In the above scheme, the container is closed, and automatic cargo discharging device (refer to the cargo discharging device of vending machine) in the commodity passageway, each commodity passageway corresponds a commodity export to set up first weight induction system in the commodity passageway in order to obtain commodity increase and decrease information. The commodities are all independently packaged with bar codes and are arranged in the commodity channel in a classified mode. The shopping cart 100 is provided with a touch screen and selects a commodity passage. The operation can ensure that the single commodity passes through.
In a preferable scheme, a first detection device 3001 for judging whether a passer carries an article or not is arranged in the walking path in S7, and the first detection device 3001 at least includes a camera and an alarm; the first detection device 3001 is connected with the background server, the background server stores action information of holding, carrying, embracing, lifting and dragging an article or a package by a person, the camera transmits image information to the background server in real time and compares the action, and if the action information is within the action information range, the default is abnormal passing and an alarm is given.
After general supermarket customers shop and settle accounts, the shopping bags with the commodities leave the supermarket, a detection device is generally arranged at an exit and used for screening whether the customers carry the unpaid commodities, but because the customers carry the packaged shopping bags to pass through, the real and strict screening of the unpaid commodities is not easy to realize, the commodities are mainly subject to personal discipline and manual supervision of cashiers, and the self-service supermarket is lack of the strictness and timeliness of manual supervision. In the above arrangement, the second conveyor 2002 may be an endless track-type conveyor that transports the cart 100 to a pickup location. The second conveyor 2002 may also be a roller conveyor, i.e., a plurality of rotatable rollers arranged along the article transport path 200, which are driven by a motor to rotate and move the cart 100 forward when rotated. Claims (9)
1. A supermarket quick shopping settlement method based on electronic navigation mainly comprises the following steps:
s1, setting at least one positioning base station for each container in the supermarket, and defining the information range of each container based on the positioning base stations;
s2, constructing a supermarket electronic map based on the positioning base station, and calibrating the position and the information range of each container on the electronic map as position information;
s3, the background server records the position information and commodity information of each container as the container information;
s4, installing a locator wirelessly identified by a locating base station on the shopping cart, and receiving a locating signal transmitted by the locating base station to identify the container;
s5, arranging a processor and a code scanner on the shopping cart, wherein the processor is connected with a background server and obtains container information, a customer installs a supermarket shopping APP and presets a first shopping list, the first shopping list is led into the processor, a second shopping list is preset according to the first shopping list and the container information, and an optimal shopping route containing a shopping sequence is generated based on the second shopping list and the container information;
S6, carrying out supermarket navigation shopping by the shopping cart according to the optimal shopping route, sending a prompt when a container near the commodities listed in the second shopping list is reached, adding the selected commodities into the shopping cart after code scanning, and storing code scanning information by the processor;
s7, generating an actual shopping list by the processor after shopping, comparing the actual shopping list with a second shopping list, confirming, closing the shopping cart after online settlement, transferring the shopping cart to a goods taking place through the goods transferring channel, and detecting whether the goods without the scanned codes exist or not by the goods transferring channel; the customer arrives at the goods taking place through the walking channel isolated from the goods transfer channel and takes away the goods, and the walking channel detects whether the customer carries the goods.

The electronic navigation based supermarket quick shopping settlement method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shopping cart in S5 is provided with a display screen, when the shopping cart enters the information range of the container, the background server pushes the goods of the container associated with the second shopping list to the shopping cart processor and displays the goods on the screen, the customer selectively adds to the second shopping list, and generates the modified second shopping list.
3. The electronic navigation based supermarket quick shopping settlement method according to claim 1, wherein the electronic map in S3 displays the number of shopping carts within the container information range and is divided into three dynamic levels of "low", "medium", and "high" according to the density of the shopping carts within the information range; the optimal shopping route in S5 is adjusted based on the dynamic level of shopping cart density within the information range of each container on the electronic map.

A supermarket quick shopping settlement method based on electronic navigation as claimed in claim 3, wherein a plurality of commodity channels with first weight sensors are provided in the locker in S1, the background server judges whether the commodity is in three states of "sufficient", "out of stock" or "in restocking" according to the weight information of the first weight sensors and sends the commodity as dynamic cargo volume information to the processor of the shopping cart, and the optimal shopping route in S5 is adjusted based on the dynamic level of the density of the shopping cart and the cargo volume information.

The electronic navigation based supermarket quick shopping settlement method according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of commodity passages with first weight sensors are arranged in the container, and the shopping cart enters the information range of the container and is connected with the container in a data mode; selecting a commodity channel through a shopping cart display screen; the shopping cart is a closed shopping cart with a single inlet and an intelligent lock, a code scanner, a first gate and a first conveying device are arranged at the inlet of the shopping cart, and a second weight sensing device is arranged outside the first gate; the specific method for selecting the commodity in the S6 comprises the following steps:
goods are taken away from the container after a goods channel is selected, and the background server obtains goods increase and decrease information; placing the commodity on a second weight sensing device to scan the codes, obtaining commodity information and second weight information of the taken commodity, comparing the second weight information with the commodity increase and decrease information, if the data is consistent, opening a first gate, starting a first conveying device to convey the commodity into a shopping cart, and closing the first gate; and so on until shopping is finished.
6. The electronic navigation based quick shopping settlement method for supermarkets according to claim 1, wherein the walking path in S7 is provided with a first detection device for determining whether the passer carries an article, wherein the first detection device at least comprises a camera and an alarm; the first detection device is connected with the background server, action information of holding, carrying, embracing, lifting and dragging an article or a package by a person is stored in the background server, the camera transmits image information into the background server in real time and performs action comparison, and if the action information is within the action information range, the default is abnormal passing and an alarm is given.
7. The electronic navigation based quick shopping settlement method for supermarkets of claim 5, wherein the first conveyor is a step-by-step crawler conveyor, and the one-step conveying distance is based on guiding the goods into the shopping cart from the entrance; the first gate is opened when the first conveying device is started, and is closed to close the entrance of the shopping cart when the first conveying device is not started or after the one-step conveying process is finished.

The electronic navigation based quick shopping settlement method for supermarkets of claim 1, wherein in S7, the customer settles the settlement and obtains the pick-up code and the smart lock password, the customer obtains the corresponding shopping cart at the pick-up position according to the pick-up code, and the shopping cart is unlocked through the smart lock password to obtain the purchased goods.

A supermarket quick shopping settlement method based on electronic navigation as claimed in claim 8, wherein in S7, a second conveyor belt communicating with the pick-up place is provided in the goods transit passage, a plurality of pick-up ports having a second gate are provided in the pick-up place, and a plurality of third conveyor belts communicating the second conveyor belt with the pick-up ports are provided; the second conveyor belt is a roller type conveyor belt formed by a plurality of rotatable roller sets which are arranged in parallel, a plurality of universal rollers are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the third conveyor belt, of the second conveyor belt, and when the shopping cart reaches the corresponding goods taking opening, the universal rollers turn to the direction of the third conveyor belt corresponding to the goods taking opening so as to guide the shopping cart to the third conveyor belt and reach the goods taking opening; the second gate is provided with an extraction code reading device, and when the extraction code is correct, the second gate is opened to obtain the shopping cart.
