Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxidation nickel removal hole sealing process and device thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nickel removal and hole sealing of aluminum and aluminum alloy, in particular to a process and a device for removing nickel and hole sealing by anodic oxidation of aluminum and aluminum alloy.
Background
At present, the anodic oxidation surface protection technology is generally adopted for aluminum and aluminum alloy, an oxide film with a certain thickness is formed on the surface of the aluminum and the aluminum alloy, because a large number of micropores exist on the surface of the oxide film, appropriate hole sealing treatment is required, and common hole sealing methods mainly comprise hole sealing with boiling water, hole sealing with nickel salt and hole sealing without nickel liquid.
Before anodic oxidation, can polish cylindrical aluminium part, the smoothness of aluminium part pretreatment is guaranteed in the purpose, but current mostly adopts chemical polishing, still need neutralization, washing after the chemical polishing, increased operating procedure, also reduced work efficiency.
The existing physical polishing technology is adopted, the aluminum part is not fixed well in the polishing process, the polishing depth cannot be adjusted in the polishing process, and great trouble is brought to workers.
Meanwhile, in the polishing process, manual feeding and manual discharging are needed, so that the operation time is prolonged, and the working efficiency is also reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects mentioned in the background technology, the invention aims to provide a process and a device for removing nickel and sealing holes by anodic oxidation of aluminum and aluminum alloy, wherein the process and the device are provided with a polishing mechanism, adopt a physical polishing technology, abandon a chemical polishing technology commonly used in the prior art, avoid neutralization and water washing after chemical polishing, reduce operation steps and improve working efficiency;
meanwhile, the polishing machine is provided with a first driving mechanism and a polishing mechanism, the aluminum piece is moved to the bottom end of the polishing wheel by driving the first air cylinder, the first motor is driven to polish, the first air cylinder is driven in the polishing process to enable the cylindrical aluminum piece to move upwards, the polishing degree can be adjusted, and the polishing depth can be freely adjusted;
meanwhile, the second driving mechanism and the first containing frame are designed, when the aluminum parts are fed, the second air cylinder is driven, the clamping of the aluminum parts is released, the aluminum parts at the end parts roll downwards to be placed above the receiving wheels, meanwhile, the second air cylinder is driven to clamp the next aluminum part, the two aluminum parts are prevented from being placed down at a time, automatic feeding can be achieved, and the working efficiency is improved;
meanwhile, the aluminum part discharging device is provided with the second driving mechanism and the second containing frame, the processed aluminum part is clamped by the clamping mechanism, the external driving source and the second motor are driven, then the clamping of the aluminum part is released, the aluminum part falls on the second containing frame and then falls into the second slope, the automatic discharging is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
an aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxidation nickel removal hole sealing process comprises the following steps:
firstly, preprocessing aluminum and aluminum alloy to be processed, wherein the preprocessing comprises physical polishing and water washing, and then carrying out first anodic oxidation;
secondly, washing and dyeing the aluminum and the aluminum alloy obtained in the step one, and then carrying out nickel hole sealing;
thirdly, carrying out nickel hole sealing post-treatment on the aluminum and the aluminum alloy obtained in the second step, wherein the post-treatment is water washing, and then carrying out secondary anodic oxidation to remove nickel;
and fourthly, carrying out post-treatment on the aluminum and the aluminum alloy obtained in the third step, wherein the post-treatment comprises water washing and drying to obtain the product.
Furthermore, the technological parameters of the first anodic oxidation are that the temperature is 22-25 ℃, the time is 5-7.5 min, the voltage is 14-20V, and the first anodic oxidation liquid is 210-250 g/l of sulfuric acid solution.
Furthermore, the technological parameters of the second anodic oxidation are that the temperature is 15-20 ℃, the time is 3-5min, the voltage is 8V-10V, and the second anodic oxidation liquid is 180g/l-200g/l of sulfuric acid solution.
The physical polishing device comprises a workbench, wherein a rectangular through groove is formed in the middle of the workbench, a rectangular sliding groove is formed in the side end of the rectangular through groove, two linear guide rails which are distributed in parallel are arranged at the upper end of the workbench, and a first linear sliding block and a second linear sliding block are arranged on the linear guide rails respectively.
The bottom of workstation is provided with first drive disk assembly, and first drive disk assembly's top is provided with supporting baseplate, and rectangular chamber has all been opened to supporting baseplate's both sides upper end, and the both ends in rectangular chamber are provided with first baffle and second baffle respectively, and the height that highly is greater than the second baffle of first baffle is between first baffle and the second baffle equal fixedly connected with two parallel distribution's socket wheel, contactless between the socket wheel.
The upper end of workstation is provided with polishes the mechanism, polishes the mechanism and includes fixing the support frame on the workstation, and upper end one side of support frame is fixed with first backup pad, and the side of first backup pad is fixed with the second backup pad, and the upper end of first backup pad is fixed with two parallel distribution's first motor, and the output of first motor all is connected with through the shaft coupling and polishes the wheel, and contactless between two polishing wheels, two polishing wheels set up directly over two supporting wheels.
The upper end both sides of workstation are provided with the second actuating mechanism of mirror image distribution, and the side that is located the second actuating mechanism of one side is provided with the first frame that holds, and the first frame that holds includes the first bottom plate that holds, and a side end fixing of the first bottom plate that holds has first curb plate, and first curb plate is fixed on connecting block and the second slider that are located one side.
The upper end of the first containing bottom plate is provided with two first containing plates which are distributed in parallel, a first slope is formed between the first containing plates, the highest point of the first slope is located on the side of the first side plate, and a plurality of cylindrical aluminum pieces A to be machined are arranged on the first slope.
The side end of the first containing plate is provided with a second cylinder, and the end of a second air pressure rod on the second cylinder is in contact with the end of the cylindrical aluminum piece A to be machined positioned at the bottommost end.
The side end of the second driving mechanism, which is positioned on the other side, is provided with a second containing frame, the second containing frame comprises a second containing bottom plate, a second side plate is fixed at the end part of one side of the second containing bottom plate, and the second side plate is fixed on a connecting block and a second sliding block which are positioned on the other side.
The upper end of the second containing bottom plate is provided with two second containing plates which are distributed in parallel, a second slope is arranged between the second containing plates, the highest point of the second slope is located on the side far away from the second side plate, and the second slope is provided with a plurality of processed cylindrical aluminum parts B.
The upper end of workstation is provided with third driver part, and third driver part is located polishing mechanism's opposition position, and third driver part is including fixing the third cylinder in the workstation bottom, and the end fixing of the third pneumatic rod on the third cylinder has the connecting rod, the tip and the supporting seat fixed connection of connecting rod, the bottom of supporting seat be provided with rectangle spout sliding fit's rectangle slider, the top of supporting seat is fixed with the support flat board.
And a clamping mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the third driving part and comprises a fourth cylinder.
Further, the first driving part comprises a first air cylinder, a fixed shell is fixed to the upper end of the first air cylinder, a first slide way is arranged on the inner wall of the fixed shell, the fixed shell is fixed to the side wall of the rectangular through groove, a first air pressure rod on the first air cylinder penetrates through the bottom end of the fixed shell, a supporting plate is fixed to the upper end of the first air pressure rod, and a first sliding block in sliding fit with the first slide way is arranged on the side wall of the supporting plate.
Further, the second driving mechanism comprises a second motor, the bottom end of the second motor is fixed to the supporting transverse plate through the stand column, the bottom end of the supporting transverse plate is fixed with the supporting vertical plate, and the two mirror image supporting vertical plates are fixed to the first linear sliding block and the second linear sliding block respectively.
Furthermore, the output end of the second motor is connected with a ball screw, the ball screw comprises a screw rod connected with the output end of the second motor and a nut arranged on the screw rod in a sliding manner, the end part of the screw rod is connected to the bottom of the supporting vertical plate, and a connecting block is fixed at the end part of the nut;
the lateral wall of the supporting vertical plate is provided with a second slide way, and the upper end of the second slide way is provided with a second slide block in a sliding manner.
Furthermore, the fourth cylinder is fixed on the positioning plate, the positioning plate is fixed with the supporting flat plate, the end part of the fourth air pressure rod on the fourth cylinder is rotatably connected with two limiting rods, the end parts of the two limiting rods are rotatably connected with clamping rods, and the middle positions of the clamping rods are rotatably connected with the positioning plate.
Furthermore, a clamping block is fixed at the end part of the clamping rod, an arc-shaped part is arranged on the clamping block, and the arc-shaped part is matched with the aluminum piece.
The use method of the physical polishing device for the aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxidation nickel removal and hole sealing process comprises the following steps:
the first cylinder is driven to enable the two bearing wheels to be located at proper heights, the second motor is driven, the first containing frame moves in the direction of a lead screw, an external driving source is driven to enable the second driving mechanism located on one side to move towards one side of the polishing mechanism, and the end portion of the first containing frame is located right above the bearing wheels;
driving a second cylinder to release the clamping of the aluminum piece, so that the aluminum piece at the end part rolls downwards to fall above the receiving wheel, and simultaneously driving the second cylinder to clamp the next aluminum piece to prevent two aluminum pieces from falling down at a time;
driving an external driving source, wherein a second driving mechanism positioned on one side moves to one side far away from the polishing mechanism, drives a first cylinder, moves the aluminum piece upwards to the bottom end of the polishing wheel, and drives a first motor to polish the aluminum piece;
after polishing is finished, the aluminum piece is adjusted to be in a proper height, then the fourth air cylinder is driven, the fourth air pressure rod is driven forwards, the clamping rod and the clamping block are close to each other, the aluminum piece is clamped, the first air cylinder is driven, the bearing wheel moves downwards, and the aluminum piece is in a suspended state;
driving an external driving source and a second motor to enable a second driving mechanism positioned on the other side to move towards one side of the polishing mechanism until a second containing frame is positioned under the processed aluminum piece;
sixthly, driving the fourth cylinder to remove the clamping of the aluminum piece, and enabling the aluminum piece to fall on the second containing frame and then fall into the second slope;
and seventhly, driving the external driving source to enable the second driving mechanism positioned on the other side to be far away from the polishing mechanism, repeating the steps, and polishing the aluminum pieces to be processed one by one.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the polishing mechanism is designed, a physical polishing technology is adopted, a chemical polishing technology commonly used in the prior art is abandoned, neutralization and water washing after chemical polishing are avoided, operation steps are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved;
2. the polishing machine is provided with a first driving mechanism and a polishing mechanism, an aluminum piece is moved to the bottom end of a polishing wheel by driving a first air cylinder, a first motor is driven to polish, the first air cylinder is driven to enable a cylindrical aluminum piece to move upwards in the polishing process, the polishing degree can be adjusted, and the polishing depth can be freely adjusted;
3. the automatic feeding device is provided with the second driving mechanism and the first containing frame, when feeding is carried out, the second air cylinder is driven, the clamping of an aluminum piece is released, the aluminum piece at the end part is enabled to roll downwards to be dropped above the bearing wheel, meanwhile, the second air cylinder is driven to clamp the next aluminum piece, two aluminum pieces are prevented from being dropped at a time, automatic feeding can be achieved, and the working efficiency is improved;
4. the aluminum part discharging device is provided with the second driving mechanism and the second containing frame, the processed aluminum part is clamped by the clamping mechanism, the external driving source and the second motor are driven, then the clamping of the aluminum part is released, the aluminum part falls on the second containing frame and then falls into the second slope, the automatic discharging is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

An aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxidation nickel removal hole sealing process comprises the following steps:
firstly, preprocessing aluminum and aluminum alloy to be processed, wherein the preprocessing comprises physical polishing and water washing, and then carrying out first anodic oxidation;
secondly, washing and dyeing the aluminum and the aluminum alloy obtained in the step one, and then carrying out nickel hole sealing;
thirdly, carrying out nickel hole sealing post-treatment on the aluminum and the aluminum alloy obtained in the second step, wherein the post-treatment is water washing, and then carrying out secondary anodic oxidation to remove nickel;
and fourthly, carrying out post-treatment on the aluminum and the aluminum alloy obtained in the third step, wherein the post-treatment comprises water washing and drying to obtain the product.
Wherein, the technological parameters of the first anodic oxidation are that the temperature is 22-25 ℃, the time is 5-7.5 min, the voltage is 14-20V, and the first anodic oxidation liquid is 210-250 g/l of sulfuric acid solution;
the technological parameters of the second anodic oxidation are that the temperature is 15-20 ℃, the time is 3-5min, the voltage is 8V-10V, and the second anodic oxidation liquid is 180g/l-200g/l of sulfuric acid solution.
A physical polishing device for an aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxidation nickel removal hole sealing process is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a workbench 1, wherein a rectangular through groove 11 is formed in the middle of the workbench 1, and a rectangular sliding groove 12 is formed in the side end of the rectangular through groove 11. The upper end of the workbench 1 is provided with two linear guide rails 13 which are distributed in parallel, the linear guide rails 13 are respectively provided with a first linear slider 131 and a second linear slider 132, and the first linear slider 131 and the second linear slider 132 can be driven to horizontally slide on the linear guide rails 13 by an external driving source.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a first driving part 2 is disposed at the bottom end of the working table 1, the first driving part 2 includes a first cylinder 21, a fixed casing 22 is fixed at the upper end of the first cylinder 21, a first slide way 221 is disposed on the inner wall of the fixed casing 22, and the fixed casing 22 is fixed on the side wall of the rectangular through groove 11. The first air pressure rod 211 on the first air cylinder 21 penetrates through the bottom end of the fixed shell 22, the upper end of the first air pressure rod 211 is fixed with the supporting plate 23, the side wall of the supporting plate 23 is provided with a first sliding block in sliding fit with the first sliding rail 221, and the first air pressure rod 211 drives the supporting plate 23 to move upwards by driving the first air cylinder 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a supporting base plate 24 is disposed above the first driving member 2, rectangular cavities 241 are formed in upper ends of two sides of the supporting base plate 24, a first baffle 25 and a second baffle 26 are disposed at two ends of each rectangular cavity 241, and the height of the first baffle 25 is greater than that of the second baffle 26. Two parallelly distributed supporting wheels 27 are fixedly connected between the first baffle 25 and the second baffle 26, the supporting wheels 27 are not in contact with each other, when the aluminum protective device is used, a cylindrical aluminum piece is placed at the upper end of the supporting wheels 27, the aluminum piece and the supporting wheels 27 are distributed tangentially, the higher first baffle 25 plays a role in protection, and the aluminum piece cannot deviate towards two sides.
By driving the first cylinder 21, the first air pressure rod 211 drives the support plate 23 to move upwards, and further drives the cylindrical aluminum member to move upwards.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the polishing mechanism 3 is disposed at the upper end of the working table 1, the polishing mechanism 3 includes a support bracket 31 fixed on the working table 1, a first support plate 32 is fixed at one side of the upper end of the support bracket 31, and a second support plate 33 is fixed at one side end of the first support plate 32. First support plate 32's upper end is fixed with two parallel distribution's first motor 34, first motor 34's output all is connected with polishing wheel 35 through shaft coupling 341, contactless between two polishing wheels 35, two polishing wheels 35 set up directly over two take-up pulley 27, through driving first cylinder 21, remove columniform aluminium spare to polishing wheel 35's bottom, drive first motor 34 and polish, first cylinder 21 of drive makes columniform aluminium spare rebound in the polishing process, can adjust the degree of polishing.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the two sides of the upper end of the working table 1 are provided with second driving mechanisms 4 distributed in a mirror image manner, each second driving mechanism 4 includes a second motor 41, the bottom end of the second motor 41 is fixed on the supporting transverse plate 42 through a vertical column 411, the bottom end of the supporting transverse plate 42 is fixed with a supporting vertical plate 44, and the two mirror image supporting vertical plates 44 are respectively fixed on the first linear sliding block 131 and the second linear sliding block 132.
The output end of the second motor 41 is connected with a ball screw, the ball screw comprises a screw 43 connected with the output end of the second motor 41 and a nut 431 arranged on the screw 43 in a sliding manner, the end part of the screw 43 is connected to the bottom of the supporting vertical plate 44, a connecting block 432 is fixed at the end part of the nut 431 and drives the second motor 41, and the nut 431 drives the connecting block 432 to move up and down in the direction of the screw 43.
The side wall of the supporting vertical plate 44 is provided with a second slide way 45, and the upper end of the second slide way 45 is slidably provided with a second slide block 46.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, a first containing frame 5 is provided at a side end of the second driving mechanism 4 located at one side, the first containing frame 5 includes a first containing bottom plate 51, a first side plate 511 is fixed to an end portion of one side of the first containing bottom plate 51, and the first side plate 511 is fixed to the connecting block 432 and the second slider 46 located at one side.
The upper end of the first containing bottom plate 51 is provided with two first containing plates 52 which are distributed in parallel, a first slope 53 is formed between the first containing plates 52, the highest point of the first slope 53 is located on the side of the first side plate 511, the first slope 53 is provided with a plurality of cylindrical aluminum pieces A to be processed, and under the action of gravity, the cylindrical aluminum pieces A to be processed roll downwards and are far away from the first side plate 511.
The side end of the first containing plate 52 is provided with a second cylinder 54, the end of a second air pressure rod 541 on the second cylinder 54 contacts with the end of the cylinder aluminum piece a to be processed positioned at the bottommost end, and the cylinder aluminum piece a to be processed can be clamped or released by driving the second cylinder 54, and when the cylinder aluminum piece a to be processed is used, the cylinder aluminum piece a to be processed can be driven to roll downwards one by one.
As shown in fig. 5 and 9, a second containing frame 6 is provided at a side end of the second driving mechanism 4 located at the other side, the second containing frame 6 includes a second containing bottom plate 61, a second side plate 611 is fixed to an end of one side of the second containing bottom plate 61, and the second side plate 611 is fixed to the connecting block 432 and the second slider 46 located at the other side.
The upper end of the second containing bottom plate 61 is provided with two second containing plates 62 which are distributed in parallel, a second slope 63 is arranged between the second containing plates 62, the highest point of the second slope 63 is positioned on the side far away from the second side plate 611, the second slope 63 is provided with a plurality of processed cylindrical aluminum pieces B, and the processed cylindrical aluminum pieces B roll downwards under the action of gravity and are close to the second side plate 611.
As shown in fig. 1 and 10, the upper end of the table 1 is provided with a third driving member 7, and the third driving member 7 is located at an opposite position to the polishing mechanism 3. The third driving part 7 includes a third cylinder 71 fixed at the bottom end of the working table 1, a connecting rod 722 is fixed at the end of a third pneumatic rod 711 on the third cylinder 71, the end of the connecting rod 722 is fixedly connected with a supporting seat 73, a rectangular sliding block 731 in sliding fit with the rectangular sliding groove 12 is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting seat 73, a supporting flat plate 74 is fixed at the top end of the supporting seat 73, and the supporting flat plate 74 can move horizontally by driving the third cylinder 71.
As shown in fig. 1 and 11, the upper end of the third driving part 7 is provided with a clamping mechanism 8, the clamping mechanism 8 comprises a fourth cylinder 81, the fourth cylinder 81 is fixed on a positioning plate 82, and the positioning plate 82 is fixed with the support plate 74. The end of the fourth air pressure rod 811 of the fourth air cylinder 81 is rotatably connected with two limiting rods 83, the end of each of the two limiting rods 83 is rotatably connected with a clamping rod 84, and the middle position of the clamping rod 84 is rotatably connected with the positioning plate 82. The end of the clamping rod 84 is fixed with a clamping block 85, the clamping block 85 is provided with an arc-shaped part 851, and the arc-shaped part 851 is matched with an aluminum piece. Through driving the fourth cylinder 81, the fourth air pressure rod 811 is driven forward, and the clamping rod 84 and the clamping block 85 are close to each other, so that the aluminum piece can be clamped, and the subsequent transportation transfer is facilitated.
The use method of the physical polishing device for the aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxidation nickel removal and hole sealing process comprises the following steps:
first, the first air cylinder 21 is driven to enable the two receiving wheels 27 to be located at proper heights, the second motor 41 is driven, the first containing frame 5 moves in the direction of the lead screw 43, the external driving source is driven to enable the second driving mechanism 4 located on one side to move towards one side of the polishing mechanism 3, and the end portion of the first containing frame 5 is located right above the receiving wheels 27;
secondly, driving the second cylinder 54 to release the clamping of the aluminum piece, so that the aluminum piece at the end part rolls downwards to fall above the receiving wheel 27, and simultaneously driving the second cylinder 54 to clamp the next aluminum piece to prevent two aluminum pieces from falling at a time;
driving an external driving source, wherein the second driving mechanism 4 on one side moves to one side far away from the polishing mechanism 3, drives the first air cylinder 21, moves the aluminum piece upwards to the bottom end of the polishing wheel 35, and drives the first motor 34 to polish the aluminum piece;
after polishing, the aluminum piece is adjusted to be in a proper height, then the fourth air cylinder 81 is driven, the fourth air pressure rod 811 is driven forwards, the clamping rod 84 and the clamping block 85 are close to each other to clamp the aluminum piece, the first air cylinder 21 is driven, the bearing wheel 27 moves downwards, and the aluminum piece is in a suspended state;
driving an external driving source and a second motor 41 to enable a second driving mechanism 4 positioned on the other side to move towards one side of the polishing mechanism 3 until the second containing frame 6 is positioned right below the processed aluminum piece;
sixthly, driving the fourth cylinder 81 to release the clamping of the aluminum piece, and enabling the aluminum piece to fall on the second containing frame 6 and then fall into the second slope 63;
and seventhly, driving an external driving source to enable the second driving mechanism 4 positioned on the other side to be far away from the polishing mechanism 3, repeating the steps, and polishing the aluminum pieces to be processed one by one.
