Abstract
The invention provides a revolving body rolling device which comprises two rollers which rotate relatively and rolling dies which are fixed on the two rollers through connecting pieces respectively, and is characterized in that the bonding surfaces of the rolling dies and the rollers are provided with inclined surfaces, and the included angle between the inclined surfaces and the connecting line from the contact points of the two rolling dies to the roller center is 75-105 degrees. When the two rolling dies are extruded oppositely, the problem of deformation and breakage of the connecting piece due to stress concentration is fundamentally solved through the combined inclined plane of the rolling dies and the rollers, the production is prevented from being influenced and even safety accidents and the like caused by the deformation, breakage and other accidents of the connecting piece are avoided, the pressing effect of new and old strips is ensured, and the safety production is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a revolving body rolling device, in particular to a revolving body rolling device for splicing thin sheets and strips, and belongs to the technical field of packaging strip splicing.
Background
In a printing packaging machine, when the packaging material takes part in processing in the form of a roll, the parts of the packaging material can be joined by a glueless splicing device. The glue-free splicing device is used for laminating the new and old belt materials through a rolling die of the splicing device at a synchronous speed, and the two laminating surfaces of the rolling die rotate oppositely at the same speed to perform laminating connection on the new and old belt materials entering the two laminating surfaces. The rolling die in the prior art comprises two rotating rollers, extrusion dies are installed on the two rotating rollers through connecting bolts or screws, and because the two extrusion dies are rigidly extruded during pressing, impact and vibration force can be inevitably generated during extrusion, so that not only can the pressing effect of new and old strips be influenced, and the connection failure of the new and old strips is caused, but also the impact and vibration force can be transmitted to a connecting piece, such as a bolt or a screw, stress concentration is caused, and the connecting piece is deformed and broken, even the rolling die is separated from the connecting piece to cause a safety accident, so that the machine has to be stopped and replaced, frequent faults and replacement can influence the working efficiency and have potential safety hazards. Therefore, there is a need for improvements in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to avoid the accidents of deformation, breakage and the like of a connecting piece caused by stress concentration when two rolling dies roll and extrude relatively, ensure the pressing effect of new and old strips and ensure safe production.
Therefore, the invention provides a revolving body rolling device which can effectively avoid stress concentration when two rolling dies are oppositely extruded.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the revolving body rolling device comprises two rollers which rotate relatively and rolling dies which are fixed on the two rollers through connecting pieces respectively, and is characterized in that the bonding surfaces of the rolling dies and the rollers are provided with inclined surfaces, and the included angle between the inclined surfaces and the connecting line from the contact point of the two rolling dies to the roller center is 75-105 degrees, so that stress concentration is effectively avoided when the two rolling dies are extruded relatively, and the connecting pieces are ensured not to deform or break.
The position of the rolling die combined with the roller is symmetrically set into two inclined planes with high middle and low edges, wherein:
the inclined plane at the extrusion starting end is an input end inclined plane, and an included angle between the input end inclined plane and a connecting line from a contact point where the two rolling dies start to extrude to the roll center is 75-105 degrees;
the inclined plane at the extrusion finishing end is an outlet end inclined plane, and an included angle between the outlet end inclined plane and a connecting line from a contact point of two rolling dies after extrusion to a roller center is 75-105 degrees;
so as to effectively avoid stress concentration when the two rolling dies are relatively extruded, and ensure that the connecting piece cannot be deformed and broken.
The connecting piece is a bolt and a nut, the inner end of the bolt penetrates through a corresponding through hole on the roller and is in threaded connection with a threaded hole on the rolling die, and the rolling die is radially fixed on the roller.
The rolling die surfaces on the two rollers are both set to be smooth surfaces, or are both set to be tooth surfaces with a plurality of convex teeth, or are both set to be tooth surfaces with a plurality of concave-convex teeth, or one of the die surfaces is set to be a smooth surface, and the other die surface is set to be a tooth surface with a plurality of concave-convex teeth or a plurality of convex teeth, so that the new and old strips entering the two pressing surfaces can be efficiently pressed and connected.
The roll shafts of the two rolls are respectively connected with respective power machines so as to be driven by the respective power machines to rotate to complete the pressing connection of the new and the old belt materials.
One of the two rollers is connected with a power machine, a driving gear is arranged on the roller shaft, and a driven gear meshed with the driving gear is arranged on the other roller shaft, so that the two rollers synchronously rotate through the driving gear and the driven gear under the driving of the power machine, and further the rolling die is driven to complete the press connection of new and old strips.
The invention has the following advantages and effects: by adopting the scheme, when the two rolling dies are extruded relatively, the problem of deformation and breakage of the connecting piece caused by stress concentration is fundamentally solved through the combined inclined plane of the rolling dies and the roller, the production is prevented from being influenced and even safety accidents and the like caused by the deformation, breakage and other accidents of the connecting piece are avoided, the pressing effect of new and old strips is ensured, and the safety production is ensured.

The invention provides a revolving body rolling device, which comprises two rollers 1 and 8 which rotate relatively, and rolling dies 2 and 7 which are respectively fixed on the two rollers 1 and 8 through connecting pieces, wherein: a roll shaft 4 of the roll 1 is connected with a power motor 5, a driving gear 3 is arranged on the roll shaft 4, a driven gear 6 meshed with the driving gear 3 is arranged on a roll shaft 9 of the roll 8, and the two rolls 1 and 8 can synchronously rotate under the driving of the power motor 5 through the driving gear 3 and the driven gear 6, so that the two rolling dies 2 and 7 are driven to rotate; the connecting piece 10 is a bolt and a nut, the inner end of the bolt penetrates through corresponding through holes on the rollers 1 and 8 to be in threaded connection with screw holes on the rolling dies 2 and 7, so that the rolling dies 2 and 7 are radially fixed on the rollers 1 and 8; the inclined planes of the rolling dies 2 and 7 combined with the rollers 1 and 8 are symmetrically set to be two with high centers and low edges, wherein: the inclined plane at the extrusion starting end is an input end inclined plane 14, and an included angle alpha between the input end inclined plane 14 and a connecting line 13 from a contact point 12 where the extrusion of the two rolling dies 2 and 7 starts to a roll center is 95 degrees; the inclined plane at the extrusion finishing end is an outlet end inclined plane 17, and an included angle beta between the outlet end inclined plane 17 and a connecting line 16 from a contact point 15 of the two rolling dies 2 and 7 after extrusion to a roller center is 95 degrees; so as to effectively avoid stress concentration when the two rolling dies 2 and 7 are relatively extruded, and ensure that the connecting piece 10 cannot be deformed and broken; the die surfaces of the rolling dies 2 on the two rollers 1 are smooth surfaces, and the die surfaces of the rolling dies 7 on the rollers 8 are tooth surfaces with a plurality of concave and convex teeth, so that new and old strips entering the two pressing surfaces can be efficiently pressed and connected.
Claims (6)
1. A rolling device for a revolving body comprises two rollers which rotate relatively and rolling dies which are fixed on the two rollers through connecting pieces respectively, and is characterized in that the bonding surfaces of the rolling dies and the rollers are provided with inclined surfaces, and the included angle between the inclined surfaces and the connecting line from the contact point of the two rolling dies to the roller center is 75-105 degrees.
2. The rolling device of revolving bodies according to claim 1, wherein the positions where said rolling dies are combined with the rollers are symmetrically set to two slopes of high middle and low edge, wherein:
the inclined plane at the extrusion starting end is an input end inclined plane, and an included angle between the input end inclined plane and a connecting line from a contact point where the two rolling dies start to extrude to the roll center is 75-105 degrees;
the inclined plane at the extrusion finishing end is an outlet end inclined plane, and an included angle between the outlet end inclined plane and a connecting line from a contact point of two rolling dies after extrusion to a roller center is 75-105 degrees.
3. The rolling device of revolving bodies of claim 1, wherein said connecting member is a bolt and a nut, and the inner end of the bolt is screwed with the screw hole of the rolling die through the corresponding through hole of the roller, so that the rolling die is radially fixed on the roller.

The rolling device of a revolving body according to claim 1, wherein the rolling die faces of said two rollers are each provided as a smooth face, or each provided as a tooth face with a plurality of convex teeth, or each provided as a tooth face with a plurality of concave-convex teeth, or one of the die faces is provided as a smooth face and the other is provided as a tooth face with a plurality of concave-convex teeth or a plurality of convex teeth.
5. The rolling machine of revolution of claim 1, characterized in that the roll shafts of said two rolls are respectively connected to respective power machines.
6. The rolling device of revolving body according to claim 1, wherein one of said two rollers is connected to a power machine, and a driving gear is provided on the roller and a driven gear engaged with the driving gear is provided on the other roller.
