The invention discloses a video structured platform for monitoring road vehicles, which comprises a network camera set, wherein a network camera comprising a signal lamp intersection, an intersection rear section and a whole road section respectively shoots the intersection passing state of the vehicles, the detailed information of the vehicles and the traffic state of the vehicles in the whole road section, codes shot images into video streams, and transmits the video streams to a data processing platform through a network; the data processing platform extracts the vehicle effective information on the video and writes the vehicle effective information into a database; the vehicle information processing platform extracts vehicle information in the database, sends abnormal vehicle information to the supervision platform, and the vehicle supervision platform processes and disposes abnormal vehicle information; the video structured platform for monitoring the road vehicles realizes effective extraction and refined extraction of vehicle monitoring information, constructs the completed vehicle monitoring information, effectively utilizes the vehicle monitoring information, and forms complete video structuralization of road vehicle monitoring.

The network camera at the signal lamp intersection shoots the state of the vehicle passing through the intersection, namely shoots the situations that whether the vehicle passing through the intersection has yellow light robbing, runs red light, gives a pedestrian no good way according to the regulations, stops the vehicle at a stop line according to the regulations and the like. The network camera at the rear section of the intersection extracts detailed information of the vehicle in a static state, and the detailed information mainly comprises information such as vehicle appearance, vehicle interior and exterior decoration, vehicle license plate and the like. The network cameras in the whole road section shoot the vehicle state of the rear section of the intersection, monitor whether dangerous vehicles or abnormal vehicles which violate rules and law and run illegally and the like exist, shoot the information of the abnormal vehicles and upload the information. All the network cameras encode the shot images into video streams, and the video streams are transmitted to the data processing platform through the network.

The database receives the vehicle effective information written by the data processing platform and stores the vehicle information with the video structuralization by utilizing the distributed data.
The video structuring platform in the technology further comprises a vehicle information processing platform, the vehicle information processing platform extracts vehicle information in the database and sends abnormal vehicle information to the supervision platform, and the vehicle supervision platform processes and disposes abnormal vehicle information.
