Description

Adhesive sticker cleaning agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a non-setting adhesive cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The self-adhesive label material is a composite material which uses paper, film or special material as face material, and its back surface is coated with adhesive and silicon-coated protective paper as base paper. The main components of the adhesive include styrene, butadiene rubber, acrylic styrene, polyvinyl alcohol and acrylate.
In life, after the adhesive sticker label on the surface of an object is torn off, part of adhesive sticker still remains on the surface of the object, and after a long time, the residual adhesive sticker on the surface of the object can adsorb impurities such as dust, oil stains and the like, so that the object is very inconvenient to clean.
In general, an organic solvent is adopted to wipe and clean the adhesive on the back of the non-setting adhesive, alcohol, acetone, toluene and the like are generally adopted, but the organic solvents belong to volatile organic solvents, and the alcohol can explode when being improperly used and exposed to fire; the toluene is flammable, and the toluene steam and air can form an explosive mixture and can be combusted or exploded when exposed to fire; acetone has a special pungent odor and is not very user friendly. In conclusion, the above methods have good effects, but all have the disadvantages of inconvenient use, high pollution, strong toxicity, high cost, high corrosiveness to base materials and the like.
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a technical solution to the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objects of the present invention is: aiming at the defects of the prior art, the non-setting adhesive cleaning agent is provided, can quickly remove the non-setting adhesive stuck on the surface of an object and organic and inorganic matters on the surface of the object, does not damage the surface of the object, and does not cause potential safety hazard to an operator.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the adhesive sticker cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of D-limonene, 20-30 parts of terpene, 5-10 parts of hydrated magnesium aluminum silicate, 5-20 parts of glycerol acetal, 2-5 parts of anionic surfactant, 2-5 parts of nonionic surfactant, 3-10 parts of cosolvent, 2-3 parts of penetrating agent, 1-2 parts of pH regulator and 30-40 parts of water; the hydrated magnesium aluminum silicate has a layer chain structure, and the median particle size of the hydrated magnesium aluminum silicate is 1.2-3 mu m.
The D-limonene is a main volatile substance in essential oil extracted from peels of citrus lemon and the like, is a safe and environment-friendly oily organic solvent, and can fully dissolve oil stains attached to the surface of the adhesive sticker. The invention combines the D-limonene and the terpene, thereby reducing the production cost, improving the volatilization rate and reducing the skin irritation. The hydrated magnesium aluminum silicate with the layer chain structure has larger specific surface area and special surface physical and chemical structure, and has good adsorbability. The hydrated magnesium aluminum silicate can be quickly swelled and dispersed when meeting water or other polar solvents, and formed single fibers or smaller fiber bundles are irregularly dispersed into a mutually restricted network, so that the volume is increased, and a high-viscosity stable suspension with rheological property is formed. Wherein the Mohs hardness of the hydrated magnesium aluminum silicate is 2-3 grades. The surfactant is used for reducing the interfacial tension of the water phase and the oil phase, preventing oil globule agglomeration and stabilizing the cleaning agent. The proportion of the surfactant to the organic phase is too low, the emulsification effect is poor, and the emulsion is unstable; when the proportion of the emulsifier is too high, the emulsifying effect is good, but the surfactant can generate a large amount of foam, which is not beneficial to the preparation of the emulsion. According to the invention, the anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant are compounded for use, so that the use effect of the surfactant can be further improved.
As an improvement of the non-setting adhesive cleaning agent, the anionic surfactant comprises at least one of sodium dodecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES) and linear alkyl benzene sulfonate (LAS). The anionic surfactant has excellent detergency, emulsification and hard water resistance.
As an improvement of the non-setting adhesive cleaning agent, the non-ionic surfactant comprises at least one of lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-8), tween-80 and tween-85. The nonionic surfactant has high stability, is easy to biodegrade, and generates small foam.
As an improvement of the non-setting adhesive cleaning agent, the cosolvent comprises at least one of dipropylene glycol (DPG), glycerol, sodium sulfate and ammonium polyphosphate. The cosolvent is a substance which can weaken the cohesive force of the solute and the solvent, increase the attraction force of the solute and the solvent, has no harm to the cleaning function and has low cost. The glycerol can also play a role in solubilization and is beneficial to the stability of the whole system.
As an improvement of the non-setting adhesive cleaning agent, the pH regulator is triethanolamine. The cleaning efficiency is higher when the pH value of the cleaning agent is larger, but the cleaning agent has larger irritation to the skin and stronger corrosivity to a base material, so the pH value is in the range of 8.0-9.0.
As an improvement of the non-setting adhesive cleaning agent, the penetrating agent comprises at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether.
As an improvement of the non-setting adhesive cleaning agent, the glycerol acetal comprises at least one of glycerol methylal, glycerol acetal and glycerol acetone acetal. The glycerol acetal is acetal product obtained by condensing glycerol and aldehyde ketone compounds.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a cleaning agent for non-setting adhesive according to any one of the above descriptions, comprising the following steps:
s1, mixing the D-limonene, the terpene and the cosolvent, uniformly stirring, adding the anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant, uniformly stirring, adding water, and stirring to obtain a mixture;
s2, adding the hydrated magnesium aluminum silicate, the glycerol acetal, the penetrating agent and the pH regulator into the mixture prepared in the S1, and stirring uniformly to obtain the adhesive sticker cleaning agent.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the invention include but are not limited to: the non-setting adhesive cleaning agent is an emulsion cleaning agent, and is characterized by that in the organic solvent cleaning agent the water and surfactant are added, and the double action of surfactant and organic solvent is utilized, and the actions of moistening, permeating, dispersing and emulsifying are passed so as to make the organic matters of greasy dirt on the surface of non-setting adhesive be converted into hydrophilic dirt, and the wiping mechanical force of hydrated magnesium aluminium silicate is used to make the non-setting adhesive be adsorbed and wrapped so as to attain the goal of cleaning. The non-setting adhesive cleaning agent of the invention improves the flash point of the cleaning agent, reduces the concentration of volatile components and improves the safety performance and the environmental protection performance because water is added into the organic solvent. Moreover, the adhesive sticker cleaning agent disclosed by the invention adopts edible raw materials, is low in cost, high in benefit, strong in cleaning and decontaminating capacity, good in volatility and high in drying speed.
