The American ginseng, rhizoma polygonati, dendrobium officinale, mint, lily, lucid ganoderma, wolfberry fruit, chrysanthemum, polygonatum, poria cocos, white hyacinth bean, honeysuckle, mulberry leaf, liquorice, lotus leaf, astragalus mongholicus, malt, semen cassiae, platycodon grandiflorum, radix puerariae, spina date seed, pericarpium citri reticulatae, patchouli and saffron are all traditional Chinese medicine names and are medicinal and edible medicinal materials, for example, the astragalus mongholicus is root of astragalus mongholicus of leguminous plants, has the effects of tonifying qi and strengthening exterior, expelling toxin and discharging pus, inducing diuresis and promoting tissue regeneration, and can be used for treating qi deficiency and weakness, chronic diarrhea and rectocele, spontaneous perspiration, edema, uterine prolapse, chronic nephritis proteinuria, diabetes and the like; the wolfberry fruit is mature fruit of Lycium chinense Miller of Solanaceae, Lycium chinense Miller polysaccharide contained in Lycium chineer can improve the sub-health state of mouse by regulating neurotransmitter and resist fatigue, and can improve oxygen utilization and enhance cardiopulmonary function, regulate cardiopulmonary function, enhance oxygen uptake and improve aerobic work capacity by taking Lycium chineer polysaccharide, so as to improve exercise capacity of body.
It is further explained that the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are famous and precious medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicines which are medicinal and edible medicinal materials of a traditional Chinese medicine expert formula (the formula and the compatible dose accord with the national food standard and belong to a material on a list of articles which are both foods and medicines and are published by the national food safety comprehensive coordination and health supervision bureau). Moreover, the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials can be increased or reduced according to different health-care function requirements, and related health-care functions can be realized through different formulas by adjusting the content ratio of one or more medicinal materials with homology of medicine and food.
It is another object of embodiments of the present invention to provide a method for preparing a composition, the method comprising the steps of:
1) weighing American ginseng, rhizoma polygonati, dendrobium officinale, mint, lily, lucid ganoderma, wolfberry fruit, chrysanthemum, polygonatum, poria cocos, white hyacinth bean, honeysuckle, mulberry leaf, liquorice, lotus leaf, astragalus mongholicus, malt, semen cassiae, platycodon grandiflorum, radix puerariae, spina date seed, pericarpium citri reticulatae, patchouli and saffron according to the proportion, mixing and crushing to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine raw material;
2) respectively filling the Chinese medicinal material raw materials obtained in the step 1) and medical stones into brewing bags with different accommodating spaces, and performing heat sealing to obtain the composition.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a composition prepared by the above method for preparing a composition.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the composition can be directly drunk by high-temperature water brewing, the medical stone wraps medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, the double-layer filter cloth or the filter paper is used for filtering, and the high-temperature water brewing is matched, so that impurities and particles generated after the medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are brewed at high temperature are fully adsorbed, effective components beneficial to health are synergistically precipitated, the water quality of drinking water is improved, and the like.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the water may be any one selected from purified water, mineral water, distilled water, deionized water, and soft water, and is not limited thereto and may be selected as needed.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a beverage, which comprises the above composition partially or completely, i.e. is prepared by using the above composition.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the beverage is tea substitute or tea bag.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a beverage, including the following steps:
respectively filling the Chinese medicinal material raw materials and the medical stone in the composition into containers, and then sealing the containers to obtain the beverage; the container is a brewing bag with at least two separated accommodating spaces, and the Chinese medicinal material raw materials and the medical stone are respectively filled into different accommodating spaces, so that the Chinese medicinal materials are uniformly wrapped by the medical stone.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the material of the brewing bag is edible filter cloth or edible filter paper. In particular to food grade filter cloth or food grade filter paper which can be hot-formed or heat-sealed and packaged.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the preparation method of the beverage also comprises the step of filling other foods such as tea leaves and the like into the containing space filled with the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials according to the taste requirement of the product.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a beverage prepared by the above method.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the beverage can be directly drunk by being soaked in high-temperature water, active ingredients beneficial to health and the like are synergistically separated out by wrapping medical stones with medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicinal materials and brewing with high-temperature water, and the dissolution amount of the main ingredients is over 30 percent when the beverage is soaked in water at 90 ℃ for 20 minutes.
The embodiment of the invention also aims to provide application of the preparation method of the drink in preparing health-care drinks for enhancing immunity and/or resisting fatigue and/or aging.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the composition prepared by the embodiment of the invention has a health care function, and has health care functions of enhancing immunity, resisting fatigue, resisting aging and the like by reasonable compatibility of natural medicinal materials such as American ginseng, rhizoma polygonati, dendrobium officinale, mint, lily, lucid ganoderma, wolfberry fruit, chrysanthemum, polygonatum, poria cocos, white hyacinth bean, honeysuckle, mulberry leaf, liquorice, lotus leaf, astragalus mongholicus, malt, cassia seed, platycodon grandiflorum, radix puerariae, spina date seed, pericarpium citri reticulatae, patchouli and saffron and the like; the long-term brewing and drinking is beneficial to sub-health people; the preparation method of the beverage provided by the invention is particularly practical (breaks through the key technical barrier of medical stone to uniform packaging of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the formula), and the packaging of the medical stone to the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is realized through brewing bags with different containing spaces, so that the advantages of various substances of the formula composition are fully exerted, and the water quality of drinking water and the health care effect are improved. Solves the problem that the existing medical stone health-care tea is mostly brewed and drunk by directly mixing medical stone and tea leaves, and has single health-care function; solves the defects that various medical stone drinking water related products cannot fully utilize various natural efficacy characteristics of medical stones, and the like, and has wide market prospect.

It should be noted that the size and specification of the brewing bag can be adjusted according to the amount of the filled articles, so as to facilitate brewing.
In the embodiment, the prepared beverage (the filling amount of a single brewing bag of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials is not more than 4 g) can be drunk after being soaked in water at 90 ℃ for 20 minutes, and the dissolution amount of the main components is more than 30%. Because the tea is disposable, the tea can be replaced after being brewed for 3-6 times, and the beneficial trace elements can be kept from being reduced after long-term drinking, so that the full utilization of the relevant beneficial elements is ensured, and the aim of improving health is fulfilled.

Compared with the embodiment 11, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is the same as the embodiment 11 except that the addition amount of the medical stone is 2 times of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials.

The main pharmacological actions of the medical stone are fatigue resistance, aging resistance, hypoxia resistance, tumor resistance, body immunity function promotion, skeleton strengthening, body growth and development promotion, liver protection, stomach strengthening, urination promotion, fossil promotion, circulation prevention and treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease, bacteria resistance and bacteria adsorption. According to the results of the existing toxicological and general pharmacological experiments on Fuxin medical stone, the dose of the medical stone poured into rats and mice is 12g/kg, and the rats and the mice do not die. The Fuxin medical stone is a nontoxic substance, and both mouse marrow pleochromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test and mouse sperm malformation test prove that the product has no mutagenic effect in the dosage range used in the experiment. According to the toxicity classification standard of the national food safety toxicological evaluation program, the medical stone belongs to nontoxic substances, and is basically safe if used as a food additive. The general pharmacological action experiment results show that the Fuxin medical stone has the effects of resisting fatigue and anoxia and can obviously prolong the survival time of tissue anoxia caused by sodium nitrite.
