Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic additives, and particularly relates to odorless carbon black master batch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The existing plastic black masterbatch can generate great smell in downstream use, and the reason is that the black masterbatch contains a large amount of low molecular substances which are volatilized into the environment in the heating process. Most of the odor causes discomfort to human body, and a small amount of the odor is toxic and harmful to human body, which seriously affects the production environment of downstream customers, and the odor remaining in the product also has bad influence on the health and use experience of the end user. The product specially aiming at eliminating the smell of the carbon black master is not available in the market, although a plurality of products are called odorless black masters in the market, the odor which is uncomfortable to the user can still be generated in the heating baking or heating melting process, and the problem that the smell is generated in the heating or melting process of the carbon black master cannot be solved fundamentally.
