Abstract
A spiral conical track screening machine and a screening method belong to the field of vibration screening machinery and solve the problem of screening materials difficult to screen and materials easy to block holes. A vibrating motor is arranged above a screen frame between the feeding end of the screen and the vibration reference gravity center G of the screen and on a main beam arranged between two side plates; the vibrating motor is positioned in the middle of the main beam, and the axial lead of the vibrating motor is parallel to the side plate of the screen frame. A large vibrator is arranged at the feeding end of the screen machine, a small vibrator is arranged at the discharging end of the screen machine, and the rotation directions are opposite; the mass of the eccentric block on the large vibrator is larger than that of the eccentric block on the small vibrator. The large vibrator and the small vibrator are long shaft vibrators which transversely penetrate through the screen frame and are arranged on two side plates below the screen surface through bearings and bearing seats. The screening machine has the characteristics of compact structure, stable operation, high screening efficiency and the screening principle conforming to the distribution rule of the material layers on the screening surface. The method is suitable for classification of difficult-to-screen materials in various fields and screening of the clamping Kong Yanchong materials.

Technical Field

Background
In the existing screening machines, there are three conventional vibration trajectories of the screening machine: straight lines, circles and ellipses. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme, comprising a screen frame, a screen surface, a vibrator, a vibration reduction supporting device and a motor transmission device, and is characterized in that:
a vibrating motor is arranged above a screen frame between the feeding end of the screen and the vibration reference gravity center G of the screen and on a main beam arranged between two side plates; the vibrating motor is positioned in the middle of the main beam, and the axial lead of the vibrating motor is parallel to the side plate of the screen frame;
a large vibrator is arranged at the feeding end of the screen machine, a small vibrator is arranged at the discharging end of the screen machine, and the two vibrators are respectively positioned at two sides of the reference vibration gravity center G of the screen machine and have opposite rotation directions; the mass of the eccentric block on the large vibrator is larger than that of the eccentric block on the small vibrator; the large vibrator and the small vibrator are long shaft vibrators which transversely penetrate through the screen frame and are arranged on two side plates below the screen surface through bearings and bearing seats; each vibrator is provided with two eccentric blocks which are positioned at two ends of a vibrating shaft, and the vibrating shaft is connected with a motor transmission device.
The distance between the large vibrator and the small vibrator is more than or equal to one half of the length of the screen frame.
A device for longitudinally adjusting the position of the vibrating motor is arranged between the vibrator mounting main beam and the vibrating motor.
The inclination angle of the screen surface and the horizontal plane is 15-30 degrees; in order to enhance the lateral stability of the operation of the screening machine, lateral dampers are provided on the support of the vibration damping support means.
The screening method of the invention comprises the following steps: the vibrating force generated by the vibrating motor causes the screen frame and the screen surface to do circular track motion in the transverse section of the screen machine, and the size of the circular track value changes from the feeding end to the discharging end of the screen machine in a descending way; the screen frame and the screen surface do linear track motion in the longitudinal section of the screen machine due to the vibration resultant force generated by the large vibrator and the small vibrator, and the size of the linear track value is changed in a descending way from the feeding end to the discharging end of the screen machine; the screen machine moves in spiral conical track by the resultant vibration force generated by the vibration motor, the large vibrator and the small vibrator, and the track value is distributed in a conical decreasing way from the feeding end to the discharging end of the screen machine; the material particles on the screen surface have movement throwing force in the vertical direction, the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction of the screen surface, and the throwing force in all directions transits from large to small from a feeding end to a discharging end; along with the gradual thinning of the material layer from the feeding end to the discharging end, the amplitude and the vibration force of the screen surface are gradually reduced, so that the comprehensive fine screening which accords with the distribution rule of the material layer is realized.
The invention has the beneficial effects that in order to adapt to the screening state of the materials on the screening surface from more to less and the material layers from thick to thin, the screening method and the equipment for the spiral conical omnibearing vibration track of the screening machine with the amplitude from large to small and the vibration intensity from large to small are selected. The blocking phenomenon of the materials is greatly reduced, the screening effect and the screening efficiency are extremely high, and the effective screening efficiency in the length direction of the screen surface is improved. The vibration motor is arranged between the feeding end of the screen machine and the vibration center of gravity of the screen machine, and the position of the vibration motor can be adjusted along the longitudinal direction of the screen machine at any time according to the thickness of the material layer on the screen surface of the feeding end and the feeding working condition. Under the condition of not replacing the vibration motor, conical vibration tracks with different sizes can be obtained. The spiral conical track motion of the material particles on the screen surface can be realized, the problems of size classification of materials difficult to screen, critical particle clamping holes and easy accumulation of materials at the feeding end of the screen machine are solved, and the screening probability is improved. The omnibearing material screening of the three-dimensional projectile motion can be realized. The screening machine has the characteristics of compact structure, stable operation, high screening efficiency and the screening principle conforming to the distribution rule of the material layers on the screening surface. The method is suitable for classification of difficult-to-screen materials in various fields and screening of the clamping Kong Yanchong materials.
