However, the production equipment starts to produce after CIP/SIP, then keeps a sanitary or sterile production environment all the time, products are always remained in the pipeline after the production is finished, the CIP/SIP equipment is needed to recycle the products in a sanitary or sterile environment according to the principle of saving, and in the prior art, the method for pushing residual liquid materials, particularly liquid materials with larger viscosity and easy adhesion in the pipeline by utilizing piglets, in the product pipeline is widely applied to achieve the purpose of recycling the products.
In the prior art, the pig is in a pig cage of an origin station, the origin station comprises two air cylinders capable of pushing the pig or blocking the pig, and the pig head is pushed into a product pipeline or blocked in the pig cage of the origin station by utilizing the extension and retraction of the air cylinders through the valve rod. The pig is ejected out of the pig cage, part of valve rods are positioned outside the pig cage in the telescopic process of the valve rods of the cylinder, and thus the pig cage is contacted with the environment outside the pig cage, and the inside of the pig cage is possibly contacted with the external unclean pollution, so that the internal sanitary or aseptic environment of the pig cage is damaged. Meanwhile, the mode of pushing and blocking the piglets by using the air cylinder increases the whole volume of the starting station, and the occupied space greatly hinders the installation of other equipment, so that the use limitation is caused.
Therefore, how to change the current situation that the internal sanitation or aseptic environment of the pig cage is destroyed due to the way of pushing and blocking the piglets by the air cylinder in the prior art becomes a problem to be solved urgently by the person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sterile product recovery device, which solves the problems in the prior art, avoids external pollution in the product production equipment, and improves the product recovery safety.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides the sterile product recycling device which comprises an originating station, a pig cage, a poking piece, a first driver and a second driver, wherein the pig, the pig cage and the poking piece are all arranged in a cavity of the originating station, the originating station is provided with an inlet and an outlet, an inner cavity of the originating station is communicated with a product pipeline through the inlet and the outlet, the pig cage is in transmission connection with the first driver, the first driver can drive the pig cage to rotate, the pig cage can be accommodated in the pig cage and can drive the pig cage to rotate, the poking piece is in transmission connection with the second driver, the second driver can drive the poking piece to rotate, the rotation axes of the pig cage and the poking piece are parallel to each other, the rotation axes of the pig cage and the poking piece are perpendicular to the axes of the outlet and the inlet, the poking piece is positioned in the inlet and the outlet, the pig cage is close to the inner cavity of the outlet, the rubber insertion opening is formed in the inlet and the rubber insertion opening, the rubber insertion opening is opposite to the inlet and the rubber opening is formed in the pig cage, the rubber opening is opposite to the outlet, and the rubber opening is formed in the rubber opening is opposite to the outlet, and the rubber opening is capable of being made into the rubber opening.

The invention provides a sterile product recovery device, which comprises an originating station 1, a piglet 2, a piglet cage 3, a poking piece 4, a first driver 5 and a second driver 6, wherein the piglet 2, the piglet cage 3 and the poking piece 4 are all arranged in a cavity of the originating station 1, the originating station 1 is provided with an inlet 9 and an outlet 10, an inner cavity of the originating station 1 is communicated with a product pipeline through the inlet 9 and the outlet 10, the piglet cage 3 is in transmission connection with the first driver 5, the first driver 5 can drive the piglet cage 3 to rotate, the piglet 2 can be accommodated in the piglet cage 3, the piglet cage 3 can be driven by the pig cage 3 to rotate, the poking piece 4 is in transmission connection with the second driver 6, the second driver 6 can drive the poking piece 4 to rotate, the rotation axes of the piglet cage 3 and the poking piece 4 are parallel, the rotation axes of the piglet cage 3 and the poking piece 4 are perpendicular to the axes of the outlet 10 and the inlet 9, the poking piece 4 is positioned on one side of the originating station 1, which is close to the inlet 9, the piglet 2 is provided with an opening allowing the piglet 2 to enter and exit, the opening of the piglet cage 3 is in the first driver, the opening is in the inner cavity, the pig 2 can be made of the product pipeline, the piglet 2 can be made of the stainless steel material 2 can be in the inner diameter of the port 2 is arranged in the port 2, and can be made by the piglet 2, and the port 2 is in the port 2, and can be in the inner diameter of the port 2 is in the port opposite to be made by the port 2. According to the sterile product recovery device disclosed by the invention, when the starting station 1 is in a closed state, the piglets 2 are positioned in the pig cage 3, the axis of the pig cage 3 is vertical to the axis of the outlet 10, during operation, the first driver 5 drives the pig cage 3 and the piglets 2 to rotate 90 degrees, the opening of the pig cage 3 is opposite to the outlet 10, after stopping the first driver 5, the second driver 6 drives the poking plate 4 to rotate, the poking plate 4 stretches into the pig cage 3 through the insertion opening and pushes the piglets 2, when the piglets 2 enter the product pipeline through the outlet 10, the second driver 6 stops, the piglets 2 move along the product pipeline under the action of the propellant, products remained in the pipeline are recovered, the second driver 6 drives the poking plate 4 to reset, the piglets 2 can reach the product recovery position and move reversely to finally return to the starting station 1, the first driver 5 drives the piglets 2 and the pig cage 3 to rotate, and the recovery process is completed, and the piglets 2 are locked in the pig cage 3.
