Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of treatment of male urethritis in urology, in particular to a wearable male urethritis nursing device.
Background
Urethritis refers to inflammation of the mucous membrane of the urethra, and is usually caused by the retrograde invasion of pathogenic bacteria into the urethra. The existing treatment scheme is generally to treat by using medicines, generally comprises external application and internal administration according to a medicine application method, and the external application adopts the matching of internal administration medicines.
When the male urethritis is externally applied, the medicine is usually smeared or sprayed in the urethral orifice and the foreskin to achieve the bactericidal effect, and the medicine is generally externally applied in a concealed environment for keeping confidentiality of patients; however, in practice, patients often need to go to work or work, and in a working environment, the patients do not necessarily have a clean, sanitary and secret place for changing the medicine, so that the patients can only externally apply the medicine after going home, and the external application is difficult to follow the medical advice, and further the treatment period of the urethritis is prolonged, the treatment effect is poor, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the existing male urethritis patients are inconvenient to externally apply medicines, the invention provides a wearable male urethritis nursing device which can be fixed on underpants of users, so that the penis of the patients can extend into the nursing device, and then medicine is automatically sprayed by controlling a liquid medicine supply part at other positions (such as the waist or a pocket), so that medicine changing at special secret places is not needed, the operation is convenient, the daily life and defecation of the patients are not influenced, the patients are ensured to apply the medicines on time, the treatment period is shortened, and the treatment effect is improved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a wearable male urethritis nursing device comprises a nursing medicine applying device fixed on the underpants of a user, a liquid medicine supply part and a micro air compressor, wherein the liquid medicine supply part and the micro air compressor are connected with the nursing medicine applying device through a plurality of hoses, the nursing medicine applying device comprises a shell body which is stuck and fixed with the underpants of the user, the shell is provided with a penis guider which is arranged after the penis of a user passes through the hole cut by the underpants, and the penis guider can be lifted by the driving of the compressed gas generated by the micro air compressor, and is matched with the tubular piece in the shell to form a closed medicine spraying cavity for accommodating the penis, a spray head is arranged in the closed medicine spraying cavity, the spray head is communicated with the liquid medicine supply part through the plastic hose, so that atomized liquid medicine generated by the liquid medicine supply part enters the closed type medicine spraying cavity through the spray head and is sprayed to the glans position of the penis of a user.
Above-mentioned male urethritis nursing device's an optimization scheme, liquid medicine supply unit is netted atomizer, has liquid medicine standing part and atomized liquid medicine export on netted atomizer, and atomized liquid medicine export passes through plastic hose and shower nozzle intercommunication.
In another optimized proposal of the male urethritis nursing device, the penis guider comprises a trumpet-shaped shell with openings at two ends, the penis of a user extends into the trumpet-shaped shell from one end with small diameter, a lifting air bag is arranged below the penis guider, the lifting air bag is communicated with a lifting air pipe joint on the outer wall of the shell through a first air pipeline, the lifting air pipe joint can be connected with a first air outlet of the micro air compressor through a plastic hose, a first switch button for controlling the exhaust or closing of the first gas outlet is arranged on the micro air compressor, after the first switch button is pressed down, the micro air compressor injects compressed air into the lifting air bag through the first air outlet, the larger diameter end of the penis guider is controlled to lift while the size of the penis guider is enlarged, and when the penis guider is lifted to the limit position, the closed medicine spraying cavity is formed by matching with the pipe orifice of the tubular piece.
According to another optimized scheme of the male urethritis nursing device, the small-diameter end of the penis guider is provided with an annular sealing air bag surrounding the inner wall of the penis guider, the annular sealing air bag is communicated with a sealing air pipe joint of the outer wall of the shell through a second air pipeline, the sealing air pipe joint can be connected with a second air outlet of the miniature air compressor through a plastic hose, a second switch button for controlling the second air outlet to exhaust or close is arranged on the miniature air compressor, and after the second switch button is pressed down, the miniature air compressor injects compressed air into the annular sealing air bag through the second air outlet, so that the volume of the miniature air compressor is increased, and a gap between the penis and the inner wall of the penis guider is sealed.
According to another optimization scheme of the male urethritis nursing device, the miniature air compressor is provided with an air discharge button, and when the air discharge button is pressed down, compressed air in the lifting air bag and compressed air in the annular sealing air bag are discharged simultaneously.
In another preferred embodiment of the above male urethritis treatment device, the length of the penis guide is gradually shortened from the lower side to the upper side, so that a slope is formed at the end with the larger diameter, and the slope can be attached to the end of the tubular member when the penis guide is lifted to the limit position, so that one side of the tubular member is caught at the outer side of the upper part of the penis guide and the other side of the tubular member is caught at the inner side of the lower part of the penis guide.
According to another optimized scheme of the male urethritis nursing device, the shell comprises an upper flexible connecting plate and a lower flexible connecting plate which are connected into a whole, a through hole is formed in the joint of the upper flexible connecting plate and the lower flexible connecting plate, one end of the penis guider penetrates through the through hole, and the outer wall of the penis guider is connected with the upper flexible connecting plate and the lower flexible connecting plate, so that the upper flexible connecting plate and the lower flexible connecting plate can be driven to change positions when the penis guider is lifted, and the end part of the penis guider is lifted; the upper flexible connecting plate is provided with an arc-shaped cover, the arc-shaped cover is matched with the upper flexible connecting plate and the lower flexible connecting plate to form a semi-closed cavity which is used for accommodating the penis guider and has an opening at the lower end, one end of the tubular part is fixed in the arc-shaped cover, the other end of the tubular part is inclined downwards, and the port at the lower end is positioned on the motion track of one end of the penis guider, which is far away from the lower flexible connecting plate; the nozzle is arranged on the inner wall of the arc cover, is provided with a connector penetrating out of the arc cover, and is connected with the plastic hose by utilizing the connector.
According to another optimized scheme of the male urethritis nursing device, the arc-shaped cover is made of aluminum foil, so that the arc-shaped cover has a shaping capacity while providing rigid support; and a silica gel layer is covered on the inner surface of the aluminum foil.
In another preferred embodiment of the above male urethritis treatment device, the liquid medicine supply unit and the micro air compressor are provided on a belt, and the belt is disposed around the waist of the user and covered by a jacket.
According to another optimized scheme of the male urethritis nursing device, the length of the waistband is adjustable, and the hoses for connecting the nursing medicine application device, the liquid medicine supply component and the micro air compressor are fixed on the outer surface of the waistband through magic tapes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the wearable male urethritis nursing device can be fixed on underpants of a user, so that the penis of the patient can extend into the nursing device, and then the medicine is automatically sprayed by controlling the medicine liquid supply part positioned at other positions (such as the waist or a pocket), so that the medicine is not required to be changed in a special secret place, the operation is convenient, the daily life and defecation of the patient are not influenced, the patient is ensured to apply the medicine on time, the treatment period is shortened, and the treatment effect is improved;
2) in the wearable male urethritis nursing device, the main body of the nursing medicine applying device is a penis guider, the initial position of the penis guider is inclined downwards, so that the penis of a patient is kept in a natural state, when medicine needs to be sprayed, the penis guider can be driven by compressed air generated by a micro air compressor to deflect upwards and is matched with a tubular part to form a closed medicine spraying cavity for sealing the penis, a spray head communicated with a medicine liquid supply part is arranged in the closed medicine spraying cavity, so that atomized medicine liquid sprayed by the medicine liquid supply part is introduced into the medicine spraying cavity and is attached to the glans penis and other parts of the penis, automatic medicine spraying is realized, the medicine liquid cannot be sprayed to other parts to cause waste due to the existence of the closed medicine spraying cavity, and meanwhile, in a normal state, the penis guider cannot influence the daily life of the urine and the like of the patient, and the air permeability is better;
3) in the wearable male urethritis nursing device, the nursing medicine applying device is combined with the underpants of a user, the underpants need to be cut into holes so that the penis can enter the nursing medicine applying device, the other part of the medicine liquid supplying part and the micro air compressor are the other part of the nursing medicine applying device, and the two parts are connected through the plastic hose to form a split type, so that the wearable male urethritis nursing device has the advantages that the medicine liquid supplying part and the micro air compressor can be designed on a waistband as required and can be shielded by the jacket of the patient or can be designed in a pocket or a backpack of the patient so as to be beneficial to hiding;
more importantly, as the medicine liquid supply component (namely the reticular atomizer) and the micro air compressor are the core components of the device, the service life is relatively long, the manufacturing cost of the device is basically concentrated on the device, the cost of the final device is greatly increased and is not suitable for the purchase of patients, and the nursing medicine dispensing device is contacted with private parts of the patients, and is not suitable for being recycled to other patients from the aspects of sanitation and psychology; therefore, the split design of the two parts ensures that the device has the characteristic of convenient renting and use, so that the patient rents the device at a lower price, and after rehabilitation, only the liquid medicine supply part and the micro air compressor need to be returned, thereby greatly reducing the economic burden of the patient during use.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following specific embodiments. The air bag, the mesh atomizer, the micro air compressor and the like used in the following embodiments of the present invention are all prior art, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable size and model according to needs, and the switch button and the like arranged on the micro air compressor are all designed by manufacturers for producing the micro air compressor and can be adjusted according to needs, and are not described herein.
Example 1
As shown in figures 1-4, a wearable male urethritis treatment device comprises a nursing administration device fixed on the underwear of a user, a liquid medicine supply part connected with the nursing administration device through a plurality of hoses, and a micro air compressor 6, wherein the nursing administration device comprises a shell 1 adhered and fixed with the underwear of the user, a penis guider 3 placed after the penis of the user passes through a hole cut on the underwear is arranged on the shell 1, the penis guider 3 can be lifted under the driving of compressed gas generated by the micro air compressor 6 and is matched with a tubular part 2 in the shell 1 to form a closed type medicine spraying cavity 4 for accommodating the penis in, a spray head 201 is arranged in the closed type medicine spraying cavity 4, the spray head 201 is communicated with the liquid medicine supply part through a plastic hose, so that atomized liquid medicine generated by the liquid medicine supply part enters the closed type medicine spraying cavity 4 through the spray head 201, and then sprayed to the glans of the penis of the user.
In the present case, the nursing dispensing device is combined with the underwear of the user, and the underwear needs to be cut into a hole to facilitate the penis to enter into the nursing dispensing device, while the other part of the liquid medicine supply part and the micro air compressor 6 is the other part, and the two parts are connected through a plastic hose to form a split type, which has the advantage that the liquid medicine supply part and the micro air compressor 6 can be designed on the waistband and be shielded by the jacket of the patient or designed in the pocket or the backpack of the patient for hiding as required;
moreover, the drug solution supply part (i.e. the mesh atomizer) and the micro air compressor 6 are the core parts of the device, the service life is relatively long, the manufacturing cost of the device is basically concentrated on the device, the cost of the final device is greatly increased, and the device is not suitable for being purchased by patients, and the nursing drug delivery device is in contact with private parts of the patients, and is not suitable for being recycled to other patients from a hygienic angle or a psychological angle; therefore, the split design of the two parts ensures that the device has the characteristic of convenient renting and use, so that the patient rents the device at a lower price, and after rehabilitation, only the liquid medicine supply part and the micro air compressor 6 need to be returned, thereby greatly reducing the economic burden of the patient during use.
Example 2
This embodiment is an improved scheme based on embodiment 1, and the main structure thereof is the same as embodiment 1, and the improvement point is that: as shown in fig. 4, the chemical supply member is a mesh nebulizer 7, the mesh nebulizer 7 has a chemical holding portion 701 and an atomized chemical outlet 702, and the atomized chemical outlet 702 is communicated with the head 201 through a plastic hose.
In the present embodiment, the mesh-type atomizer 7 is constructed in the prior art, and its size and specification can be adjusted and designed according to actual conditions, and its power supply can be a rechargeable battery to drive its operation.
Example 3
The present embodiment is another modified scheme based on embodiment 1, and the main structure of the present embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the improvement point is that: as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the penis guider 3 includes a trumpet-shaped housing opened at both ends into which the penis of the user is inserted from one end having a small diameter, a lifting balloon 302 is provided under the penis guider 3, the lift bladder 302 communicates with a lift gas line fitting 304 on the outer wall of the housing 1 via a first gas line 303, and the lifting air pipe joint 304 may be connected with the first gas outlet 601 of the micro air compressor 6 through a plastic hose, a first switch button 604 for controlling the discharge or closing of the first gas outlet 601 is provided on the micro air compressor 6, after the first switch button 604 is pressed, the micro air compressor 6 injects the compressed gas into the lift bladder 302 through the first gas outlet 601, the larger diameter end of the penis guiding device 3 is controlled to lift while the size of the penis guiding device is enlarged, and when the penis guiding device is lifted to the limit position, the closed medicine spraying cavity 4 is formed by the lifting of the penis guiding device and the pipe orifice of the tubular member 2.
In the present embodiment, the micro air compressor 6 belongs to the prior art, and can be designed and manufactured according to the realized functions, such as the control of starting and stopping the air exhaust by a switch button; the elevation balloon 302 is a balloon made of an elastic material and interposed between the penis guide 3 and the housing 1 to be increased in length by being charged with compressed air, thereby elevating the penis guide 3.
Example 4
This embodiment is an improved scheme based on embodiment 3, and the main structure thereof is the same as embodiment 3, and the improvement point is that: as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the small-diameter end of the penis guider 3 is provided with an annular sealing air bag 301 surrounding the inner wall thereof, the annular sealing air bag 301 is communicated with a sealing air pipe joint 306 on the outer wall of the housing 1 through a second air pipe 305, the sealing air pipe joint 306 can be connected with a second air outlet 602 of the micro air compressor 6 through a plastic hose, the micro air compressor 6 is provided with a second switch button 603 for controlling the second air outlet 602 to be exhausted or closed, and after the second switch button 603 is pressed, the micro air compressor 6 injects compressed air into the annular sealing air bag 301 through the second air outlet 602, so that the volume thereof is increased and the gap between the penis and the inner wall of the penis guider 3 is sealed.
In this embodiment, the annular sealing bladder 301 extends beyond the small diameter end of the penis guide 3 to form an extension that protects the penis from abrasion by the hole of the underpants. The design of the switch button on the micro air compressor 6 can be modified by manufacturers.
Example 5
This embodiment is an improved scheme based on embodiment 4, and the main structure thereof is the same as embodiment 4, and the improvement point is that: as shown in fig. 4, the micro air compressor 6 is provided with a deflation button 605, and when the deflation button 605 is pressed, the compressed gas in the lifting air bag 302 and the annular sealing air bag 301 is simultaneously discharged.
Example 6
The present embodiment is another modified scheme based on embodiment 3, and the main structure of the present embodiment is the same as embodiment 3, and the improvement point is that: as shown in figures 1-3, the length of the penis guide 3 is gradually shortened from a lower side to a higher side, thereby forming a slope at its larger diameter end, which is capable of engaging with the end of the tubular member 2 when the penis guide 3 is lifted to the limit position, so that one side of the tubular member 2 catches the outside of the upper part of the penis guide 3 and the other side of the tubular member 2 catches the inside of the lower part of the penis guide 3.
The penis guide 3 is designed in such a structure, and its main purpose is to make its end face capable of engaging with the cylindrical tubular member 2 so as to be staggered together to form a sealed chamber.
Example 7
The present embodiment is another modified scheme based on embodiment 1, and the main structure of the present embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the improvement point is that: as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the housing 1 comprises an upper flexible connecting plate 101 and a lower flexible connecting plate 102 which are connected as a whole, and a through hole is formed at the joint of the upper flexible connecting plate and the lower flexible connecting plate 102, through which one end of the penis guider 3 passes, and the outer wall of the penis guider is connected with the upper flexible connecting plate 101 and the lower flexible connecting plate 102, so that when the penis guider is lifted, the upper flexible connecting plate 101 and the lower flexible connecting plate 102 can be driven to change the position to realize the lifting of the end; an arc-shaped cover 103 is arranged on the upper flexible connecting plate 101, the arc-shaped cover 103 is matched with the upper flexible connecting plate 101 and the lower flexible connecting plate 102 to form a semi-closed cavity which is used for accommodating the penis guider 3 and has an opening at the lower end, one end of the tubular part 2 is fixed in the arc-shaped cover 103, the other end of the tubular part inclines downwards, and the lower end port is positioned on the motion track of one end of the penis guider 3 far away from the lower flexible connecting plate 102; the spray head 201 is installed on the inner wall of the arc cover 103, and is provided with a connector penetrating out of the arc cover 103, and is connected with a plastic hose by the connector.
In this embodiment, the flexible connecting plate may be a cloth sheet or a silicone sheet, which can be changed in shape to facilitate the lifting of the penis guide 3, and is flexible and can be attached to underpants.
Example 8
This embodiment is an improved scheme based on embodiment 7, and the main structure thereof is the same as that of embodiment 7, and the improvement point is that: as shown in fig. 1-3, the arc cover 103 is an aluminum foil to provide a rigid support and at the same time, has a shaping ability; the inner surface of the aluminum foil is covered with a silicone layer 104, but may be a plastic film layer.
Example 9
The present embodiment is another modified scheme based on embodiment 1, and the main structure of the present embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the improvement point is that: as shown in FIG. 4, the chemical liquid supply means and the micro air compressor 6 are provided on a waist belt 5, and the waist belt 5 is provided around the waist of the user and covered with a jacket.
Example 10
This embodiment is an improved scheme based on embodiment 9, and the main structure thereof is the same as that of embodiment 9, and the improvement point is that: as shown in figure 4, the length of the waist belt 5 is adjustable, and the hoses for connecting the nursing applicator and the liquid medicine supply component and the micro air compressor 6 are fixed on the outer surface of the waist belt 5 through magic tapes.
