and when the defense deploying state is achieved, the judging unit and the uploading unit are both in working states.

when a user overhauls or replaces the well lid, the sub monitoring platform is switched to a defense releasing state; and after the overhaul or the replacement is finished, the sub-supervision platform is switched into a defense-deploying state.
