Referring to fig. 1, a polishing unit of a polishing vehicle comprises a polishing unit support 06, a polishing motor 01, a connecting disc 07, an oil cylinder support 02, a lifting oil cylinder 03, a guide sleeve 04 and a guide pillar 05, wherein the guide pillar 05 is arranged on the polishing unit support 06, the oil cylinder support 02 is used for installing the lifting oil cylinder 03, the guide sleeve 04 is slidably sleeved on the guide pillar 05, the lifting oil cylinder 03 is arranged on the oil cylinder support 02, the polishing motor 01 is connected with a driving end of the lifting oil cylinder 03 and the guide sleeve 04, and the polishing motor 01 is connected with a polishing grinding wheel through the connecting disc 07.
The polishing motor 01 is matched with the guide post 05 on the polishing unit bracket 06 through the guide sleeve 04, and the guide sleeve 04 moves axially along the guide post 05 through the expansion and contraction of the lifting oil cylinder 03, so that the pressing polishing operation of the polishing grinding wheel is realized by matching with the rotation of the polishing motor 01.

The second assembly tool and the assembly platform of the second assembly tool have the advantages of simple structure and lower cost, and the height of the assembly platform is fixed operation height selected through practice.

Then two guide posts 05 are assembled, the assembled polishing motor 01 is assembled on the guide posts 05 through guide sleeves 04, an oil cylinder bracket 02 and a lifting oil cylinder 03 are pre-installed, one eccentric guide post is adjusted to adjust coaxiality between the two guide sleeves 04 and the guide posts 05, so that the coaxiality between the two guide posts 04 and the guide posts 05 is controlled within a tolerance range, the guide posts 05 can freely slide on the guide sleeves 04 under the action of the lifting oil cylinder 03 without clamping stagnation, and accordingly the pressure difference of a polishing grinding wheel lifted and pressed by the polishing motor 01 is ensured to be within a technical requirement range, and polishing quality requirements are met. After the coaxiality between the guide post 05 and the guide sleeve 04 is adjusted, the fastening bolt on the polishing unit bracket 06 is screwed down, so that the position of the guide post 05 is fixed, and the final assembly is completed.
