Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the first assembly 810 is provided with a jaw connection convex 151 having a square-like structure, and the second assembly 820 is provided with a jaw connection concave 152 having a square-like structure, so that the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are elastically clamped by the concave and convex, and the flue gas purifying material can be conveniently loaded, taken out, cleaned and replaced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic view of an arabic-type convenient maintenance hookah, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are connected by a fastening spiral 153 having a spiral structure, so as to realize convenient loading, unloading, cleaning and replacement of the smoke purifying material.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are hermetically and fixedly connected through a nail-type fixing and connecting mechanism, the nail-type fixing and connecting mechanism includes a fixing and connecting mechanism 500 and a screwing device 600, the fixing and connecting mechanism 500 is used to align and connect the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820, and at the same time, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are also connected through the fixing and connecting mechanism 500, and the screwing device 600 is screwed to drive the fixing and connecting mechanism 500 to move until the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are locked and fixed. According to the connection mode, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 can be disassembled and assembled only by manually screwing the screwing device 600, other tools are not needed, and the smoke purifying materials can be taken out, cleaned and replaced more conveniently and rapidly; so as to maintain the long-term and high-efficiency use of the flue gas purification material.
It should be noted that the connection or splicing manner of the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 is only a partial example, and any other connection manner such as an anchor ear, a flange, a sleeve, etc. that realizes the connection of the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 by a combined connection structure can be used as a specific structure of the present invention.
Specifically, the manual screw is selected as the screwing device 600, and only one manual screw needs to be screwed manually, so that the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 can be disassembled and assembled without using other tools, and the convenience of cleaning and maintaining the hookah is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9 or fig. 11, the fastening mechanism 500 further includes a backing plate 501, where the backing plate 501 is a rigid member and is used for bearing the contact pressure of the hand screw, increasing the force bearing area of the first assembly 810, avoiding the direct hard contact and point contact between the first assembly 810 and the hand screw, and reducing the destructive force of the first assembly 810.

in specific implementation, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the screwing device 600 of the present embodiment is a hand-screwed screw, the fastening mechanism 500 includes a seat plate 510 in threaded connection with the screwing device 600, two sides of the seat plate 510 are integrally provided with fastening claws 520, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the seat plate 510 is placed above the first assembly 810, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are located between the fastening claws 520 at two sides, and one end of the fastening claw 520 away from the seat plate 510 is clamped with the concave portion 131 on the side of the second assembly 820, specifically, the concave portion 131 is located on the side of the purification material storage body 100; because one end of the hand screw contacts with the first assembly 810, the hand screw can only rotate in situ when screwing, and the seat plate 510 screwed with the hand screw drives the fastening claw 520 to move upwards until the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are locked and fixed.
Specifically, the fastening claw 520 of the present embodiment is made of an elastic material, and can be deformed appropriately, so as to facilitate the installation of the fastening mechanism 500 on the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 and the detachment of the fastening mechanism 500 from the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820.
The invention also provides an embodiment of the split type one-nail type fixedly-connecting mechanism.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the screwing device 600 of the present embodiment is a hand screw, the fastening mechanism 500 includes a seat plate 510 in threaded connection with the screwing device 600, two sides of the seat plate 510 are provided with protrusions 511, the protrusions 511 are used for being embedded into the grooves 522 on the fastening claws 520 to fix the fastening claws 520 on the seat plate 510, the fastening claws 520 and the seat plate 510 are connected in a clamping or hooking manner, and the two can be separated independently;
as shown in fig. 12, the seat plate 510 is placed above the first assembly 810, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are located between the clasps 520 on both sides, and one end of the clasps 520 away from the seat plate 510 is clamped with the concave portion 131 on the side of the second assembly 820, specifically, the concave portion 131 is located on the side of the purification material storage body 100; since the snap claws 520 and the seat plate 510 are independently detachable, the position relationship of the seat plate 510 and the snap claws 520 can be adjusted to facilitate the installation of the fastening mechanism 500 on the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820, respectively. Similarly, since one end of the hand screw contacts the first assembly 810, the hand screw can only rotate in place when rotated, so that the seat plate 510 screwed with the hand screw drives the fastening claw 520 to move upward until the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are locked and fixed.
The invention also provides an embodiment of the hinged one-nail type fixing and connecting mechanism.
In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the screwing device 600 of the present embodiment is a hand screw, the fastening mechanism 500 includes a seat plate 510 screwed with the screwing device 600, the latch 520 is hinged to two sides of the seat plate 510, and specifically, the latch 520 is hinged to the seat plate 510 through a pin 521, so that the latch 520 can be turned outwards relative to the seat plate 510;
as shown in fig. 15, the seat plate 510 is placed above the first assembly 810, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are located between the clasps 520 on both sides, and one end of the clasps 520 away from the seat plate 510 is clamped with the concave portion 131 on the side of the second assembly 820, specifically, the concave portion 131 is located on the side of the purification material storage body 100; since the fastening claws 520 can be turned outwards relative to the seat plate 510, the position relationship between the seat plate 510 and the fastening claws 520 can be adjusted by first engaging the fastening claws 520 on one side with the recesses 131 on the same side of the purifying material storage 100, and then engaging the fastening claws 520 on the other side with the recesses 131 on the same side of the purifying material storage 100, so as to install the fastening mechanism 500 on the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820. Similarly, since one end of the hand screw contacts the first assembly 810, the hand screw can only rotate in place when rotated, so that the seat plate 510 screwed with the hand screw drives the fastening claw 520 to move upward until the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are locked and fixed.
The invention also provides an embodiment of the lever principle slide-in type one-nail type fixing and connecting mechanism.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 20 and 21, the screwing device 600 of the present embodiment is a hand screw, and the fastening mechanism 500 includes a seat plate 510, specifically, the seat plate 510 is a bridge plate structure with leverage, two sides of one end of the seat plate 510 are hinged with fastening claws 520, the other end is hinged with a bridge nut 530, the bridge nut 530 is in threaded connection with the hand screw, and a beam structure at an end of the seat plate 510 opposite to the bridge nut 530 forms a lever fulcrum 513 of the lever principle slide-in one-pin fastening mechanism.
As shown in fig. 18 or fig. 19, the seat plate 510 is placed above the first assembly 810, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are located between the fastening claws 520 at two sides, one end of the fastening claw 520 away from the seat plate 510 can slide in the sliding groove 130 in the shape of a fan on the side of the second assembly 820, specifically, the sliding groove 130 is located at two sides of the purification material storage body 100, and a groove clamped with the fastening claw 520 is further provided in the sliding groove 130;
during specific operation, one end of the buckling claw 520, which is far away from the seat plate 510, is directly placed into the sliding groove 130, then the buckling claw 520 slides to be clamped with the groove, and similarly, when the buckling claw 520 needs to be taken out from the sliding groove 130, the buckling claw 520 directly slides in the opposite direction, so that the buckling claw 520 can be taken out without being clamped with the groove, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.
When the hand screw is turned, the hand screw can only rotate in place and the lever fulcrum 513 is constrained by the first assembly 810 and cannot move vertically, so that the seat plate 510 screwed with the hand screw drives the fastening claw 520 to move upwards until the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are locked and fixed.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 20 and 21, when the hand screw is screwed, since the seat plate 510 of this embodiment is a bridge plate structure with leverage, when the hand screw is screwed, the seat plate 510 can rotate around the fulcrum 513, that is, the end of the seat plate 510 where the hand screw is arranged moves upward, and the fulcrum 513 contacts the first assembly 810, further converting the force obtained by the rotation of the hand screw into the downward pressure transmitted to the first assembly 810 from the fulcrum 513, and further, the second assembly 820 cannot move downward because of being constrained by the fastening claws 520 until the first assembly 810 obtains the sealing pressure with the second assembly 820, so as to achieve the locking and fixing of the two.
In addition, when the hand screw is screwed, the seat plate 510 is inclined to a certain degree, and the direction of the hand screw can be kept unchanged when the hand screw is screwed through the structure that the bridge nut 530 is hinged with the seat plate 510 and the hand screw is in threaded connection with the bridge nut 530; when the hand screw of the embodiment is screwed, since the bridge nut 530 is hinged to the seat plate 510, the hand screw can always maintain a vertical direction and cannot change the direction along with the inclination of the seat plate 510.
The invention also provides an embodiment of the bottom-in type one-nail type fixing and connecting mechanism.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 22 to 24, the second assembly 820 further includes a bottom plate 110 disposed at the bottom of the purification material storage 100, the screwing device 600 of the embodiment is a hand screw, the fastening mechanism 500 includes a base plate 510 screwed with the screwing device 600, the fastening claws 520 are hinged to two sides of the base plate 510, and specifically, the fastening claws 520 are hinged to the base plate 510 through pins 521, so that the fastening claws 520 can be turned outwards relative to the base plate 510;
the seat plate 510 is placed above the first assembly 810, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are located between the fastening claws 520 at two sides, one end of the fastening claw 520 far away from the seat plate 510 is clamped with the bottom plate 110, and the fastening claw 520 can be turned outwards relative to the seat plate 510, so that the position relationship between the seat plate 510 and the fastening claw 520 can be adjusted, the fastening claw 520 at one side is firstly clamped with the bottom plate 110, and then the fastening claw 520 at the other side is clamped with the bottom plate 110 at the same side of the second assembly 820, so that the fastening mechanism 500 is installed on the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820. Similarly, since one end of the hand screw contacts the first assembly 810, the hand screw can only rotate in place when it is turned, so that the seat plate 510 screwed with the hand screw drives the fastening claw 520 to move upward until the bottom plate 110 is tightly fixed to the bottom of the purification material storage unit 100.
It should be noted that the structure of the nail type fastening mechanism is only a part of the illustrated embodiments, and is not limited to the arrangement of the structures such as "elastic material", "split type", "slide-in type", "hinge type", "bottom-in type", and the like, and all fastening mechanisms that realize the detachment and installation of the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 by a single screwing belong to the adaptive adjustment made according to the nail type fastening mechanism provided by the present invention, and realize convenient detachment and installation, and all constitute specific embodiments of the present invention.
Specifically, the pawl 520 shown in FIGS. 18-21 is a single bar-like structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8-17 and 22-24, the locking device is a plate-shaped structure formed by combining 3 locking claws 520.
It should be noted that the clasp claw 520 is not limited to a single bar-shaped structure or a plurality of combined plate-shaped structures, and any other structure of the clasp claw 520 capable of being clamped with the first combination 810 or the second combination 820 may constitute an embodiment of the present invention.
Preferably, the smoke purifying material comprises a crack bubble structure 700, and the crack bubble structure 700 is a structure with micropores or micro gaps to crack or crush smoke, or a three-dimensional structure with a certain height to prolong the length of a smoke purifying path after cracking.

Moreover, the gas purification device also comprises a multiple-cracking-bubble structure 700, so that bubbles of gas to be purified after being crushed are re-crushed by the gas purification material in the rising process, and the effects of the gas purification material on dissolving, absorbing, adsorbing and the like of harmful substances in the gas are obviously improved;
in addition, when the cracking structure 700 is completely or partially submerged in water, the large bubbles of the purified gas passing through the gas purification material are forced to be cracked into a plurality of small bubbles when passing through the micropores or microgaps, and the rising path of the cracked small bubbles in the water is bent due to the path characteristics of the cracking structure 700 or the purification material, so that the contact of the purified gas and the water and the purification opportunity are remarkably improved;
moreover, the gas water purification effect is enhanced by considering the interception of the micropores or microgaps of the crack structure 700, or by further including the purification effects of the crack structure 700 on the purified gas, such as the adsorption effect of the activated carbon on harmful substances in the purified gas.
It is understood that the above embodiments all adopt a form of matching the bubble cracking structure 700 with water-based or wet purification, and when the bubble cracking structure 700 has the functions of bubble cracking, range extending and purification, the bubble cracking and purification of the gas to be purified can be simultaneously carried out, so as to implement a gas purification mode without water.
In addition, the water base can be expanded and changed as follows, specifically, water is used as a purification matrix, and additives are added into the purification matrix water to modify the purification matrix water, so that the purification matrix water is more beneficial to removing harmful substances in gas; the additive can be a surfactant, an acid-base regulator, quicklime or quicklime water and the like.
Preferably, a multiple-burst structure 700 is provided in the purification material reservoir 100.
In specific implementation, the cracking structure 700 may be a material used for cracking bubbles, and the cracking bubbles can increase or promote the gas purification effect of other purification materials, such as glass fiber bundle purification materials, ceramic purification materials, etc.;

The rupturing structure 700 can be formed of, but not limited to, the same material combination or different material combinations as described above, or the same micro/micro gap structure combination or different micro pore structure combinations;
it is understood that combinations of different pore/micro-gap structures of the same material and combinations of the same pore/micro-gap structures of different materials may be considered as embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that each stage of the split-bubble structure 700 may have the same/different structure of the split-bubble structure 700, for example, the upper layer is made of activated carbon material, the lower layer is made of ceramic purification material, etc., and the split-bubble structures 700 of the upper and lower layers may also have the same/different micro/micro gap structures or split-bubble structures 700 made of materials, for example, the lower layer is made of straight micro/micro gap structure, and the upper layer is made of inclined micro/micro gap structure, etc., and the description of the structural features of the split-bubble structure 700 is only a partial example, and other specific embodiments are possible, and any method that combines and matches different types of split-bubble structures 700, or changes the single-layer or multi-layer multiple structures may be taken as specific embodiments of the present invention.
Preferably, the multiple burst structures are respectively composed of the same/different burst structures 700.
Preferably, the cleaning effect of the crack structure 700 increases in the direction of travel of the gas to be cleaned.
In specific implementation, the combination mode of the split-bubble structure 700 may also be different micro-porous/micro-gap structures made of the same material to form a combination of the split-bubble structures 700 with different purification efficiencies, or different micro-porous/micro-gap structures made of different materials to form a combination of the split-bubble structures 700 with different purification efficiencies; or a combination of different microporous/micro-gap structures of different materials. By combining the split bubble structures 700 in the above manner, gas split bubble structures 700 having different purification efficiencies can be obtained.
As shown in fig. 25-28, various combinations of embodiments of the rupturing structure 700 are provided.
It can be understood that the cracking bubble structure 700 and the combination thereof with different purification efficiencies as described above can be applied to the hookah as well, and by adopting the purification materials with different purification efficiencies and the combination thereof, a hookah with a self-selection of the purification degree of the smoke can be obtained;
it should be noted that the above description of the combination of gas purification materials is only a few examples, and not limited to the combination according to the purification efficiency or the combination according to the gradient size, and all other examples obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive work are within the scope of the present invention.
Moreover, with respect to the water smoking set with adjustable smoke purification degree, the following method for helping self smoking cessation can be obtained: according to the strong degree of the smoking cessation desire of smokers, the specific combination mode of the combined purification materials deployed in the water smoking set is selected by the smokers, so that the purification efficiency of the water smoking set on smoke is gradually improved, the addictive substances in the smoke are gradually reduced, the adaptability of the smokers to continuously weakening smoking interest is enhanced, and the final smoking cessation is supported. Preferably, the shape of the rupture structure 700 is adapted to the internal shape of the purifier material reservoir 100 so that gas passes through the rupture structure as it travels within the purifier material reservoir 100.
It should be noted that the shape of the rupturing structure 700 is determined by the shape and structure of the inner cavity of the purification material storage body 100.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 5, 24, 29 and 30, the present invention provides a burst structure 700 having a plate-like shape.
In the process of purifying cigarette smoke, because the pore diameter of the cracking bubble structure 700 is set as the micro pore diameter, when cigarette smoke passes through the cracking bubble structure 700, part or even most of tar contained in the smoke is intercepted or adsorbed by the cracking bubble structure 700, and the continuous use inevitably reduces the purification capacity of the cracking bubble structure 700 for the cigarette smoke, even loses the cracking bubble purification function, so that the regular cleaning maintenance for the cracking bubble structure 700 is necessary.
The method comprises the steps of performing a regular cleaning maintenance condition on the fractured bubble structure 700 to facilitate the loading and unloading of the fractured bubble structure 700; as shown in fig. 5, the bottom plate 110 is fixedly connected to the purification material reservoir 100 through the device hole 710 of the burst structure 700 by a screw; a sealing gasket is also provided between the rupture structure 700 and the base plate 110. When the bottom plate 110 is taken down, the foam cracking structure 700 can be directly taken out or put in from the bottom plate 110, and the convenient loading, taking out, cleaning, replacement and the like of the foam cracking structure 700 are realized.
Specifically, the form in which the rupture structure 700 is secured in the purification material reservoir 100 may be varied.
As shown in fig. 2, the top-in type conveniently maintained hookah depends on the first assembly 810 to press the positioning frame 140, and then the positioning frame 140 presses the foam cracking structure 700, so as to realize the fixed mounting and positioning of the foam cracking structure 700 inside the purification material storage body 100, wherein the foam cracking structure 700 is loaded from above the second assembly 820 and fixed inside the purification material storage body 100 through the positioning frame 140; after the connection relationship between the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 is released, the split-bubble structure 700 can be taken out only by moving away and taking out the positioning frame 140, so that the effect of more convenient and rapid taking out, cleaning and replacement of the split-bubble structure 700 is realized.
As shown in fig. 3, a top-in type rupture structure 700 is fixed by screws; specifically, the first assembly 810 and the second assembly 820 are fixed by screw connection, and the foam cracking structure 700 is fixed at the bottom of the purification material storage body 100 by screws. Due to the design of the structure of the jacking-in device, the crack structure 700 can be taken out, cleaned and replaced more conveniently and quickly; to maintain the efficient use of the crack bubble structure 700 for a long period of time.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned installation manner of the rupturing structure 700 is only a part of the illustrated embodiments, and any method of adaptively adjusting the position of the rupturing structure 700 in the purifying material storage body 100 without affecting the function of the rupturing structure 700 and the function of the hookah operation, so as to realize the convenient and fast dismounting function, constitutes a specific embodiment of the present invention.
Preferably, the flue gas cleaning material also includes a cleaning material used in conjunction with the fractured bubble structure 700.
During specific implementation, according to the practical application scene, select specific purifying material to use with split bubble structure 700 combination to strengthen this purifying material to the purifying effect of flue gas.
Preferably, the purification material is one or a combination of two of dry purification material and washing smoke water.
In specific implementation, the purification material can adopt a dry purification material, namely, the non-aqueous smoke purification material is used for replacing the washing smoke water, so that the phenomenon that the washing smoke water is sucked by mistake is thoroughly eliminated.
It is understood that extended variations may be implemented on the split-bubble structure 700, the flue gas water, the dry scrubbing material, including adding an agent to convert the flue gas odor to the flue gas water so that the flue gas odor may carry, for example, fruit or other odors; and a taste material is added into the purifying material, so that a new smoking smoke taste is added on the basis of the original smoke taste/Arabic tobacco paste taste.
Preferably, an inner sleeve body 120, an upper bracket 121 and a lower bracket 122 are further embedded in the purifying material storage body 100, and the flue gas purifying material is filled in the inner sleeve body 120.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 9, 29 and 30, the inner sleeve body 120 is embedded in the purification material storage body 100, so that the inner sleeve body 120 can be conveniently taken out and put in; specifically, the inner sleeve 120 is a square structure with openings at both ends and a hollow interior; the upper bracket 121 and the lower bracket 122 arranged at the two sides of the inner sleeve body 120 are of an overhead square frame structure; the smoke purifying material filled in the inner sleeve body 120 can be dry purifying material and/or scrubbing water, and is fixed by the upper bracket 121 and the lower bracket 122;
the whole inner sleeve body 120 is taken out of or put into the purification material storage body 100, so that the dry purification material can be taken out, cleaned and replaced more conveniently and quickly, the long-term efficient use of the flue gas purification material is maintained, the cleaning frequency in the purification material storage body 100 is reduced, and only the inner sleeve body 120 needs to be cleaned.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 29 and 30, the foam breaking structure 700 is disposed below the lower bracket 122 and fixed inside the purification material storage body 100 by the inner sheath body 120, so that the foam breaking structure 700 can be easily installed, removed, cleaned, replaced, and the like
When the position of the purification material storage body 100 corresponding to the lower bracket 122 is made of a transparent material, the lower bracket 122 inside can be seen from the outside, and the state of the bubbles inside the lower bracket 122 can be observed to know the cracking or breaking of the bubbles by the cracking structure 700, so as to judge whether the cracking structure 700 needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 30, an expanding structure 123 for preventing the scrubbing water from being sucked out is fixed between the upper bracket 121 and the inner channel 320 of the flue gas sucking channel. When the sucked smoke passes through the diameter-expanding structure 123, the pressure of the smoke is reduced, the flow speed is reduced, the capacity of the smoke for wrapping the washing smoke water is weakened, the washing smoke water is separated from the wrapping of the washing smoke water, and the smoke automatically flows back to the purification material storage body 100 through the smoke inlet of the channel in a smoking pause or stop state.
Preferably, the mouthpiece 210/inner channel 220 of the smoke inhalation channel is detachably disposed on the first assembly 810 or the second assembly 820.
