6. The fully degradable liquid agricultural concentrate of claim 5, wherein the soil conditioner comprises the following components: calcium conditioner and magnesium soil conditioner.
7. The fully degradable liquid agricultural chemical of claim 5, wherein the water soluble fertilizer comprises diammonium phosphate.
8. A fully degradable liquid agricultural chemical according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the raw material of the konjac fine flour comprises konjac glucomannan.
9. A method of preparing a fully degradable liquid agricultural concentrate as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 comprising the steps of:
