技术领域
本发明涉及经改良的织物结构,特别涉及一种具黏性织物结构及使用其制 成的衣物,当以此织物接触穿戴者时,会呈现适当黏性,贴住穿戴者的皮肤。
背景技术
人们对织物结构的各类功能要求持续增加,例如:织物要能透气、有效散 热、吸湿排汗、舒适以及轻量化等功能需求,因此,有各种纺织方法、纤维材 料及新的纤维排列持续被开发出来。
以女性胸罩为例:一般来说,胸罩不仅要对穿戴者胸部提供足够的支撑力, 亦需避免穿戴者胸部在胸罩内轻易滑动。尤其是无肩带胸罩需要更为贴近穿戴 者的皮肤,避免穿戴者胸部在胸罩内滑动,否则滑动的胸罩会令穿戴者感觉不 适,也可能会导致胸罩滑脱的尴尬现象。
发明内容
为避免上述的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种具黏性织物结构,其具有 三层结构,其中有一层内织物层包含多个富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维所编织而成, 故具有绝佳的延展性、弹性,并提供适度的黏性和防滑效果。
为获致上述目的,本发明可藉由提供一种具黏性织物结构,此具黏性织物 结构包括一外织物层、一内织物层及一中间织物层。此外织物层是以多个含耐 纶纤维所编织而成,而此内织物层则以多个富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维所编织而 成。此中间织物层则置于外织物层和内织物层间,是由多个波状纤维所编织构 成,这些波状纤维分别与这些含耐纶纤维和这些富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维交互编 织。该内织物层是直接接触该衣物的使用者皮肤,以提供适度的黏性。
另外,本发明又提供一种衣物,该布料的部分布料会由一种具黏性织物结 构所构成,此具黏性织物结构包括:一外织物层、一内织物层及一中间织物层。 此外织物层是以多个含耐纶纤维所编织而成,而此内织物层则以多个富含聚氨 酯的黏性纤维所编织而成。此中间织物层则置于外织物层和内织物层间,是由 多个波状纤维所编织构成,这些波状纤维分别与这些含耐纶纤维和这些富含聚 氨酯的黏性纤维交互编织。该内织物层是直接接触该衣物的使用者皮肤,以提 供适度的黏性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作具体的描述:
请参照图1,所示为根据本发明一较佳实施例的分解立体示意图,可知本 发明的具黏性织物结构10包含一外织物层12、一内织物层14和一中间织物 层16等等。外织物层12是由多个含耐纶(nylon-contained)纤维所编织而成, 如图1所示,含奈纶纤维包含多个耐纶纱线121和多个非耐纶纱线122,经过 编织处理后构成外织物层12。内织物层14是多个富含聚氨酯 (polyurethane-dominated或PU-dominated)纤维所构成,例如可以聚氨酯纱线142编织而构成内织物层14。而中间织物层16置于外织物层12和内织物层 14之间,中间织物层16包含多个波状纤维161,即如图1中,波状纤维161 的波峰处162与外织物层12的耐纶纱线121和非耐纶纱线122交互编结 (intertwine),而以波谷处163与内织物层14的聚氨酯纱线142交互编结;换 句话说,波状纤维161分别与外织物层12和内织物层14交互编结。
本实施例中,外织物层12和内织物层14可以是以经编法或纬编法进行编 织而成;较佳而言,可采用圆编机(circular knitting machine)对外织物层12和 内织物层14进行编织。由于聚氨酯(PU)的特性,内织物层14主要是由聚氨酯 纱线142所编织而成,本质上即具有延展性(stretchability)和适度黏性(mild stickiness)。请参照图2,即是根据图1较佳实施例的完整立体示意图,本发明 的织物结构10具有三层织物结构,即外织物层12、内织物层14及中间织物 层16。本例中,是以立体编织法(3D knitting method)将纤维161织成波浪状, 成为中间织物层16,而波状纤维161可以是单丝纤维(monofilament)或多丝纤维(multifilament)所构成。
在前述实施例中,外织物层12是以多个耐纶纱线121和非耐纶纱线122 所编织而得;举例而言,非耐纶纱线122可以是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 (polyethyleneterephthalate,或称PET)、聚酯(polyester)、聚氨酯(polyurethane, 或称PU)、阳离子可染纱线(cationic dyeable yarns)、可分解(decomposable)材质 (例如水溶纱cellulosicyarn)和可回收(recyclable)材质(如回收的宝特瓶或渔网) 等类似材料或上述材料组合所构成。再者,中间织物层16是由单丝纤维 (monofilament)或多丝纤维(multifilament)的波状纤维161所构成,这些波状纤 维161可以是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethyleneterephthalate,或称PET)、聚 酯(polyester)、耐纶(nylon))、聚氨酯(polyurethane,或称PU)、阳离子可染纱线 (cationic dyeable yarns)、可分解(decomposable)材质(例如水溶纱cellulosic yarn) 和可回收(recyclable)材质(如回收的宝特瓶或渔网)等类似材料或上述材料组合 所构成。内织物层14具有黏性,主要是由聚氨酯纱线142所构成;当然也可以少量参杂其他材质的纱线,藉以调整其黏性,诸如可以是聚对苯二甲酸乙二 酯(polyethylene terephthalate,或称PET)、聚酯(polyester)、耐纶(nylon))、阳离 子可染纱线(cationic dyeable yarns)、可分解(decomposable)材质(例如水溶纱 cellulosicyarn)和可回收(recyclable)材质(如回收的宝特瓶或渔网)等类似材料 或上述材料组合的纱线。
图3所示为根据本发明另一较佳实施例的织物结构的外织物层12的局部 立体示意图。本例中,外织物层12的耐纶纱线121和非耐纶纱线122经编织 成具有提花(Jacquard))图案22,藉以增加织物结构10外观的美感效果。
本发明的织物结构10可以应用在衣物或女性内衣,如图4所示的范例, 若将本发明的织物结构10应用在女性胸罩30上,具有波状纤维161的中间织 物层16可以提供绝佳的透湿性(有助于吸湿排汗)及透气性(有助于散热)等效 果。而内织物层14主要是由聚氨酯纱线142编织而成,其具有延展性并可提 供适当的黏性,亦可对于穿戴者胸部提供绝佳的支撑效果;再者,适当黏性可 以使胸罩可能贴近穿戴者胸部,避免滑动造成尴尬。因此,本发明的织物结构 10可以强化胸罩的支撑性,使得胸罩更服贴于穿戴者。
本发明所揭示的织物结构10,其外织物层12、内织物层14及中间织物层 16均经由编织法制造而得。尤其,内织物层14主要是由聚氨酯(PU)纤维所构 成,故能提供绝佳延展性、弹性、适当黏性及增加防滑性等效果。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情 况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但 这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (16)
1.一种具黏性织物结构,其特征在于,包括:
一外织物层,以多个含耐纶纤维所编织而成;
一内织物层,以多个富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维所编织而成;以及
一中间织物层,置于该外织物层和该内织物层间,由是多个波状纤维所编织构成;其中,这些波状纤维分别与这些含耐纶纤维和这些富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维交互编结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具黏性织物结构,其特征在于,这些含耐纶纤维包含耐纶纱线。

7.根据权利要求6所述的具黏性织物结构,其特征在于,这些波状纤维是选自由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚酯、耐纶、聚氨酯、阳离子可染纱线、可分解材质和可回收材质所组成群组的材料所构成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具黏性织物结构,其特征在于,这些含耐纶纤维经编织后,在该外织物层上呈现提花图案。
9.一种衣物,其部分布料会由一种具黏性织物结构所构成;其特征在于,该具黏性织物结构包括:
一外织物层,以多个含耐纶纤维所编织而成;
一内织物层,以多个富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维所编织而成;以及
一中间织物层,置于该外织物层和该内织物层间,由多个波状纤维所编织构成;其中,这些波状纤维分别与这些含耐纶纤维和这些富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维交互编结;
其中该内织物层直接接触该衣物的使用者皮肤,以提供适度的黏性。
10.根据权利要求9所述的衣物,其特征在于,这些含耐纶纤维包含耐纶纱线。
11.根据权利要求10所述的衣物,其特征在于,这些含耐纶纤维还包含选自由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚酯、聚氨酯、阳离子可染纱线、可分解材质和可回收材质所组成群组的材料。
12.根据权利要求9所述的衣物,其特征在于,这些富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维包含聚氨酯纱线。
13.根据权利要求12所述的衣物,其特征在于,这些富含聚氨酯的黏性纤维还包括选自由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚酯、耐纶、阳离子可染纱线、可分解材质和可回收材质所组成群组的材料。
14.根据权利要求9所述的衣物,其特征在于,这些波状纤维是单丝纤维或多丝纤维。
