Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mechanical automation control alarm, and relates to an intelligent alarm system for the abrasion of a brake lining (brake lining) of a vehicle brake.
Background
The brake lining on the brake pad belongs to a wear part and needs to be replaced periodically, and if the brake lining is replaced irregularly, the brake hub is directly contacted with the brake lining, so that the service life of a vehicle is influenced, the braking effect is lost, and serious traffic casualties are caused. The functions of the existing vehicle ABS or EBS system are all that the wear state of the brake lining is reported to a driver from an instrument panel or an original system through an original vehicle-mounted computer system, however, for the original domestic trucks (especially heavy duty trucks, trailers and other vehicles with severe working conditions), the ABS system is not fully popularized, more specifically, the EBS system is higher than the original one, and the cost for replacing the vehicle-mounted computer system is high; the problem can be well solved if a low cost brake lining wear warning system independent of the original vehicle computer system can be developed.
In addition, the existing brake lining wear alarm often adopts an on-vehicle power supply to supply power, and also easily interferes with a vehicle-mounted computer, so that the running safety is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides an intelligent warning system for the wear of a brake lining of a vehicle brake, which can be independently installed on any vehicle, and adopts a self-contained power supply system with extremely low energy consumption, so that a vehicle-mounted computer is not interfered.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
The intelligent warning system for the wear of the brake lining of the vehicle brake is independent of a vehicle-mounted computer system and comprises an independent power supply, brake lining wear sensors arranged on all wheels and warning modules corresponding to all the wheels one by one; each brake lining wear sensor is provided with a control circuit for controlling the on-off of the independent power supply, and in the control circuit, a plurality of paths of analog electronic switches are adopted for realizing: when the brake lining is not worn to the limit, the corresponding brake lining wear sensor is connected with the ground, and the independent power supply is not connected with the alarm module of the corresponding wheel; when the brake lining is worn to the limit, the corresponding brake lining wear sensor is disconnected from the ground to be at a high level, and the independent power supply on voltage is applied to the alarm module of the corresponding wheel.
Furthermore, the independent power supply adopts a dry battery or a lithium battery.
The system also comprises a voltage indicator lamp, and when the voltage of the independent power supply is lower than a preset value, the voltage indicator lamp is lightened to prompt the replacement of the power supply.
The alarm module comprises an indicator light and a wireless remote control voice alarm, and when an independent power supply is added to the alarm module, the indicator light flashes and sounds to alarm.
The invention separates the brake lining wearing system independently, and tells the driver at any time in the form of sound, light and electricity in the running process of the vehicle; the system can be independently installed on any vehicle, has extremely low cost and long service life, and is used for static waiting.

FIG. 2 is a control circuit diagram of one embodiment of the present invention;
Detailed Description
The device according to the invention is further described below with reference to examples.
The system adopts an independent power supply to supply power, takes the state of the corresponding brake lining of each wheel as a switch of the independent power supply, and when the corresponding brake lining of the wheel is worn to the limit, the independent power supply is conducted to supply power to an alarm module of the wheel to control the corresponding indicator lamp of the wheel to flash and simultaneously control voice alarm through wireless remote control; and when the voltage of the independent power supply is lower than a preset value, the voltage indicator lights to prompt the replacement of the power supply.
High sensitivity 6-24 analog electronic status switches can be used, and the present invention is illustrated with a specific control circuit as shown in fig. 2, but this example is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention:
Taking six-wheel vehicles as an example, a 6V independent power supply (a No. 5 battery of 4 sections) is adopted, a corresponding brake lining sensor (an alarm line is inlaid between a friction material of a brake pad and a metal lining, when the brake pad is worn to a certain thickness, the alarm line is worn off), the output of the corresponding brake lining sensor can be independently used as a switch of the independent power supply, when the brake pad corresponding to a wheel is worn to the limit, the independent power supply is conducted to supply power to an alarm module of the wheel, specifically in the diagram (a) of fig. 2, MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tubes Q1 to Q6 are respectively corresponding to the brake lining sensors of 6 tires, one end of each brake lining sensor is grounded, the other end of each brake lining sensor is connected with the end of a MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tube G, the sensor is in a conducting state when the brake pad is not worn to the limit state, and VD 1N1 to 1N6 are all conducted to the ground, so that the MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tubes Q1 to the Vg6 are all in zero volts, and therefore all relevant VD1 to Vg6 are in high level, and therefore the diodes D1 to D6 are not conducted, and Q7 are also in a closing state, and therefore the corresponding battery (V) is not in the dormant state (5) of the corresponding to the battery (b) of fig. 4). Once a tire-related brake pad wears to a limit (i.e., the pad sensor is turned off), in order to describe the operation of fig. 2, it is assumed that the brake pad sensor of a tire corresponding to MOS transistor Q1 is turned off, where vg1=3v, while VD1 is at a low level, vg of MOS transistor Q7 is also pulled low through diode D1 and resistor R20, so that Q7 is turned on, a voltage of 6v is applied to 74LS00, so that chip 74LS00 operates, two multivibrators operate simultaneously, one way through out+ and OUT-to the wireless remote control transmitter, the receiver in the cab emits "please replace the brake pad of a tire immediately", while the other way multivibrator lights LED1 in the form of pulses, and LED1 blinks to alarm (since 15-50 meters of wireless remote control voice device can be customized everywhere, which is not described in the present invention). From this, it can be analyzed that: the brake lining corresponding to the nth wheel wears to the limit, the nth MOS tube Qn can be conducted, the Q7 is conducted through Dn, the independent power supply supplies power to enable the 74LS00 to work, the nth LEDn is lightened and blinks, and meanwhile, the driver is informed of the voice.
In fig. 2, sw1 is an operation switch, and sw2 and sw3 are normal check switches. When sw2 or sw3 is pressed, the chip 74LS00 is directly supplied with 6v working voltage, the voice alarm will work, meanwhile, the chip LM358 (comparator) starts working, if the voltage is lower than 4V, the LED7 will be lighted (see (c) in fig. 2), and the user is informed of battery replacement.
Because the design of the invention considers that a common battery is used as a power supply and the state of the brake lining is used as a power switch, the product of the invention has extremely low energy consumption, and the No. 5 battery with the common capacity of 200mA/h can be used for waiting for about two years in a static waiting state. The product performance of the invention has been tested by the relevant authorities.
It is obvious to a person skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the exemplary embodiments described above, but that the person skilled in the art may choose the type of elements, parameters themselves; but that the present invention may be embodied in other specific circuit forms without departing from its spirit or essential characteristics.
