Meanwhile, in order to ensure the accuracy of adjustment in the length direction of the guide plate 2, the smaller the fit clearance between the guide projection 21 and the guide groove 31 is, the better the contact surface thereof needs to be subjected to surface finish treatment to reduce the friction force therebetween.
The position adjustment of the guide plate 2 in the longitudinal direction may be performed by gears in addition to the rolling/sliding engagement of the guide grooves 31 with the guide protrusions 21.
Specifically, a guide groove 31 is formed on one side of the installation backup plate 3 matched with the guide plate 2, and the inner side of the guide groove 31 along the length direction is toothed; two rows of gears meshed with each other are arranged on the guide plate 2 along the length direction of the guide plate, and the outer sides of the two rows of gears are meshed with the inner sides of the guide grooves 31; in the embodiment, 3-5 gears can be arranged in each row, and the number of the gears can be flexibly arranged and adjusted according to actual needs. The adjustment of the installation backup plate 3 in the length direction on the guide plate 2 is realized through the mutual engagement between the gears and the mutual engagement between the gears and the guide groove 31, and the gear engagement mode is higher in adjustment precision than the surface sliding mode, so that the adjustment is easier to control.
