The outer layer and the middle layer can be bonded in a hot pressing mode, and the tight combination of the outer layer and the middle layer can be realized by utilizing the glue spraying amount during glue spraying of the elastic rubber band. The outer layer can be made of non-woven fabric with softness of 3-5, the inner layer is made of non-woven fabric with softness of 5-8, and the middle layer is made of porous air cushion material such as EVA foam and PU foam. The middle layer may actually be provided with air holes, which may be located at the positions covered by the inner folds.
2. The elastic rubber band of upper end is less than the top of outer layer, and the difference is greater than 1mm, and the elastic rubber band of lower extreme is higher than outer lower extreme, and the difference is greater than 10mm, and such setting prevents that the elastic rubber band from appearing at edge position, because the arch that interior pincher trees formed is comparatively faint to the influence that the rubber band at edge position can produce, produces the trace of reining in this position easily.

4. thirdly, the upper end of the outer layer is folded and covered on the middle layer to form an inner layer, and all the elastic rubber bands are covered, so that an elastic waistline is formed;
fourthly, performing first hot pressing on the elastic waistline to enable the inner layer and the middle layer to be bonded to form hot pressing parts, wherein the width of each hot pressing part is less than 3mm, and the width of the inner layer between every two adjacent hot pressing parts is more than 3 times of the width of each hot pressing part and is not less than 5 mm;
and fifthly, carrying out second hot pressing on the elastic waistline to enable the inner layer and the middle layer to be partially bonded to form hot pressing marks, wherein each hot pressing mark is positioned between two adjacent hot pressing parts, the upper ends of the hot pressing marks are lower than the hot pressing parts, the difference is larger than 20mm, and the width of each hot pressing mark is smaller than 1 mm.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the first hot pressing and the second hot pressing are both performed by using a hot pressing device, the hot pressing device includes a support, an upper hot pressing roller 4 rotatably disposed on the support, and a lower cooling roller 5 rotatably disposed on the support, the upper hot pressing roller 4 is provided with a positive integer of hot pressing protrusions 41, the lower cooling roller 5 is provided with a positive integer of mounting grooves 51 extending in an axial direction, one end of each mounting groove 51 extends to cool the side surface of the lower roller, the mounting groove 51 is U-shaped, and one end close to the opening is inwardly collapsed to form a tightening portion 52, the mounting groove 51 is internally provided with a cooling pipe 53, a low thermal conductive pad 54 is disposed between the cooling pipe 53 and the mounting groove 51, the upper end of the cooling pipe 53 is in arc transition with the surface of the lower cooling roller 5, one side of the lower cooling roller 5 is provided with an end cover 55 for clamping the cooling pipe 53, the air distribution plate 56 is arranged on one side of the end cover 55, and an end cover channel 551 for communicating the air distribution plate 56 with the cooling pipe 53 is arranged in the end cover 55. When the hot-pressing device is used for carrying out the first hot pressing or the second hot pressing, the hot-pressing upper roller is used for heating, and cold air is introduced into the cooling pipe, wherein the temperature of the cold air is 5-15 ℃.
The production process of the breathable adult pull-up diaper can realize the forming of the pull-up diaper with better breathability. The middle layer and the inner layer formed by folding the outer layer can effectively improve the smoothness of the process and save the cost. When actual processing, can also utilize the complex of different materials to realize, it belongs to conventional technology, wherein, through first hot pressing, second hot pressing, pressfitting respectively, aim at provides the indentation of both different hot pressing degrees, hot splenium and hot indentation promptly to make hot splenium and hot indentation produce different effects, thereby can make interior pincher trees produce stronger stereoeffect. To the needs of first hot pressing and second hot pressing, this hot press unit's setting is in fact in order to destroy the hot pressing effect of bottom to guarantee inlayer and middle level effective complex, and guarantee can not produce stronger compound effect between skin and the middle level, thereby guarantee outer pincher trees and interior pincher trees independent, improve three-dimensional forming's effect. The low heat conduction cushion layer can be made of cork, nylon and the like, so that the heat conduction effect can be reduced, certain elasticity can be provided, and the better hot-press forming effect is ensured.

fourthly, performing first hot pressing on the elastic waistline to enable the inner layer and the middle layer to be bonded to form hot pressing parts, wherein the width of each hot pressing part is less than 3mm, and the width of the inner layer between every two adjacent hot pressing parts is more than 3 times of the width of each hot pressing part and is not less than 5 mm;
and fifthly, carrying out second hot pressing on the elastic waistline to enable the inner layer and the middle layer to be partially bonded to form hot pressing marks, wherein each hot pressing mark is positioned between two adjacent hot pressing parts, the upper ends of the hot pressing marks are lower than the hot pressing parts, the difference is larger than 20mm, and the width of each hot pressing mark is smaller than 1 mm.
