A high efficiency cement mixer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the supporting seat includes backup pad (13) and locates two mounting panels (131) on backup pad (13), agitator (2) length direction's both ends all are equipped with installation axle (20), and two installation axles (20) rotate respectively and connect in two mounting panels (131), driving piece is driving motor (132) for locating on backup pad (13), installation axle (20) run through mounting panel (131) and are connected in the output shaft of driving motor (132).

A high efficiency cement mixer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first stirring mechanism comprises a first stirring rod (231) which is rotatably connected with the first stirring chamber (23), and one end of the first stirring rod (231) penetrates through the side wall of the stirring barrel (2) and is provided with a first rotating gear (233);
the second stirring mechanism comprises a second stirring rod (241) which is rotatably connected with the second stirring chamber (24), and one end of the second stirring rod (241) penetrates through the side wall of the stirring barrel (2) and is provided with a second rotating gear (243);
the device also comprises a driving assembly for driving the first rotating gear (233) and the second rotating gear (243) to rotate simultaneously.

A high efficiency cement mixer as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the driving assembly comprises a first intermediate gear (234) which is rotationally connected with the stirring barrel (2) and is meshed with the first rotating gear (233) and a second intermediate gear (244) which is rotationally connected with the stirring barrel (2) and is meshed with the second rotating gear (243);
the first intermediate gear (234) is coaxially provided with a first intermediate shaft (235), the first intermediate shaft (235) is rotatably connected to the stirring barrel (2) and is provided with a first transmission wheel (236);
a second intermediate shaft (245) is coaxially arranged on the second intermediate gear (244), the second intermediate shaft (245) is rotatably connected to the stirring barrel (2) and is provided with a second transmission wheel (246);
the transmission device also comprises a transmission belt (27) meshed with the first transmission wheel (236) and the second transmission wheel (246), and a power source used for driving the second intermediate shaft (245) to rotate.

A high efficiency cement mixer as claimed in claim 4, wherein: an installation seat (26) is installed on the end face of the stirring barrel (2), the power source is a power motor (261) arranged on the installation seat (26), and an output shaft of the power motor (261) is connected to the second intermediate shaft (245).

a first lifting rod (3) and a second lifting rod (4) which are rotatably connected are arranged at one end, away from the discharge pipe (22), of the base (1), one end, in the length direction, of the first lifting rod (3) is connected with the supporting seat in a sliding mode and is hinged to the supporting seat in a universal mode, and the other end of the first lifting rod (3) is connected with the base (1) in a sliding mode and is hinged to the base (1) in a shaft mode;
one end of the second lifting rod (4) is connected with the supporting seat in a sliding mode and is hinged with the supporting seat in a universal mode, and the other end of the second lifting rod (4) is hinged with the base (1) in a shaft mode;
the lifting device also comprises a driving piece for driving the first lifting rod (3) to rotate around a hinge shaft with the second lifting rod (4).

A high efficiency cement mixer as claimed in claim 6, wherein: sliding connection has first sliding block (31) on base (1), the one end and the first sliding block (31) axle hinge of first liftout pole (3) are connected, order about cylinder (14) for locating on base (1), the output shaft of ordering about cylinder (14) is in first sliding block (31).
8. A high efficiency cement mixer as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the first sliding block (31) is provided with a roller (311), and the base (1) is provided with a rolling groove (11) for the roller (311) to be clamped in.

A high efficiency cement mixer as claimed in claim 7, wherein: a T-shaped sliding groove (133) is formed in the bottom surface, facing the base (1), of the supporting seat along the width direction of the supporting seat, a T-shaped second sliding block (134) is arranged in the sliding groove (133), and one end, away from the first sliding block (31), of the first jacking rod (3) is hinged to the second sliding block (134) in a universal mode;
and a plurality of marble screws (135) are arranged on the second sliding block (134).
