An alcohol container and a puncture needle recycling bin are further arranged in the pen container, the alcohol container is communicated with the cotton ball transition cavity, a cotton ball discharging channel is arranged on one side, away from the placement seat, of the cotton ball transition cavity, and a puncture needle clamping structure is also arranged in the pen container in an adjustable mode;
the placing seat is rotatably arranged in the pen container, the rotating axis of the placing seat extends parallel to the axis of the pen container, the cotton ball grooves and the puncture needle grooves are respectively circumferentially arranged at intervals relative to the rotation axis;
