As shown in fig. 1, a two-section tracked vehicle suspension truss combined tooling structure comprises a supporting platform 1, a left base 2, a left support 3, a left moving sliding table 4, a left positioning clamp 5, a right base 6, a right support 7 and a right moving sliding table 8; the left base 2 and the right base 6 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the supporting platform 1, a T-shaped groove 1-1 is arranged on the upper surface of the supporting platform 1, guide rails matched with the T-shaped groove 1-1 are arranged at the bottoms of the left base 2 and the right base 6, and the T-shaped groove plays a role in guiding. The support platform is provided with a scale which is convenient for memorizing the position of the left and right equipment.
The left base 2 and the right base 6 are respectively fixed with a left bracket 3 and a right bracket 7; a left moving sliding table 4 is arranged on the left support 3, and the sliding fit between the left moving sliding table 4 and the left support 3 is realized through a guide rail and a T-shaped groove, namely, a sliding fit structure is formed by arranging the T-shaped groove on the left support 3 and arranging the guide rail on the left moving sliding table 4; a rack 4-2 is further arranged on the left moving sliding table 4, a gear mechanism is arranged in the left bracket 3, a gear of the gear mechanism is meshed with the rack 4-2, and the gear mechanism is manually operated, so that the left moving sliding table 4 is moved; and a left positioning clamp 5 is installed at the end part of the left moving sliding table 4.
The right bracket 7 is provided with a right movable sliding table 8, the right movable sliding table 8 is provided with a right positioning fixture 9, and the structures of the right base 6, the right bracket 7 and the right movable sliding table 8 are the same as the structures of the left base 2, the left bracket 3 and the left movable sliding table 4 and are opposite in direction.
The left positioning jig 5 and the right positioning jig 9 are each constituted by an elastic shaft 10 and a spline shaft 11.
The elastic shaft 10 and the spline shaft 11 on the right moving sliding table 8 are opposite to the elastic shaft 10 and the spline shaft 11 on the left moving sliding table 4, the left spline shaft and the right elastic shaft are concentric, and the right spline shaft and the left elastic shaft are concentric.
When the suspension truss moving device is used, the left-right moving sliding table is moved to a proper position and fixed according to the size of a processed suspension truss. The left and right sliding tables are respectively provided with a scale so as to be convenient for memorizing the positions of the left and right sliding tables; the left sliding table and the right sliding table move by driving the rack to roll through a manually operated gear and are guided by the guide rail. The device fixes the left-right moving sliding table on the left-right support through the T-shaped groove. Installing a 'suspension truss' to be welded on a left positioning fixture and a right positioning fixture for welding operation, wherein the positioning fixture consists of an elastic shaft and a spline shaft, the left spline shaft and the right elastic shaft are concentric, and the right spline shaft and the left elastic shaft are concentric; the concentric adjustment is completed by an adjusting pad between the base and the bracket when the equipment is assembled; and after welding is finished, the integrally welded crawler suspension truss is dismounted.
Through the repeated operation of the suspended truss combined tool, the ' suspended truss ' welding assembly of the tracked vehicle ' can be repeatedly combined, and the production period is greatly shortened. The finished 'suspension truss' assembly can be directly combined to the position of the vehicle body in a welding mode without machining again.

a left bracket and a right bracket are respectively fixed on the left base and the right base; the left bracket is provided with a left moving sliding table, and the left moving sliding table and the left bracket are in sliding fit through a guide rail and a T-shaped groove, namely a sliding fit structure is formed by arranging the T-shaped groove on the left bracket and arranging the guide rail on the left moving sliding table; a rack is also arranged on the left moving sliding table, a gear mechanism is arranged in the left bracket, and a gear of the manually operated gear mechanism is meshed with the rack; a left positioning clamp is arranged at the end part of the left moving sliding table;
the right bracket is provided with a right movable sliding table, the right movable sliding table is provided with a right positioning fixture, and the structures of the right base, the right bracket and the right movable sliding table are the same as those of the left base, the left bracket and the left movable sliding table in structure and opposite in direction.

The two-section tracked vehicle suspension truss combination tooling structure of claim 2, wherein the elastic shaft and the spline shaft on the right moving sliding table are opposite to the elastic shaft and the spline shaft on the left moving sliding table, the left spline shaft and the right elastic shaft are concentric, and the right spline shaft and the left elastic shaft are concentric.
4. The tooling structure of claim 1, wherein the support platform has a T-shaped groove for guiding, and the left and right bases have guide rails at the bottom thereof for engaging with the T-shaped groove.
