Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a plasma costal cartilage cutting device 100 is provided in this embodiment, which is mainly used in a medical cosmetic process, and a part of costal cartilage needs to be resected and peeled for other uses.
In some embodiments, the crushing blade is used for cutting the costal cartilage, the shape of the costal cartilage in the body is poor after cutting, and the cutting speed is low, so the application provides a scheme for cutting by using plasma. Obviously, the plasma costal cartilage cutting can be used for other occasions in the field, such as shallow wound surface cleaning and the like.
Referring also to fig. 2, in particular, the plasma costal cartilage cutting device 100 includes a main body 110, a plasma cutting section 120, and a water tube 130. A limiting electrode plate 132 is arranged at one end of the water pipe 130 near the plasma cutting part 120, and a water outlet 134 is arranged on the limiting electrode plate 132.
It should be noted that the limiting electrode plate 132 can provide a limiting effect, and its cross-sectional shape may be a circle, a rectangle, a strip, or other shapes, and likewise, the water outlet 134 may be a circular hole, a strip hole, or a water outlet 134 formed by a plurality of small holes.
The plasma cutting part 120 is provided at one end of the main body 110, and the plasma cutting part 120 includes a first electrode body 122, a second electrode body 124, and a wire electrode 126 having both ends connected to the first electrode body 122 and the second electrode body 124, respectively. The first electrode body 122 and the second electrode body 124 are respectively an electrode cathode and an electrode anode, and plasma cutting operation is performed by driving the electrode wire 126 through the electrode bodies.
In some embodiments, it is preferred that the wire electrode 126 not have a diameter exceeding 0.2mm, such as 0.18mm or 0.15mm, etc. In this embodiment, the wire electrode 126 is a tungsten wire with a diameter of 0.2 mm.
In some embodiments, the first electrode body 122 and the second electrode body 124 are ceramic electrodes.
The electrode plate, the first electrode body 122, the second electrode body 124 and the electrode wire 126 enclose a cutting space, and the opening direction of the water outlet 134 is toward the cutting space. The water outlet 134 can provide cooling and some cleaning.
More specifically, the cutting space is used for cutting and stripping the costal cartilage, and the costal cartilage which is generally required is in a sheet shape and is abutted against the outer side of the costal cartilage through the limiting electrode plate 132, and meanwhile, the electrode wire 126 is used for cutting, so that the thickness is controllable, excessive cutting of the costal cartilage is avoided, and the possibility of damage to surrounding tissues is avoided.
Further, an angle between the extending direction of the first electrode body 122 and the second electrode body 124 and the limiting electrode plate 132 is 90 degrees, and an angle between the front direction of the electrode wire 126 and the extending direction of the main body 110 is 45 degrees. Through the angle setting mode, operation of surgery and observation of the surgery area are facilitated.
Optionally, in some other embodiments, the limiting electrode plate 132 is rotatably connected to one end of the water outlet pipe 130, and a variable angle of 45-90 degrees is formed between the extending direction of the first electrode body 122 and the second electrode body 124 and the limiting electrode plate 132, so as to increase the application range of the plasma rib cartilage cutting device 100.
In some embodiments, the desired thickness of the costal cartilage may vary depending on the surgical situation or the situation of the subject operator, and thus control of the thickness of the severed costal cartilage is achieved by adjustment of the limiting electrode plate 132.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the main body 110 includes an adjusting portion 112 and a transmission portion, the transmission portion includes a screw 114 and a sliding sleeve 116 in transmission connection, the limiting electrode plate 132 is connected to the sliding sleeve 116, the adjusting portion 112 is connected to the screw 114, and the sliding sleeve 116 is configured to drive the limiting electrode plate 132 to stretch along the length direction of the main body 110 under the control of the adjusting portion 112. Namely, the user rotates the driving part in different directions to realize the expansion and contraction of the limiting electrode plate 132, so that the size of the cutting space (the distance between the limiting electrode plate 132 and the electrode wire 126) is controlled, and the costal cartilage with different thickness is obtained.
Preferably, the adjusting part 112 is disposed at an end of the main body 110 remote from the plasma cutting part 120. In other embodiments, the transmission portion may be provided on a side of the main body 110, and in some other embodiments, the transmission portion may be worm gear, or motor.
In some embodiments, to accommodate different cutting positions, the plasma cutting portion 120 is further connected to a sliding sleeve 116, and the sliding sleeve 116 is configured to drive the plasma cutting portion 120 and the limiting electrode plate 132 to stretch along the length direction of the main body 110 under the control of the adjusting portion 112. In this way, cutting of the costal cartilage at different locations is achieved. It should be noted that in some embodiments, two sets of adjustment portions 112 and transmission portions may also be provided to accommodate cutting of costal cartilage at different locations and thicknesses.
The application provides a plasma rib cartilage cutting device 100, which utilizes plasma to achieve good cutting and stripping effects, and meanwhile, the arrangement of a limiting electrode plate 132 can ensure the controllability of the cutting thickness and avoid damaging other tissues, and rib cartilage with different thickness can be obtained through adjustment, so that the device has strong adaptability and popularization prospect.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
