the rigid landfill pool, and the risk of environmental pollution is reduced;

The invention achieves the purpose of completely sealing the middle process of pollutants by collecting, detecting leakage and guiding and discharging leachate generated by a rigid landfill system, greatly improves the maintenance efficiency of the transport pipe and reduces the risk of environmental pollution. The invention has the advantages of less manual management, less operation environment risk, visual leakage detection and maintenance conditions of leachate and better market applicability. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the leachate leakage detection pipeline is positioned on the overhead layer, and has the conditions of visual detection and timely maintenance, so that the environmental pollution risk is greatly reduced.
2. The leachate guide and discharge pipeline arranged in the invention guides and discharges leachate by using gravity, thereby greatly reducing the operation energy consumption and being economical and feasible.

The leachate drainage guide pipe comprises a leachate drainage guide standpipe 5 and a leachate drainage guide transverse pipe 7, the leachate drainage guide standpipe 5 is located in the center of the rigid landfill unit, the upper part of the leachate drainage guide standpipe passes through 2.0mm of HDPE geomembrane and is subjected to hot melt welding, and the lower pipeline penetrates out of the pool bottom through a waterproof sleeve 6 embedded at the bottom of the rigid landfill pool. The horizontal leachate drainage guide pipe 7 and the vertical leachate drainage guide pipe 5 are welded through hot melting, and are drained to a leachate collection pit 8 near a rigid landfill site through gravity flow at a certain gradient.
The leachate leakage detection layer is located below the leachate impermeable layer, the leachate leakage detection pipe adopts a transparent ABS resin pipeline, the leachate leakage detection vertical pipeline penetrates out of the pool bottom through the embedded waterproof sleeve at the bottom of the landfill unit pool, and the tail end of the leachate leakage detection vertical pipeline is plugged by a blind plate so as to be convenient for visual detection. When the visual leachate exists in the leachate leakage detecting pipe of the landfill unit, the damage of the leachate impervious layer of the landfill unit can be shown, and the pipeline maintenance personnel of the landfill site can immediately carry out implementation remedial measures.

the leachate collection layer is paved at the bottom of the rigid landfill, and leachate generated by the rigid landfill is collected to the center of the bottom of the rigid landfill through the leachate collection layer after being infiltrated;
the leachate impermeable layer is arranged on the lower layer of the leachate collecting layer, and the HDPE geomembrane is adopted, so that leachate generated in the landfill unit can be prevented from seeping down to the wall of the rigid landfill pool, and the risk of environmental pollution is reduced;

The overhead rigid landfill leachate collecting and draining device of claim 4, wherein the leachate leakage detecting pipe is a transparent ABS resin pipeline, the end of the leachate leakage detecting pipe is blocked by a blind plate, and the elevation is lower than the leachate drainage guiding pipe so as to be convenient for visual detection, and when leachate exists in the pipeline, the landfill leachate is indicated to be damaged.
