本发明公开了一种助力喷气鞋垫,包括有鞋垫基部,鞋垫基部上设置有多个可基于踩踏压力产生气流的挤压出气单元,所述挤压出气单元包括有用于滞留气体的腔室,鞋垫基部上部设置有与腔室相连通的上气孔,鞋垫基部下部设置有基于踩踏压力弹性形变及复位的囊部,基于所述囊部的弹性形变及复位可改变所述腔室的容积。本发明的助力喷气鞋垫较常规的鞋垫而言具有更好的透气性,具有更好的助力效果,穿着起来更为舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种助力喷气鞋垫。
背景技术
鞋垫是常见的生活用品,其一般配置在鞋的内部并用于与脚底接触配合,目前市面上的鞋垫一般由硅胶、海绵等材质制成,为了提高鞋垫穿着时的透气性,市面上的鞋垫通常开设有多个贯通鞋垫上下部的透气孔,但其在实际穿着时,对于透气性的改善并没有那么明显。除了提升鞋垫的透气性以外,为了提高穿着时的舒适性,一些厂商通常会通过加大鞋垫厚度的方式来增加脚部踩踏时的回弹和缓冲性能,但是这样一来增加了鞋垫材料的消耗,也使鞋垫变得更加更厚。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种透气性更好、助力效果更好、穿着更舒适的助力喷气鞋垫。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种助力喷气鞋垫,包括有鞋垫基部,鞋垫基部上设置有多个可基于踩踏压力产生气流的挤压出气单元,所述挤压出气单元包括有用于滞留气体的腔室,鞋垫基部上部设置有与腔室相连通的上气孔,鞋垫基部下部设置有基于踩踏压力弹性形变及复位的囊部,基于所述囊部的弹性形变及复位可改变所述腔室的容积。
本发明的有益效果是:脚部踩踏时,鞋垫基部下部的囊部与鞋底挤压形变,进而能够将腔室中的空气沿出气孔向脚底板方向排出,产生的气流能够直接作用在脚底板上,令使用者直观地感受到助力喷气鞋垫的透气效果,囊部在形变复位后重新将空气吸入到腔室中,方便下次继续排出;此外,依靠鞋垫基部自身材质的弹性、囊部的弹性形变能力以及腔室内空气压缩产生的反作用力均能够在助力喷气鞋垫穿着行走时为其提供一定的助力效果,能够提高使用时的舒适度。
进一步地,所述囊部的下端设置有基于踩踏压力上下运动的凸柱,所述腔室自上向下可分为上腔室部分和下腔室部分,上腔室部分的上端与上气孔相连接,上腔室部分的内径自上向下渐宽并形成有碗状的容置空间,所述容置空间可在凸柱被驱动向上运动时至少能够容置凸柱的上端,所述囊部包括有环状的弹性薄壁,所述下腔室部分由所述弹性薄壁围绕形成,下腔室部分的内径自上向下渐窄,下腔室部分的下端与所述凸柱相连接。
进一步设置带来的效果是:凸柱的下端与鞋底抵触配合,凸柱能够随脚部踩踏运动而上下运动,当凸柱向上运动时能够驱使囊部产生挤压形变并同时至少其上端能够向上插入到上腔室部分的容置空间中,提高了凸柱的运动行程,从而提高了腔室容积的变化程度,因此能够提高排气效果,此外凸部还能够提高囊部的形变效果。
进一步地,所述鞋垫基部的下部设置有多个用于容置各挤压出气单元的囊部的第一凹坑,所述第一凹坑四周侧壁与囊部之间间隔形成有可供囊部弹性形变的间隙。

具体实施方式
本发明助力喷气鞋垫的实施例如图1-7所示:包括有由有机硅材质支撑的鞋垫基部1,具有良好的弹性,鞋垫基部1上设置有多个可基于踩踏压力产生气流的挤压出气单元2,所述挤压出气单元2包括有用于滞留气体的腔室21,鞋垫基部1上部设置有与腔室21相连通的上气孔22,鞋垫基部1下部设置有基于踩踏压力弹性形变及复位的囊部23,基于所述囊部23的弹性形变及复位可改变所述腔室21的容积,囊部23挤压形变时能够使所述腔室21的容积减小,进而能够将腔室21中流滞的气体沿上气孔22朝鞋垫基部1上方排出,当然,所述上气孔22也可用于吸气,当踩踏压力消失后,囊部23还可基于自身弹性复位,其在复位时腔室21的容积增大,同时外部空气可沿所述上气孔22进入到腔室21中,以方便下次排出。
所述囊部23的下端设置有基于踩踏压力上下运动的凸柱24,所述腔室21自上向下可分为上腔室部分21a和下腔室部分21b,上腔室部分21a位于鞋垫基部1上下表面之间位置,这样设计可使鞋垫的结构更紧凑,使之更为轻薄,上腔室部分21a的上端与上气孔22相连接,上腔室部分21a的内径自上向下渐宽并形成有碗状的容置空间210,上腔室部分21a侧壁截面的轮廓设计如图5所示为圆弧形,当然也可以为直线形,所述容置空间210可在凸柱24被驱动向上运动时至少能够容置凸柱24的上端(如图6所示状态),这样能够提高凸柱24的运动行程,进而能够提高排气效果,由于上腔室部分21a的内径自上向下渐宽其内壁对凸柱24具备一定的导向作用,使其更加容易插入到上腔室部分21a中,提高其运行的稳定性。所述囊部23包括有环状的弹性薄壁,所述下腔室部分21b由所述弹性薄壁围绕形成,下腔室部分21b的内径自上向下渐窄,下腔室部分21b的下端与所述凸柱24相连接,所述弹性薄壁的厚度均匀分布,其截面轮廓如图5所示为直线形,当然也可以是圆弧形,采用上述这样结构的弹性薄壁其受挤压时能够使其形变状态更稳定,使弹性复位时的作用力方向保持稳定,能够提高鞋垫的回弹力,提高鞋垫整体的助力效果。
所述鞋垫基部1的下部设置有多个用于容置各挤压出气单元2的囊部23的第一凹坑11,所述第一凹坑11四周侧壁与囊部23之间间隔形成有可供囊部向四周方向弹性形变的间隙110,囊部23在被挤压形变时第一凹坑11的四周侧壁能够为其提供一定的支撑,限制其形变范围,能够使其形变状态更稳定,使其不容易因为过度形变损坏,能够提高使用寿命。
所述第一凹坑11由设置在鞋垫基部1下部的凸筋12围绕形成,凸筋12和鞋垫基部1在制造时一体成型,所述第一凹坑11的四周侧壁由凸筋12所提供,并且相邻第一凹坑11之间使用同一凸筋12作为侧壁,所述多个第一凹坑11之间呈网格状分布,使多个第一凹坑11之间挨得更紧密,使受力更均匀,所述多个第一凹坑11之间呈蜂窝状,每个第一凹坑11均为正六边形,使囊部32在挤压形变时其四周外侧与凸筋12之间受力更加均匀,并且还能够提高美观性,当然在其他实施方式中所述第一凹坑11也可以是呈正方形、菱形、圆形等形状。
如图1、2所示,所述鞋垫基部1按照其前后方向可依次分为前掌区域1a、中部区域1b以及后跟区域1c,所述多个挤压出气单元2密集分布在鞋垫基部1的前掌区域1a、中部区域1b以及后跟区域1c上,挤压出气单元2的分布区域和鞋垫基部1四周边缘之间留有环形的空白区域1d,所述空白区域1d是指未分布有挤压出气单元2的区域,所述鞋垫基部1的中部两侧及后部的空白区域1d处略微向上翘起并形成有与脚部的中部两侧及脚后跟轮廓适配的包覆部13,所述包覆部13其顶部视图呈U型(如图1所示),U型的闭口处对应脚后跟位置设置,包覆部13的设置使鞋垫和脚部之间更加服帖,提高穿着的舒适性,当然也能够对脚部起到一定的限位效果,保持脚部和鞋垫之间位置准确。
如图2所示,所述鞋垫基部1其对应空白区域1d的下部位置设置有多个未配置有挤压出气单元2的第二凹坑14,所述多个第二凹坑14分布在第一凹坑11和鞋垫基部1四周边缘之间,所述第二凹坑14的形状结构与第一凹坑11相同并且同样由所述凸筋12围绕形成,并且相邻第二凹坑14之间使用同一凸筋12作为侧壁,相邻第一凹坑和第二凹坑14之间也同样使用同一凸筋12作为侧壁,围绕形成所述多个第二凹坑14的凸筋12其高度朝鞋垫基部1的四周边缘方向渐小设置,第二凹坑14的设置能够提高鞋垫与鞋底之间的防滑效果,采用减小分布设计能够提高穿着的舒适性。
所述鞋垫基部1的下部设置有多个未配置有挤压出气单元2的第三凹坑15,所述第三凹坑15的形状结构与第一凹坑11相同并且由所述凸筋12围绕形成,并且相邻第一凹坑11和第三凹坑15之间或者第二凹坑14和第三凹坑15之间使用同一凸筋12作为侧壁,第三凹坑15可以分布在施力作用较为频繁的鞋垫基部1的前掌区域1a、中部区域1b以及后跟区域1c上,当然也可以分布在环形的空白区域1d上,所述鞋垫基部1其与第三凹坑15相对应的上部位置设置有相对鞋垫基部1上表面凸出的按摩凸起3,按摩凸起3可设置在与脚底板穴位相对应的位置,所述按摩凸起3中设置有磁石31,所述磁石31位于鞋垫基部1上下表面之间位置,按摩凸起3的下部设置在所述第三凹坑15中并向下凸出,磁石31受到按摩凸起3上部和下部的保护,不会从鞋垫基部1上脱离,也不会对脚部产生异物感,提高鞋垫的保健性能和舒适性。
对应所述前掌区域1a设置的多个挤压出气单元2的凸柱24的高度朝鞋垫基部1的前端方向(如图2中箭头a方向所示)渐小分布,对应所述中部区域1b设置的多个挤压出气单元2的凸柱24的高度朝鞋垫基部1的两侧方向(如图2中箭头b方向所示)渐小分布,而后跟区域1c的挤压出气单元2的凸柱24高度则均匀分布,采用这样设计更符合人体工程学设计,使鞋垫不同位置的回弹性、排气性、厚度等均能够与脚部受力相对应,能够提高穿着时的舒适性。
所述凸柱24的下端设置有与所述腔室21相连通的下气孔241,下气孔241可用于进气,也可用于排气,下气孔241的设置能够提高鞋垫的透气效果,凸柱24的下端设置有吸附盘,所述吸附盘包括有开设在凸柱24底部的凹口25,所述下气孔241设置在凹口25中,这样设计使每次排气时能够使鞋垫和鞋底之间能够形成一定的吸附效果,使鞋垫不容易和鞋底分离。
为了提高鞋垫的抗菌、保温等性能,鞋垫基部1的上部铺设有菌层或保温层4,并且其对应上气孔22和按摩凸起3的位置设置有通孔41,按摩凸起3上部穿过所述通孔41后向上伸出。
本发明的挤压出气单元也可以采用如图8所示的结构,所述凸柱24的下端其朝四周方向延伸形成有盘体242,所述下气孔241设置在盘体242的下端,盘体242的设置可进一步增加鞋底和鞋垫之间的吸附效果,使助力喷气鞋垫和鞋底之间不容易产生位移,并且基于盘体242和鞋底之间的密封配合,还能够提高上气孔22的排气效果。
本发明的挤压出气单元也可以采用如图9所示的结构,所述挤压出气单元的囊部23包括有环状的弹性薄壁,所述弹性薄壁其外侧呈波纹状,其内侧呈圆弧形并且围绕形成了所述的下腔室部分21b,这样设置能够提高囊部23的弹性形变及复位效果,提高鞋垫的助力效果。
以上实施例,只是本发明优选地具体实施例的一种,本领域技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:包括有鞋垫基部(1),鞋垫基部(1)上设置有多个可基于踩踏压力产生气流的挤压出气单元(2),所述挤压出气单元(2)包括有用于滞留气体的腔室(21),鞋垫基部(1)上部设置有与腔室(21)相连通的上气孔(22),鞋垫基部(1)下部设置有基于踩踏压力弹性形变及复位的囊部(23),基于所述囊部(23)的弹性形变及复位可改变所述腔室(21)的容积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:所述囊部(23)的下端设置有基于踩踏压力上下运动的凸柱(24),所述腔室(21)自上向下可分为上腔室部分(21a)和下腔室部分(21b),上腔室部分(21a)的上端与上气孔(22)相连接,上腔室部分(21a)的内径自上向下渐宽并形成有碗状的容置空间(210),所述容置空间(210)可在凸柱(24)被驱动向上运动时至少能够容置凸柱(24)的上端,所述囊部(23)包括有环状的弹性薄壁,所述下腔室部分(21b)由所述弹性薄壁围绕形成,下腔室部分(21b)的内径自上向下渐窄,下腔室部分(21b)的下端与所述凸柱(24)相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫基部(1)的下部设置有多个用于容置各挤压出气单元(2)的囊部的第一凹坑(11),所述第一凹坑(11)四周侧壁与囊部(23)之间间隔形成有可供囊部弹性形变的间隙(110)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:所述第一凹坑(11)由设置在鞋垫基部(1)下部的凸筋(12)围绕形成,所述第一凹坑(11)的四周侧壁由凸筋(12)所提供,并且相邻第一凹坑(11)之间使用同一凸筋(12)作为侧壁,所述多个第一凹坑(11)之间呈网格状分布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:所述多个挤压出气单元(2)密集分布在鞋垫基部(1)的前掌区域(1a)和后跟区域(1c)之间,挤压出气单元(2)的分布区域和鞋垫基部(1)四周边缘之间留有环形的空白区域(1d),所述鞋垫基部(1)的中部两侧及后部的空白区域处略微向上翘起并形成有能够与脚部的中部两侧及脚后跟轮廓适配的包覆部(13)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫基部(1)其对应空白区域(1d)的下部位置设置有多个未配置有挤压出气单元(2)的第二凹坑(14),所述多个第二凹坑(14)分布在第一凹坑(11)和鞋垫基部(1)四周边缘之间,所述第二凹坑(14)的形状结构与第一凹坑(11)相同并且由所述凸筋(12)围绕形成,围绕形成所述多个第二凹坑(14)的凸筋(12)其高度朝鞋垫基部(1)的四周边缘方向渐小设置。
7.根据权利要求5所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫基部(1)的下部设置有多个未配置有挤压出气单元(2)的第三凹坑(15),所述第三凹坑(15)的形状结构与第一凹坑(11)相同并且由所述凸筋(12)围绕形成,所述鞋垫基部(1)其与第三凹坑(15)相对应的上部位置设置有按摩凸起(3),所述按摩凸起(3)中设置有磁石(31)。
8.根据权利要求5所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:对应所述前掌区域(1a)设置的多个挤压出气单元(2)的凸柱(24)的高度朝鞋垫基部(1)的前端方向渐小分布,所述鞋垫基部(1)的前掌区域(1a)和后跟区域(1c)之间包括有中部区域(1b),对应所述中部区域(1b)设置的多个挤压出气单元(2)的凸柱(24)的高度朝鞋垫基部(1)的两侧方向渐小分布。
9.根据权利要求2至8中任意一项所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:所述凸柱(24)的下端设置有与所述腔室(21)相连通的下气孔(241)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的助力喷气鞋垫,其特征在于:所述凸柱(24)的下端设置有吸附盘,所述下气孔(241)设置在吸附盘上。
