The glue-free splicing device is used for laminating the new and old belt materials through a rolling die of the splicing device at a synchronous speed, and the two laminating surfaces of the rolling die rotate oppositely at the same speed to perform laminating connection on the new and old belt materials entering the two laminating surfaces. The rolling die in the prior art comprises two rotating rollers, extrusion dies are installed on the two rotating rollers through connecting bolts or screws, and because the two extrusion dies are rigidly extruded during pressing, impact and vibration force can be inevitably generated during extrusion, so that not only can the pressing effect of new and old strips be influenced, and the connection failure of the new and old strips is caused, but also the impact and vibration force can be transmitted to a connecting piece, such as a bolt or a screw, stress concentration is caused, and the connecting piece is deformed and broken, even the rolling die is separated from the connecting piece to cause a safety accident, so that the machine has to be stopped and replaced, frequent faults and replacement can influence the working efficiency and have potential safety hazards. Therefore, there is a need for improvements in the prior art.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to avoid the accidents of deformation, breakage and the like of a connecting piece caused by stress concentration when two rolling dies roll and extrude relatively, ensure the pressing effect of new and old strips and ensure safe production.

The position of the rolling die combined with the roller is symmetrically set into two inclined planes with high middle and low edges, wherein:
the inclined plane at the extrusion starting end is an input end inclined plane, and an included angle between the input end inclined plane and a connecting line from a contact point where the two rolling dies start to extrude to the roll center is 75-105 degrees;
the inclined plane at the extrusion finishing end is an outlet end inclined plane, and an included angle between the outlet end inclined plane and a connecting line from a contact point of two rolling dies after extrusion to a roller center is 75-105 degrees;
so as to effectively avoid stress concentration when the two rolling dies are relatively extruded, and ensure that the connecting piece cannot be deformed and broken.
The connecting piece is a bolt and a nut, the inner end of the bolt penetrates through a corresponding through hole on the roller and is in threaded connection with a threaded hole on the rolling die, and the rolling die is radially fixed on the roller.
The rolling die surfaces on the two rollers are both set to be smooth surfaces, or are both set to be tooth surfaces with a plurality of convex teeth, or are both set to be tooth surfaces with a plurality of concave-convex teeth, or one of the die surfaces is set to be a smooth surface, and the other die surface is set to be a tooth surface with a plurality of concave-convex teeth or a plurality of convex teeth, so that the new and old strips entering the two pressing surfaces can be efficiently pressed and connected.
The roll shafts of the two rolls are respectively connected with respective power machines so as to be driven by the respective power machines to rotate to complete the pressing connection of the new and the old belt materials.
One of the two rollers is connected with a power machine, a driving gear is arranged on the roller shaft, and a driven gear meshed with the driving gear is arranged on the other roller shaft, so that the two rollers synchronously rotate through the driving gear and the driven gear under the driving of the power machine, and further the rolling die is driven to complete the press connection of new and old strips.
