Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for processing unlearned goods according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, which can perform the method for processing unlearned goods according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to an octahedral intelligent cabinet, wherein the octahedral intelligent cabinet includes a double safety door device, a fork mechanism, and a weighing and visual detection device, and the double safety door device includes an inner safety door and an outer safety door; specifically, the processing device for not receiving goods comprises: a target pallet detection module 810, an unsolicited cargo detection module 820, and an unsolicited cargo handling module 830.
The target tray detection module 810 is configured to detect whether goods are not received on a target tray in response to a closing instruction of the external security door;
an un-picked goods detection module 820, configured to detect, if an un-picked goods is detected on the target pallet, whether the un-picked goods meets the storage requirement through a weighing and visual detection device;
and the un-received goods processing module 830 is configured to store un-received goods into a target area of the octahedral intelligent cabinet through the fork mechanism, and prompt a user and/or a maintenance worker to receive the un-received goods.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, whether goods are not taken or not is detected by the target tray detection module responding to the closing instruction of the outer safety door; if the goods which are not received are detected to be on the target tray through the goods which are not received detection module, whether the goods which are not received meet the storage requirement is detected through the weighing and visual detection device; the goods processing module will not be received through not receiving and get the goods and deposit the target area in octahedron intelligence cabinet to suggestion user and/or maintainer receive and do not receive and get the goods, can solve the user and leave over the goods on octahedron intelligence cabinet tray, lead to the problem of the unable normal work of octahedron intelligence cabinet, can realize not receiving the processing of getting the goods promptly to leaving over the goods, can guarantee octahedron intelligence cabinet normal work.
Optionally, the target tray detecting module 810 is specifically configured to detect a target weight of the target tray through the weighing sensor, and determine that goods are not picked up on the target tray when a difference between the target weight and a reference weight of the target tray is greater than a first set threshold.
Optionally, the unreceived goods detecting module 820 is specifically configured to determine an actual weight of the target to-be-picked goods according to a difference between the target weight and the reference weight, and obtain an appearance image of the unreceived goods through the visual detecting device; estimating the volume of the goods which are not received according to the appearance image; judging whether the actual weight and the actual volume of the goods which are not received meet the matched threshold conditions or not; if yes, determining that the goods which are not picked up meet the storage requirement; otherwise, determining that the goods which are not picked up do not meet the storage requirement.
Optionally, the processing device for not receiving goods related in this embodiment further includes: the uncontained goods processing module is used for entering a fault maintenance state if the uncontained goods do not meet the storage requirement through the weighing and visual detection device, and prompting a user and/or maintenance personnel to collect the uncontained goods; responding to a taking instruction of goods which are not taken, releasing the fault to enable the octahedral intelligent cabinet to recover to a normal working state; wherein, the normal working state comprises a goods storage state and/or a goods receiving state.
Optionally, the processing device for not receiving goods related in this embodiment further includes: the goods storage instruction response module is used for responding to a goods storage instruction of a user and receiving goods to be stored through the target tray; and when the goods to be stored are determined not to meet the storage requirement, prompting the user to take away the goods to be stored and closing the outer safety door.
Optionally, the processing device for not receiving goods related in this embodiment further includes: and the goods getting instruction response module is used for responding to a target goods getting instruction of a user, recovering a target tray loaded with target goods and closing the outer safety door.
Optionally, the processing device for not receiving goods related in this embodiment further includes: and the goods not taken processing module is used for recovering the target tray if the goods not taken on the target tray is detected, and the octahedral intelligent cabinet keeps a normal working state.
The processing device for goods not received provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the processing method for goods not received provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an octahedral intelligent cabinet according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the octahedral intelligent cabinet includes a processor 90, a memory 91, an input device 92, and an output device 93; the number of the processors 90 in the octahedral intelligent cabinet can be one or more, and one processor 90 is taken as an example in fig. 9; the processor 90, the memory 91, the input device 92 and the output device 93 in the octahedral intelligent cabinet can be connected by a bus or other means, and the bus connection is taken as an example in fig. 9.
The memory 91 serves as a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the processing method of the uncommitted goods in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the target pallet detection module 810, the uncommitted goods detection module 820, and the uncommitted goods processing module 830 in the processing device of the uncommitted goods). The processor 90 executes various functional applications and data processing of the octahedral intelligent cabinet by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 91, namely, the processing method of the above-mentioned unreceived goods is realized.
The memory 91 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 91 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 91 may further include memory remotely located from processor 90, which may be connected to the octahedral intelligent cabinet through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 92 may be used to receive entered numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the octahedral intelligent cabinet. The output device 93 may include a display device such as a display screen.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a method for processing goods not received, the method including:
responding to a closing instruction of the outer safety door, and detecting whether goods are not received on the target tray;
if goods which are not received are detected on the target tray, whether the goods which are not received meet the storage requirement is detected through a weighing and visual detection device;
if so, storing the goods which are not received in the target area of the octahedral intelligent cabinet through the fork mechanism, and prompting a user and/or maintenance personnel to receive the goods which are not received.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the operations of the method described above, and may also perform related operations in the processing method for goods not received provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the processing device for not receiving goods, the units and modules included in the embodiment are only divided according to the functional logic, but are not limited to the above division, as long as the corresponding functions can be realized; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (10)
1. A processing method for goods which are not received is applied to an octahedral intelligent cabinet, the octahedral intelligent cabinet comprises a double-safety door device, a fork mechanism, a weighing and visual detection device, wherein the double-safety door device comprises an inner safety door and an outer safety door, and the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a closing instruction of the outer safety door, and detecting whether goods are not received on a target tray;
if the goods which are not received are detected to be on the target tray, detecting whether the goods which are not received meet the storage requirement through a weighing and visual detection device;
and if so, storing the goods which are not received into a target area of the octahedron intelligent cabinet through the fork mechanism, and prompting a user and/or maintenance personnel to receive the goods which are not received.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said detecting whether the target pallet has uncommitted goods thereon comprises:
detecting the target weight of the target tray through a weighing sensor, and determining that the goods which are not picked up are on the target tray when the difference value between the target weight and the reference weight of the target tray is larger than a first set threshold value.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein if non-picked goods are detected on the target pallet, detecting whether the non-picked goods meet storage requirements by a weighing and visual detection device comprises:
determining the actual weight of the target goods to be picked according to the difference value between the target weight and the reference weight, and acquiring an appearance image of the goods which are not picked up through a visual detection device;
estimating the volume of the unlearned cargo from the appearance image;
judging whether the actual weight and the actual volume of the goods which are not received meet the matched threshold conditions:
if yes, determining that the goods which are not picked up meet the storage requirement; otherwise, determining that the goods which are not picked up do not meet the storage requirement.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
if the goods which are not received are detected to be not in accordance with the storage requirement through the weighing and visual detection device, the octahedral intelligent cabinet enters a fault maintenance state, and a user and/or maintenance personnel are prompted to receive the goods which are not received;
responding to the taking instruction of the goods which are not received, releasing the fault, and enabling the octahedral intelligent cabinet to recover to a normal working state; wherein, the normal working state comprises a goods storage state and/or a goods receiving state.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before detecting whether goods are not picked up on a target pallet in response to a closing command of the external security door, the method further comprises:
receiving goods to be stored through a target tray in response to a goods storage instruction of a user;
and when the goods to be stored are determined not to meet the storage requirement, prompting a user to take away the goods to be stored, and closing the outer safety door.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein before detecting whether goods are not picked up on a target pallet in response to a closing command of the external security door, the method further comprises:
and responding to a target goods getting instruction of a user, recovering the target pallet loaded with the target goods, and closing the outer safety door.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after detecting whether there is any unreceived goods on the target pallet in response to a closing command of the external security gate, the method further comprises:
and if the target tray is detected to have no goods not received, recovering the target tray, and keeping the octahedral intelligent cabinet in a normal working state.

the goods not taken detection module is used for detecting whether the goods not taken meet the storage requirement or not through the weighing and visual detection device if the goods not taken are detected on the target tray;
and the uncontained goods processing module is used for storing the uncontained goods into a target area of the octahedron intelligent cabinet through the fork mechanism and prompting a user and/or maintenance personnel to collect the uncontained goods.
9. An octahedral intelligent cabinet comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the method of processing the unclaimed goods according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing the method of processing unsolicited goods as defined in any of claims 1 to 7 when executed by a computer processor.
