The volume of the embedded electric steam box in the existing market has the trend of increasing, and partial embedded electric steam box places the water tank beside the steam box inner container, and this kind of water tank structure can occupy the inside limited space of steam box, has restricted the inner container volume of electric steam box, therefore the water tank of present electric steam box generally places on the steam box inner container, can increase the horizontal size of steam box inner container like this, make the size of steam box inner container further increase, thereby can increase the edible material volume of once cooking.
In order to make the water tank placed on the inner container of the steam box be drawn out and added with water, the current mainstream structural design has two types: one is to turn up the control panel of the whole steam box, and the water tank is placed in a water tank seat behind the control panel of the steam box, for example, the Chinese invention patent ZL201610051251.1 (with the publication number of CN105455660) discloses a turning-up mechanism of the control panel and the steam box applying the turning-up mechanism; the other is that a hole is arranged on one side of a control panel of the steam box, and the water tank is placed in a water tank seat after the hole is arranged, for example, the invention patent of China with the application number of CN201810628315.9 (with the publication number of CN108784404A) discloses an installation mechanism of a pull-type water tank of an embedded electric oven.
According to the scheme of turning up the control panel of the whole steam box in the first mode, the whole control panel needs to be pushed, and the control panel is heavy, so that the pushing mechanism occupies a large space, and is complex in structure and high in cost. In the second aspect, a hole is formed in one side of the control panel of the steam box, and the water tank is pushed out by the motor, but the pushing mechanism is generally driven by the motor to push the water tank, so that the risk of misoperation exists, and the operation possibility is low.
