after the first pouring is finished, the color of the concrete is compared with that of the sample block, the construction is continued after the concrete is qualified,
surface exposed aggregate pretreatment: when the surface layer is the exposed aggregate pervious concrete, the surface treatment agent is adopted for pretreatment within 30 minutes after paving, film covering and maintenance are carried out immediately, after the pretreatment is carried out for 10 to 20 hours (determined according to factors such as maintenance temperature, humidity and the like), after the cementing material is inspected to be finally solidified, the film is removed, a high-pressure water gun is used for flushing (the water pressure of the water gun is reasonably controlled), the retarded cementing material on the road surface is removed, the natural color of the natural stone is exposed, the particles which are not loosened are suitable for use, after flushing, the surface is rinsed by water, the residual slurry on the surface and in pores is removed, the exposed aggregate effect is realized, then film covering and maintenance are carried out continuously,
paving and pouring forming cautions: (1) the loose paving coefficient is the ratio of the material paving height higher than the actual height, generally 1.1-1.15 is adopted according to the dry humidity of the pervious concrete, (2) the vibration time of the flat vibrator cannot be overlong, so that the excessive compaction is prevented, and the segregation phenomenon can occur, (3) the paving is as fast and correct as possible, (4) the void ratio of the pervious concrete is large, the water loss is fast, and when the air temperature is higher than 35 ℃, the construction time should be avoided at noon, so that the construction method is suitable for construction in the morning and evening.
In addition to the above embodiments, the coating and curing of the pervious concrete includes:
after the concrete of the surface layer is paved, a curing method of combining film covering and watering is adopted, the film covering is carried out 30min after the concrete is formed, the curing time is preferably 7d,
cleaning and sealing, and carrying out sealing treatment on the colored pervious concrete. And (3) curing the surface concrete for 7 days, cleaning the surface concrete with clear water, uniformly spraying the dipropylene polyurethane sealant on the surface after the surface is completely dried, protecting the working surface, and standing for 8 hours (the time can be properly adjusted according to the field air temperature, ventilation conditions and the like). For exposed aggregate permeable concrete, spraying and sealing can be omitted when no requirement is designed.
On the basis of the above embodiment, another embodiment of the method of the present invention specifically describes a road edge stone construction process:
the method is characterized in that the natural surface of 600 × 200 × 60 dark gray limestone can be used for edge folding on two sides of a road, shoulder stone paving can be carried out after construction and maintenance of base pervious concrete for 7d, in order to ensure timely drainage of rainwater on an asphalt pavement, a phi 50 blind pipe is embedded every 4m when the shoulder stone paving is carried out, when the pervious concrete reaches full-load drainage load, the blind pipe can assist in draining rainwater seeped from the pervious asphalt pavement, the width of the asphalt pavement is ensured when stones are paved, mortar is adopted for repairing individual width places, when radian is large, massive stones are paved, and then arc lines are cut and smoothened by a cutting machine. Paving and pasting of the road shoulder stones are the key for controlling the linearity and the perception quality of the whole road.
In another embodiment of the method of the present invention, a process of laying asphalt is specifically described, wherein before the construction of the asphalt surface layer, the cleaning of the base layer is done, and the construction of the asphalt sealing layer and the bonding layer is done according to the design requirements of the drawing.
And (3) asphalt seal construction:
and (3) finishing the base course curing period, and after the base course curing period is qualified, constructing the asphalt seal layer by adopting a single-layer asphalt surface treatment method, constructing the asphalt seal layer according to the specification requirement, preferably selecting to construct in dry and hotter seasons, finishing the construction in a period of reaching the maximum temperature of less than 15 ℃ for a half month and before rainy season, and requiring the seal layer to be completely water-tight.
Wherein the asphalt seal coat is constructed by adopting the combined operation of an asphalt spreader and an aggregate spreader,
the aggregate spreader should be used to spread the aggregate immediately after the asphalt is spread,
after the main aggregate is spread, the whole spreading is not required to be finished, a 6-8t steel cylinder double-wheel road roller is used for rolling for 3-4 times from the roadside to the road center, and the wheel tracks are overlapped by about 1/3 wheel widths each time. The rolling speed does not exceed 2km/h at first, can be increased properly later,
when the seal coat oil is spread, the 2m colored pervious concrete is completely covered by the film.
And (3) asphalt bonding layer construction:
the adhesive layer oil is high-quality emulsified asphalt, the using amount of the adhesive layer oil is determined by trial spraying according to the design requirements of drawings, the adhesive layer is constructed in dry and hot weather, and the adhesive layer construction cannot be carried out under the condition that the air temperature is lower than 10 ℃ or strong wind or when rainfall is about to occur.
When in construction, the viscous layer oil is sprayed by an asphalt spraying vehicle, a proper nozzle is selected, the spraying speed and the spraying amount are kept stable, when a manual asphalt spraying machine which is motorized or hand-operated is adopted for spraying, skilled technicians are required to operate the device to uniformly spray the viscous layer oil, the viscous layer oil cannot be sprayed when the road surface is wet, the viscous layer oil is sprayed after the surface is dried after being washed by water,
the sprayed oil must be in uniform mist shape, and uniformly distributed into a thin layer in the whole width of the road surface, so that spraying leakage or strip shape can not be formed, accumulation can not be formed, spraying is supplemented when the spraying is insufficient, and the spraying excess part is scraped. Manual painting is adopted in local positions such as kerbs, rainwater inlets, inspection wells and the like, after viscous layer oil is sprayed, other vehicles and pedestrians outside the material transportation vehicle are strictly prohibited from passing through,
the viscous layer oil is sprayed on the same day, after the emulsified asphalt is demulsified and the water is evaporated, the asphalt layer is laid next to ensure that the viscous layer is not polluted,
when the adhesive layer oil is spread, the 2m colored pervious concrete is completely covered by the film.
On the basis of the embodiment, asphalt surface course construction comprises the following steps:
and (4) inspecting and cleaning the adhesive layer, and cleaning sundries on the surface of the adhesive layer. The dust should be blown clean in advance. Before the upper surface layer is paved, the slipform and the inner side of the curb are coated with emulsified asphalt to ensure the bonding of asphalt concrete and cement concrete,
mixing, calibrating each metering system before trial mixing by adopting an ACP-4000 type mixing plant, carrying out flow test in time after the target mixing ratio is determined, repeatedly adjusting the feeding proportion of a cold storage bin to achieve balanced feeding,
the heating temperature of the asphalt and the aggregate and the delivery temperature of the mixture are strictly controlled, the aggregate temperature is 20 ℃ higher than the asphalt temperature, the temperature of the hot mixed material finished product is not reduced by more than 10 ℃ after the hot mixed material finished product is stored in a storage bin, and the construction temperature of the asphalt mixture is strictly controlled according to the standard requirement. The asphalt heating temperature is 160-fold at 170 ℃, the aggregate heating temperature is 180-fold at 190 ℃, the mixture leaving temperature is 170-fold at 180 ℃ in the normal range (more than 190 ℃),
the mixing plant control room prints asphalt, various mineral aggregate consumption and mixing temperature disc by disc, and regularly checks the metering and temperature measurement of the mixing plant, the mixture is uniformly mixed, all aggregate particles are completely coated with asphalt binder, the mixing uniformity of the asphalt mixture is taken as a degree, a mixer takes a group of mixture samples every morning and afternoon to perform Marshall test and extraction screening test, the asphalt consumption, mineral aggregate grading and the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt concrete are detected, and guidance is provided for construction and production in time.
Carrying out total quantity control after each day is finished, and carrying out online spot check on the mineral aggregate gradation according to the use amount of each bin and the screening result of each bin; calculating the average construction gradation and the asphalt consumption, and checking the average construction gradation and the asphalt consumption with a design result; the average thickness was calculated as the daily output and checked against the pavement design thickness.
And (3) paving the mixed asphalt:
a. continuous and stable paving is carried out. The paving speed of the paver is adjusted according to the output of the mixer, the matching condition of the construction machine and the paving thickness, and is about 2-3m/mjn, generally not more than 3m/min, the speed is allowed to be reduced to 1-2m/min, and the paver can realize slow, uniform and uninterrupted paving. The vehicle must not be paved randomly for a few minutes quickly and then stopped for waiting for the next vehicle.
b. Before the mixture paved by the machine is not compacted, constructors can not trample the mixture, generally do not need to refit the mixture continuously by manpower, only under special conditions, under the guidance of field supervisors, the mixture is allowed to be manually supplemented or replaced, when the defects are serious, the mixture is removed, and a paver is adjusted or a paving process is improved.
c. The upper surface layer of the asphalt mixture is preferably paved by adopting a non-contact balance beam to control the paving thickness and a paver to realize combined operation.
d. The spreading machine should be adjusted to the best working state, the automatic material level devices at the two ends of the spiral material distributor are well adjusted, and the opening degree of a material door, the speed of a chain plate material feeder and the rotating speed of the spiral material distributor are matched. The material quantity of the spiral material distributor is higher than the center of the spiral material distributor, so that the mixture in front of a material baffle plate of an ironing plate is uniformly distributed in the full-width range, the material quantity is adjusted before starting every time, paving is performed, and the phenomenon of segregation of a spreading layer is avoided; and analyzing and adjusting whether the coarse and fine materials are uniform at any time, and detecting whether the loose paving thickness meets the specification. The screed is preheated to a specified temperature (not lower than 1000%) before paving, and the screed is subjected to a medium-strength ramming grade during paving, so that the initial compaction degree of paving is not less than 85%. The screed must be tightly spliced, not allowing gaps, to prevent the trapped aggregate from pulling the pavement out of the streak.
e. Attention is paid to the operation procedure of the receiving hopper of the paver to reduce the segregation of the coarse and fine materials. When the scraper blade of the collecting hopper of the paver is not exposed and hot materials with the thickness of about 10cm still exist, the next material transporting vehicle can unload the hot materials to continuously feed the materials and prevent the materials from being concentrated.
f. The paving is carried out at the high temperature time of the day, and the paving is not suitable when the temperature of the road surface is lower than the temperature of the road surface. When the spreading is in rain, the construction is immediately stopped, and the mixture which is not compacted and formed is removed. The mixture suffering from rain should be discarded and not be unloaded into a paver for paving.
g. Before the mixture is not compacted, the constructor can not step on the mixture. The paved mixture is generally forbidden to be repaired manually, the repair is needed when local defects are needed, the repair is needed under the guidance of field supervisors, the defects are removed when the defects are serious, and a paver is adjusted or a paving process is improved.
h. The thickness of the loose mat and the associated temperature should be checked at any time during the paving process. Before spreading, the screed is preheated to 100 ℃ by gas. In order to match the vibrating frequency and the amplitude, the paving surface layer has enough initial strength, and the exciting force of the paver is four-stage. The screed of the paver must be spliced tightly without gaps to prevent the pavement from being pulled out of streaks by the clamped aggregate.
j. The temperature of the mixture on site is not lower than 165 ℃, the spreading temperature is not lower than 160 ℃, the internal temperature of the mixture which is started to be rolled is not lower than 150 ℃, and the surface temperature after rolling is not lower than 110 ℃.
When the asphalt is rolled, the mixture is rolled and divided into a primary pressing part, a secondary pressing part and a final pressing part, and a double-steel-wheel road roller and the like are adopted as a compaction machine.
a. The initial pressing should be carried out at a higher temperature as much as possible under the conditions that the mixture is not pushed, cracked and the like, and a tire roller is forbidden to be used so as to ensure the transverse flatness of the surface layer.
b. The compaction speed of the road roller is required to be slow and uniform, and the determination is carried out according to different rolling stages and types of the road roller.
c. When the road roller rolls, the driving wheel faces the paver, the rolling route direction can not be changed suddenly, the road roller needs to slow down and slowly move when starting and stopping, braking is not needed, and the road roller is folded back and is not positioned on the same cross section.
d. The sections of initial pressure, re-pressure and final pressure are marked obviously, so that the driver can easily recognize the sections. Special posts are set for managing and checking the loose paving thickness, the rolling sequence, the combination of the road roller, the rolling times, the rolling speed and the rolling temperature, so that the surface layer does not leak or overpressure.
e. The spraying of the water solution to the road roller is in a fog shape, and the amount of the water solution is not adhered to the roller.
f. Machinery and vehicles are prohibited from being parked on the uncooled surface rolled on the same day, and mineral aggregates, oil and sundries are prevented from scattering. After 24 hours of compaction, the construction vehicle was allowed to pass.
And (3) rolling combination, namely a double-steel-wheel road roller, wherein the first time of rolling is carried out before and after static vibration, the second time of rolling is carried out before and after vibration (three times in total), the second time of rolling is carried out after full-width rolling (two times in total), and the full-width static pressure two-time walking speeds of the double-steel-wheel road roller are respectively 3km/h, 4km/h and 4 km/h.
And (3) treatment of construction joints:
transverse construction joint: all with a flat seam. Drawing a seam position at the position where the spreading layer is separated from the straight ruler along the longitudinal position by using a three-meter straight ruler, and cutting the seam position by using a sawing and sewing machine and then removing the seam position; when the spreading is continued, the mortar left when the spreading layer is sawed is scrubbed clean, a small amount of adhesive asphalt is coated, and the spreading machine screed starts spreading from the seam; when rolling, the steel cylinder type roller is used for transverse compaction, and the steel cylinder type roller gradually moves to a new pavement layer from a gap on a pavement layer paved firstly.
Maintaining an asphalt surface layer:
the section to be constructed is closed before construction, any vehicle except for construction is forbidden to enter, and the traffic can be opened after the construction is finished and the section is closed for 24 hours. After the construction is completed, all the construction machines cannot be parked on the uncooled construction section.
