Background
With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the incomes and living conditions of residents are obviously improved, the travel of residents is gradually replaced by modern vehicles, the time for participating in body building exercises is less and less, the physical quality of the whole people is continuously reduced, and the reduction of the physical quality is highly valued by society and national government departments. In order to improve physical quality, many people start to put into indoor fitness exercises, and indoor fitness equipment is rapidly developed. The abdomen building wheel is one of popular sports fitness equipment, is a small-sized fitness equipment capable of building muscles, joints and reducing weight, and has the advantages of being simple in structure, firm, durable, convenient to use, free from the influence of places and environments, good in training effect and the like.
However, the existing abdomen exercise wheel has the following problems in the use process: firstly, because the exercise wheel does not have the control of damping force, the phenomenon of out of control easily takes place during exercise training, especially beginner or the poor training person of strength control, takes place muscle strain or takes place to collide with and cause facial injury easily because of the wheel speed is too fast, has serious potential safety hazard in the body-building motion in-process. Secondly, although the abdomen building wheel with the torsion spring exists at present, the damping force output is unstable. Thirdly, the damping force of the existing fishy wheel cannot be adjusted, and the requirements of different trainers in each training stage are difficult to meet. In view of the above problems, many manufacturers and knowledgeable individuals have developed and tried to make them, but no ideal product has been developed so far.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the abdomen building wheel damping adjusting device which has reasonable structural design, convenient motion damping adjustment, safe and reliable training, good stability and body-building effect and can meet the requirements of different trainers.
The invention provides a technical scheme for solving the technical problems, which comprises a wheel frame and a roller, wherein the left side and the right side of the roller are correspondingly provided with rotatable elastic damping mechanisms, and a coil spring cover of each elastic damping mechanism is provided with a lock hole; the left side and the right side of the wheel frame are correspondingly provided with damping adjusting mechanisms, each damping adjusting mechanism comprises a damping adjusting seat, a lock post seat and an adjusting knob which are arranged on the wheel frame, a sliding groove which is matched with the lock post seat and can axially move and a knob hole which is rotationally matched with the adjusting knob are arranged on the damping adjusting seat, the sliding groove is internally provided with the lock post, the lock post seat is arranged on the sliding groove and is provided with a lock post which is matched with a lock hole, a connecting shaft parallel surface which is matched with the sliding groove is arranged on a connecting shaft of the adjusting knob, circular arc locking plates which are matched with the lock groove are correspondingly arranged on circular arcs on two sides of the connecting shaft parallel surface, the adjusting knob is arranged on the knob hole and is rotatably connected on the lock post seat, and a spring is arranged between the lock post seat and the damping adjusting seat; when the lock column is combined with the lock hole, the adjusting knob is rotated, and the circular arc locking plate on the connecting shaft of the adjusting knob is matched with the lock groove to realize combined locking; when the adjusting knob is operated to separate the lock column from the lock hole, the adjusting knob is rotated, and the circular arc locking plate on the connecting shaft of the adjusting knob is matched with the bottom of the knob hole to realize separation locking.
The elastic damping mechanism comprises a disc spring seat, a disc spring installed in the disc spring seat and a disc spring cover fixed on the disc spring seat, wherein the disc spring seat is rotatably installed on a fixed shaft of the roller through a disc spring seat bearing, one end of the disc spring is fixed on the disc spring seat, and the other end of the disc spring is fixed on a clamping groove of the fixed shaft.
According to the further scheme, the left side and the right side of the wheel frame are correspondingly provided with the fixed shaft notch, the fixed shaft on the idler wheel is rotatably arranged on the fixed shaft notch at the two sides of the wheel frame through the fixed shaft bearing, and the fixed shaft notch at the two sides of the wheel frame is correspondingly fixed with the fixed shaft limiting block.
According to a further scheme of the invention, the left side and the right side of the wheel frame are correspondingly provided with the handrail handles.
After adopting above-mentioned structure, compare with prior art has following advantage and effect: firstly, the lock column and the lock hole can be combined by operating the adjusting knob, and the arc locking plate and the lock groove can be matched to realize combined locking by rotating the adjusting knob, so that the lock column and the lock hole can be reliably locked in the moving process; the lock column and the lock hole can be separated by operating the adjusting knob, and the arc locking plate and the bottom of the knob hole can be matched to realize separation and locking by rotating the adjusting knob, so that the lock column and the lock hole are reliably separated in the movement process; not only can the stability of motion be improved, but also the safety performance of using can be further improved. And secondly, the damping force of the motion is regulated through the left and right elastic damping mechanisms, so that neutral position, first damping gear and second damping gear output are realized, when the lock posts on the left and right sides are separated from the lock hole, the neutral position is realized, when the lock posts on one side are separated from the lock hole, the lock posts on the other side are matched with the lock hole, the first damping gear is realized, when the lock posts on the left and right sides are matched with the lock hole, the second damping gear is realized, a trainer can select different gears according to different physical requirements, and the training effect can be further improved. Thirdly, simple structure, gear selection is convenient, uses safe and reliable, and the range of application is big, and single round, two round, tricycle and four-wheeled exercise wheel are all can be used.

Fig. 1 to 8 show that a specific embodiment of the damping adjustment device for the exercise wheel provided by the invention comprises a wheel frame 1 and a roller 7 rotatably arranged on the wheel frame 1, wherein the left side and the right side of the wheel frame 1 are correspondingly provided with handles 2, the left side and the right side of the roller 7 are correspondingly provided with rotatable elastic damping mechanisms 6, and a coil spring cover 23 of the elastic damping mechanism 6 is provided with a lock hole 18; the left side and the right side of the wheel carrier 1 are correspondingly provided with damping adjusting mechanisms, each damping adjusting mechanism comprises a damping adjusting seat 4, a lock column seat 11 and an adjusting knob 3 which are arranged on the wheel carrier 1, a sliding groove 14 which is matched with the lock column seat 11 and can axially move and a knob hole 24 which is rotationally matched with the adjusting knob 3 are arranged on the damping adjusting seat 4, a lock groove 13 is arranged in the sliding groove 14, the lock column seat 11 is arranged on the sliding groove 14 and is provided with a lock column 12 which is matched with a lock hole 18, a connecting shaft parallel surface 19 which is matched with the sliding groove 14 is arranged on a connecting shaft of the adjusting knob 3, circular arc locking plates 10 which are matched with the lock groove 13 are correspondingly arranged on circular arcs on two sides of the connecting shaft parallel surface 19, the adjusting knob 3 is arranged on the knob hole 24 and is rotatably connected with the lock column seat 11, and a spring 9 is arranged between the lock column seat 11 and the damping adjusting seat 4.
In order to facilitate the installation of the elastic damping mechanism 6 and the adjustment of the motion damping, the elastic damping mechanism 6 comprises a disc spring seat 21, a disc spring 22 installed in the disc spring seat 21, and a disc spring cover 23 fixed on the disc spring seat 21, wherein the disc spring seat 21 is rotatably installed on the fixed shaft 17 of the roller 7 through a disc spring seat bearing 20, one end of the disc spring 22 is fixed on the disc spring seat 21, and the other end of the disc spring 22 is fixed on the clamping groove 16 of the fixed shaft 17.
In order to facilitate the installation of the roller 7, the left and right sides of the wheel frame 1 are correspondingly provided with fixed shaft slots 8, the roller 7 is provided with fixed shafts 17, both ends of the fixed shafts 17 are rotatably installed on the fixed shaft slots 8 on both sides of the wheel frame 1 through fixed shaft bearings 15, and fixed shaft limiting blocks 5 are correspondingly fixed on the fixed shaft slots 8 on both sides of the wheel frame 1.
When the adjusting knob 3 is operated to overcome the elasticity of the spring 9 and then the lock column 12 is separated from the lock hole 18, the circular arc locking plate 10 on the connecting shaft of the adjusting knob 3 corresponds to the bottom position of the knob hole 24, at the moment, the adjusting knob 3 is rotated, and the circular arc locking plate 10 on the connecting shaft of the adjusting knob 3 is matched with the bottom of the knob hole 24 to realize separation locking. When the adjusting knob 3 is rotated to enable the circular arc locking piece 10 to be separated from the bottom of the knob hole 24, the spring 9 pushes the adjusting knob 3 and the lock cylinder seat 11 to move inwards, when the lock cylinder 12 is combined with the lock hole 18, the circular arc locking piece 10 moves to the lock groove 13, at the moment, the adjusting knob 3 is rotated, and the circular arc locking piece 10 on the connecting shaft of the adjusting knob 3 is matched with the lock groove 13 to realize combined locking.
When the left and right adjusting knobs 3 are operated, the left and right locking posts 12 are separated from the locking holes 18, the left and right circular arc locking plates 10 are matched with the bottoms of the corresponding knob holes 24, the rolling wheels 7 roll without any motion damping, and the abdomen exercise wheel is in a neutral state. When the left and right adjusting knobs 3 are operated to combine the lock posts 12 on one side with the lock holes 18 and the arc locking plates 10 on the other side are matched and locked with the lock grooves 13, the lock posts 12 on the other side are separated from the lock holes 18 and the arc locking plates 10 on the other side are matched and locked with the bottoms of the corresponding knob holes 24, the roller 7 rolls to be in a first-gear motion damping state, and the abdomen exercise wheel is in a first-gear damping state. When the left and right adjusting knobs 3 are operated to enable the left and right locking posts 12 to be combined with the locking holes 18 and the left and right circular arc locking plates 10 to be matched with the locking grooves 13 to be locked, the roller 7 rolls to be in a second-gear motion damping state, and the abdomen exercise wheel is in a damping second-gear state. The trainer can select different gears according to different physical requirements during training, and the training effect can be further improved.
Fig. 9 is a schematic perspective view of the present invention when it is used for a single wheel, fig. 10 is a schematic perspective view of the present invention when it is used for three wheels, and fig. 11 is a schematic perspective view of the present invention when it is used for four wheels. The working principle of the three structures is the same as that of the two-wheel abdomen exercise wheel, and is not repeated here.
