本发明涉及日化领域,具体地说是涉及一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物及其制备方法。本发明的组合物包含纳米银、卡波尔树脂、三乙醇胺、二氧化硅、甘油、羧甲基纤维素钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、香精、糖精钠、纯净水等。本发明的制备方法为称取甘油、纳米银、卡波尔树脂,分散成胶,再加入二氧化硅、羧甲基纤维素钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、糖精钠和纯净水混合、均质,最后加入香精、三乙醇胺,混合、均质后灌装进软管,形成含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物。本发明组合物,可美白牙齿,还具有防酸、固齿等作用。可以为消费者提供专业化产品,满足消费者个性化需求。

背景技术
纳米银就是将银粒子做到纳米级的金属银单质。纳米(nm)是继微米之后的目前最小的一种计量单位,1纳米为百万分之一毫米,也就是十亿分之一米。纳米银,是利用纳米技术将银纳米化,使银在纳米状态下的杀菌能力产生了质的飞跃。纳米银粒径可以制造、控制在25纳米左右,对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等几十种致病菌都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,广谱杀菌且无任何的耐药性,能够促进伤口的愈合、细胞的生长及受损细胞的修复,对皮肤也未发现任何刺激反应。市场上就有用纳米银和精梳棉纤维制成的棉袜,具备很好的抗菌防臭的效果,市场上也有将纳米银应用于抗菌防臭鞋垫系列产品,纳米银非液体类产品的应用已经很广泛。
日化行业所应用的纳米银,最大的难题是,纳米材料在液体中有可能会结粒变成小晶体或者小颗粒,从而减弱或失去抗菌效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物,发明的目的之二是提供这种组合物的制备方法。
为了实现该目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
①、称取甘油、卡波尔树脂、纳米银,备用;
②、将纳米银分散于甘油内,形成纳米银溶液;
③、将卡波尔树脂分散于上述纳米银溶液内,储存于制膏机内,静置;
④、将二氧化硅、羧甲基纤维素钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、糖精钠、纯净水加入制膏机内,混合、均质0.5-1h。
⑤、将香精、三乙醇胺加入制膏机内,在合适温度下混合、均质0.5-1h,形成膏体。
⑥、将膏体灌装于软管内,形成产品。
优选地,所述制备方法中采用的原料的重量比例为甘油:卡波尔树脂:纳米银:二氧化硅:羧甲基纤维素钠:十二烷基硫酸钠:糖精钠:纯净水:香精:三乙醇胺=(50~70):(1~2):(0.1~0.9):(15~20):(0.3~0.7):(1~2):(0.1~0.2):(6.5~25.5):(1~2):(1~2)。
优选地,所述的卡波尔树脂与三乙醇胺的质量比为1:1。
优选地,所述步骤③中静置时间为12~24h。
优选地,所述步骤⑤中均质温度为50~60℃。
采用上述重量比例及制备方法来制备的一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、卡波尔树脂在与三乙醇胺中和反应前,卡波尔树脂尚未被中和,所得溶液稠度较低,对均质效果很有利,方便生产,有益于纳米银能均匀分布于胶体内。
2、卡波尔树脂开胶静置12-24小时后,形成的纳米银胶体分布比较均匀、胶体体系比较稳定。
3、卡波尔树脂与三乙醇胺重量比是1:1时的中和效果最好。
4、卡波尔树脂与三乙醇胺中和后,牙膏组合物从半流动状态变成膏体,在50~60℃下能获得较好的均质效果,对形成的胶体稳定性有帮助。
5、卡波尔树脂稳定的胶体,避免了纳米银结粒,有益于纳米银牙膏能发挥出较好的功效。
6、纳米银对口腔有害菌有较好的杀灭效果,防止牙菌斑的形成从而获得洁白牙齿的效果,并且纳米银能修补牙齿表面微小的裂缝从而获得防酸的效果。

①、称取甘油50g、卡波尔树脂1g、纳米银0.1g,备用;
②、将纳米银分散于甘油内,形成纳米银溶液;
③、将卡波尔树脂分散于上述纳米银溶液内,储存于制膏机内,静置12h;
④、称取二氧化硅20g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3g、十二烷基硫酸钠1g、糖精钠0.1g、纯净水25.5g加入制膏机内,混合、均质0.5h。
⑤、称取香精1g、三乙醇胺1g加入制膏机内,在60℃下混合、均质0.5h,形成膏体。
⑥、将膏体灌装于软管内,形成产品。
实施例2
一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备
①、称取甘油55g、卡波尔树脂1.5g、纳米银0.3g,备用;
②、将纳米银分散于甘油内,形成纳米银溶液;
③、将卡波尔树脂分散于上述纳米银溶液内,储存于制膏机内,静置24h;
④、称取二氧化硅18g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4g、十二烷基硫酸钠1.5g、糖精钠0.2g、纯净水20.4g加入制膏机内,混合、均质1h。
⑤、称取香精1.2g、三乙醇胺1.5g加入制膏机内,在55℃下混合、均质1h,形成膏体。
⑥、将膏体灌装于软管内,形成产品。
实施例3
一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备
①、称取甘油60g、卡波尔树脂1.6g、纳米银0.5g,备用;
②、将纳米银分散于甘油内,形成纳米银溶液;
③、将卡波尔树脂分散于上述纳米银溶液内,储存于制膏机内,静置12h;
④、称取二氧化硅17g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.5g、十二烷基硫酸钠1.6g、糖精钠0.1g、纯净水15.8g加入制膏机内,混合、均质0.5h。
⑤、称取香精1.3g、三乙醇胺1.6g加入制膏机内,在50℃下混合、均质0.5h,形成膏体。
⑥、将膏体灌装于软管内,形成产品。

①、称取甘油65g、卡波尔树脂1.7g、纳米银0.6g,备用;
②、将纳米银分散于甘油内,形成纳米银溶液;

④、称取二氧化硅16g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.6g、十二烷基硫酸钠1.7g、糖精钠0.2g、纯净水11g加入制膏机内,混合、均质1h。

⑤、称取香精1.6g、三乙醇胺1.8g加入制膏机内,在60℃下混合、均质0.5h,形成膏体。
⑥、将膏体灌装于软管内,形成产品。
实施例6
一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备
①、称取甘油50g、卡波尔树脂2g、纳米银0.9g,备用;
②、将纳米银分散于甘油内,形成纳米银溶液;
③、将卡波尔树脂分散于上述纳米银溶液内,储存于制膏机内,静置24h;
④、称取二氧化硅20g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.6g、十二烷基硫酸钠2g、糖精钠0.2g、纯净水20.3g加入制膏机内,混合、均质1h。
⑤、称取香精2g、三乙醇胺2g加入制膏机内,在50℃下混合、均质1h,形成膏体。
⑥、将膏体灌装于软管内,形成产品。
对比例
与实施例1的区别仅在于,制备牙膏组合物时不添加纳米银,其它组分及含量与实施例1相同(不足100g用纯净水补足),具体制备方法如下:
①、称取甘油50g、卡波尔树脂1g,备用;
②、将卡波尔树脂分散于甘油中,储存于制膏机内,静置12h;
③称取二氧化硅20g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3g、十二烷基硫酸钠1g、糖精钠0.1g、纯净水25.6g加入制膏机内,混合、均质0.5h。
④、称取香精1g、三乙醇胺1g加入制膏机内,在60℃下混合、均质0.5h,形成膏体。
⑤、将膏体灌装于软管内,形成产品。
临床试验效果
试验方法:选取同时有牙齿过敏(判定标准是刷牙后30秒内喝50ml草果醋饮料,明显感觉到牙痛才判定为牙齿过敏)、牙齿发黄(判定标准是刷牙前观察牙齿有黄斑)的受试者100人进行试验,男女各一半,年龄从25~55岁,平均年龄30-40岁。随机分成2组(50人/组),实验组使用实施例1制备的牙膏组合物,对照组使用对比例制备的牙膏组合物(不添加纳米银),每天早晨、中午、晚上各刷牙一次(每次约3克、每次刷牙约3分钟)。
分组试验前,先同时将实施例1样品、对比例样品,放进37℃烘箱,90天后,同时取出按照GB/T8372-2017《牙膏》质检合格后,才能安排临床试验。
刷牙试验前,先统一检验并记录受试者的痛感和牙齿黄斑。
刷牙试验第30天后,再统一检验并记录受试者的痛感和牙齿黄斑变化。
判定标准:刷牙试验30天后,受试者刷牙后30秒内喝50ml草果醋饮料,牙痛有效减轻或消除均为有防酸效果,反之,无变化或加重者均视为防酸效果无效;受试者牙齿黄斑有效减轻或消除均为有效洁白牙齿,反之,无变化或黄斑加重者均视为洁白牙齿无效。
经受试者刷牙使用21天后检验,结果如下:
为了保证质量,本次试验先通过烘箱加速老化试验,以模拟牙膏实物存放存放于货架上数月后才被消费者购买和使用。从受试者的检验结果看,本发明的一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物,防酸有效率为88%,明显优于对照组;对于减轻牙齿黄斑的有效率为86%,明显优于对照组。
因此,本发明的一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物,有防酸效果,同时,对牙齿具有洁白效果。

Claims (6)
1.一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
①、称取甘油、卡波尔树脂、纳米银,备用;
②、将纳米银分散于甘油内,形成纳米银溶液;
③、将卡波尔树脂分散于上述纳米银溶液内,储存于制膏机内,静置;
④、将二氧化硅、羧甲基纤维素钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、糖精钠、纯净水加入制膏机内,混合、均质0.5-1h;
⑤、将香精、三乙醇胺加入制膏机内,混合、均质0.5-1h,形成膏体;
⑥、将膏体灌装于软管内,形成产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法中采用的原料的重量比例为甘油:卡波尔树脂:纳米银:二氧化硅:羧甲基纤维素钠:十二烷基硫酸钠:糖精钠:纯净水:香精:三乙醇胺=(50~70):(1~2):(0.1~0.9):(15~20):(0.3~0.7):(1~2):(0.1~0.2):(6.5~25.5):(1~2):(1~2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的卡波尔树脂与三乙醇胺的质量比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤③中静置时间为12~24h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑤中均质温度为50~60℃。
6.一种如权利要求1~5任一项制备方法制备的含纳米银的洁白防酸牙膏组合物。
