In this way, the same temporary storage box obtains all the bills of the same bill type, each temporary storage box extracts the bill information of the bill, the authenticity verification is carried out, the bill is returned if the verification fails, the bill is sent to the combination device if the verification passes, for the reserved distribution orders of the website P1, P2 and P3, after the bill in each temporary storage box is taken out, the combination device moves, then the bills taken out from the first temporary storage box, the second temporary storage box and the third temporary storage box are respectively bundled and coded, and the like, after the processing, the distribution bills of the reserved distribution orders of the website P1, P2 and P3 can be sent to the website.
