Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种改进的心电图监视器引线和探针电极系统。
常规的电极系统例如与心电图监视器一起使用的电极系统使用一根电缆,其一端连接到心电图监视器,另一端包含一中继接线盒,该接线盒通常接纳数量多达5个的引线,引线锁压到连接到一附着到病人皮肤上的片状电极上。这些片状电极存在很多缺点,例如,当用于肥胖的人时他的皮下脂肪是很好的绝缘体,以及当用于动物时,它的皮毛妨碍良好的接触,故效果不佳。在这些情况下,使用探针式电极。由于探针式电极通常优于片状电极,可以少量使用探针式电极。通常使用高达三个探针式电极,这样接线盒较小,仅容纳三条引线。然而,每条引线必须终接在一路厄(luer)适配器中,该适配器借助一调节螺钉之类安装一固定接头(luer)。这需要手工操作。此外,该探针,通常为一皮下注射式针必须在它的远端因挤压而封闭,以便防止血液或其它体液倒回中空的注射式针并接触该接头、路厄适配器或引线的未经消毒的部分。在每次用完之后为了消毒拨出探针以及在消毒之后重新插入都需要另外操作。除了占用很多操作时间以外,这种皮下注射式针式电极本身也较贵。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统。

本发明的再一个目的是提供这样一种改进的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统,其无需昂贵的带固定接头套节(luer hubs)的标准中空的探针。
本发明由于整体作为一个部件构成探针式电极、座体和引线端,不再需求接头、路厄适配器和常规的带接头套节的皮下注射式针,能够实现真正价廉的、更可靠安全的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统。
本发明的特征在于,它是一个整体式的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统。有一个连接器,用于连接心电图监视器接线盒和电极引线,在电极引线的一端与连接器相连。引线包括一信号导线。此外还有一探针式电极部件,其和电极引线的另一端相连并包括:一个探针式电极、用于接纳引线另一端和用于接纳电极探针的主体部分,以便使所述探针式电极部件作为一个整体部件而构成。
在一优选实施例中,探针式电极可以是中空的,在引线上有一围绕信号导线的护套,该护套可以终止在主体部分中。信号导线可以电连接到在主体部分中的探针式电极上。与心电图监视器接线盒相连的连接器可以与引线整体构成。

利用整体的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统可以实现本发明,该系统包括一个用于连接到心电图监视器接线盒的连接器。典型的连接器是一个注塑模压元件,由聚乙烯或某些其它适宜的塑料制成,包括一个座体部分和一整体和引线相连的应力释放部分。引线可以带护套或不带护套。在心电图监视器的使用环境中的通常为6英尺长的引线的另一端和该探针式电极部件相连。该探针式电极部件包括:一主体部分,在其一端整体接纳引线,在其另一端接纳电极探针,以便构成一个整体的部件。引线的信号导线与在主体部分内侧的电极探针电连接,并且假如引线是带护套的引线,则该护套端接在该主体内部。探针式电极本身可以是中空的或实心的。
图1中示有本发明的整体的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统10,其包括:一连接器12,用于连接到心电图监视器的接线盒,一引线14,通常长达6英尺,以及一探针式电极部件16。连接器12一般是一注塑模压元件,例如由聚乙烯或类似材料制成,具有带肋的座体部分18和应力释放部分20。在连接器12的端部有2个凹入插口22和24,如图2所示,该插口分别与护套26和引线14的信号导线28电相连。引线14通常可以利用诸如聚乙烯或聚胺酯的塑料外套包覆。如图3所示,在引线14的另一端14处的探针式电极部件16也由注塑模压形成,并包括一个应力释放区域30和主体部分32。电极探针34是实心的并且由主体部分32向外扩展与其整体构成。假如引线14是无护套的电缆,凹入插口22要取消。主体32可包括一个带有符号例如“RA”的位置指示器36,“RA”指示针式电极34位于“右手”部。
图4中以细节放大的方式表示探针式电极部件16,其中可以看见终止在电缆夹具32内部的护套26,可以看见信号导线28与探针式电极34电连接。如图4所示,探针式电极34是中空的,具有一管状孔36贯穿电极的中心部分,与常规的皮下注射针相类似,但是电极探针34不包括常用的接头套节。
如图5所示,根据本发明一般通过插入一个接线盒50使用的若干个整体的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统10a、10b和10c,该接线盒50利用电缆系统52连接到常规的心电图监视器54。电缆系统52包括一个具有端部连接器58和60的常规电缆56。接线盒50通常包含3个单个的插脚或者在采用带护套的引线的情况下包含3对插脚,以便安放整体的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统10a、10b和10c的连接器12a、12b和12c。假如接线盒50装在心电图监视器本体上,电缆系统52可以除去。

1.一种整体的心电图监示器引线和探针式电极系统,包含:
一连接器,用于连接到心电图监视器接线盒上;
一电极引线,在所述电极引线的一端处与所述连接器相连;所述引线包括一信号导线;以及
二探针式电极部件,其与所述电极引线的另一端相连并包括一探针式电极、一主体部分,用于接纳所述引线的所述另一端以及用于接纳所述探针式电极,使所述探针式电极部件作为一个整体部件构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整体的心电图监示器引线和探针式电极系统,其中所述探针式电极是中空的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的整体的心电图监示器引线和探针式电极系统,其中所述的引线包含一围绕所述信号导线的护套。
4.根据权利要求3所述的整体的心电图监示器引线和探针式电极系统,其中所述的护套终止在所述主体部分中,所述信号导线电连接到在所述主体部分中的所述探针式电极上。
5.如权利要求1所述的整体的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统,其中所述的连接器和所述引线整体构成。
Claims (5)
1.一种整体的心电图监示器引线和探针式电极系统,包含:
一连接器,用于连接到心电图监视器接线盒上;
一电极引线,在所述电极引线的一端处与所述连接器相连;所述引线包括一信号导线;以及
一探针式电极部件,其与所述电极引线的另一端相连并包括一探针式电极、一主体部分,用于接纳所述引线的所述另一端以及用于接纳一个电极式探针,使所述探针式电极部件作为一个整体部件构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整体的心电图监示器引线和探针式电极系统,其中所述探针式电极是中空的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的整体的心电图监示器引线和探针式电极系统,其中所述的引线包含一围绕所述信号导线的护套。
4.根据权利要求3所述的整体的心电图监示器引线和探针式电极系统,其中所述的护套终止在所述主体部分中,所述信号导线电连接到在所述主体部分中的所述探针式电极上。
5.如权利要求1所述的整体的心电图监视器引线和探针式电极系统,其中所述的连接器和所述引线整体构成。
