Abstract
The invention discloses a fermentation extract of blueberries and snow lotus herb, a preparation method and application thereof. The blueberry and snow lotus herb fermented extracts are fermented extracts obtained by fermenting the blueberry and the snow lotus herb together by using saccharomyces cerevisiae, and the blueberry and the snow lotus herb are fermented by the saccharomyces cerevisiae to obtain products comprising three extracts including the blueberry extract, the snow lotus herb extract and the saccharomyces cerevisiae fermented extract. The combination of the three extracts has the effects of synergy, moisture retention and oxidation resistance, and has wide application prospect in cosmetics for helping skin to resist dryness and damage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of natural medicinal chemistry and the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a fermentation extract of blueberries and snow lotus herb, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin is composed of epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous adipose tissue, each layer containing moisture. The amount of water content in the skin is the key to whether the skin is young, tender, plump, glossy and soft. When the moisture content of the skin of the infant is high, the skin of the old appears delicate and glossy, and the skin of the old appears dry, withered, desquamated and even wrinkled due to low moisture content.
The moisturizing is a permanent subject, is an important condition for ensuring the health of skin and delaying aging, and is a target for people to develop and research moisturizers with excellent performance.
On the one hand, with age, the skin moisturizing mechanism is damaged, the water content in skin tissue cells and among cells is reduced, and when the water content of the stratum corneum is reduced to below 10%, the skin becomes dry, loses elasticity, wrinkles and accelerates skin aging. On the other hand, the skin is affected by heat, cold, wind, detergent, ultraviolet radiation, etc., and the top layer becomes drier. Therefore, it is important to maintain moisture in the skin and reduce moisture loss. Currently, skin moisturizers on the market mainly comprise a sealing agent, a moisture absorbent, a hydrophilic matrix, a light-proofing agent and some special additive ingredients. The development of novel skin care products which do not contain preservatives, can meet the requirements of different consumers and have better skin care effect is urgently needed.
In view of this, the present invention is proposed.

Evaluation of antioxidant activity and moisturizing effect:
the fermented products provided in the embodiment 1 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 of the invention, namely the blueberry, the snow lotus herb fermented extract, the blueberry ethanol extract, the snow lotus herb ethanol extract, the blueberry fermented extract and the snow lotus herb fermented extract, are subjected to DPPH removal experiments and skin moisture content experiments after being added into the facial mask for use according to the same raw material proportion, so that the antioxidant activity and the moisturizing effect are evaluated.
(1) And the antioxidant experiment detection of the extract:
DPPH free radical is a macromolecule with good stability by taking nitrogen as a center, the fading degree of an ethanol solution is in a linear relation with the number of electrons received by the ethanol solution, an absorption peak at the wavelength of 517nm is weakened after the DPPH free radical reacts with a substance with antioxidant activity, the antioxidant capacity is evaluated according to the change, the larger the DPPH clearance rate is, the stronger the antioxidant capacity is, and the method is an effective method commonly used for evaluating the antioxidant effect.
Dissolving 5mg DPPH in 100ml 95% ethanol;
1ml of sample was mixed (T) with 1ml of a solution of 95% ethanol and 2ml of ethanol DPPH;
1ml of sample was mixed with 3ml of 95% ethanol (T)0);
2ml of ethanol DPPH solution mixed with 2ml of 95% ethanol (C);
4ml of 95% ethanol (C)0);
After mixing, detecting the mixture after being protected from light for 30 minutes at the room temperature of 25 ℃;
three measurements per sample were averaged.
The radical DPPH clearance of the extract for the different processes described above is shown in fig. 1, where:
a is the DPPH clearance rate of free radicals of the fermented extracts of blueberry and snow lotus herb in the embodiment 1 of the invention;
b + C is the DPPH clearance of free radicals of the blueberry ethanol solution extract in the comparative example 3 and the snow lotus herb ethanol solution extract in the comparative example 4;
d + E is the radical DPPH clearance of the blueberry fermented extract of comparative example 1 + the snow lotus herb fermented extract of comparative example 2.
As can be seen from fig. 1: compared with DPPH free radical clearance, the separately fermented extracts are not as good as the products fermented together after being mixed in equal proportion, and the products extracted by ethanol are better than the products fermented respectively, so that the two products fermented together have obvious synergistic action.
(2) And moisture retention effect evaluation experiment:
adding 5 percent (a) of blueberry snow and lotus flower fermentation products into mask liquid, extracting a mixture (b) of blueberry and snow lotus flower by using an ethanol solution, performing blank comparison (d) of snow lotus flower fermentation products and blueberry fermentation products and mask liquid without extracts.
The population of 18-36 years of age was selected and randomly grouped into 20 individuals each. After the face is cleaned, the mask is applied for 20 minutes, the rest of the mask liquid is wiped dry for 3 minutes, the water content of the Skin is measured by an Antsci Skin-SP efficacy Skin tester and is calibrated to be 100%, and the water content of the Skin is measured again after 8 hours, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 skin moisture test results
Group of | a | b | c | d |
Skin moisture content (%) | 81-93 | 53-68 | 62-70 | 51-64 |
As can be seen from table 1: the moisture content (%) of the skin of people who use the facial mask added with the fermentation product is 81-93, and compared with a blank group, the facial mask can effectively slow down the loss of skin moisture and has a moisturizing effect. The process is superior to ethanol solution extraction and the respective fermentation effects of the two.
In summary, the embodiments of the present invention provide a fermented extract of blueberry and snow lotus herb, a preparation method and an application thereof. The fermentation extracts of the blueberries and the snow lotus herb are obtained by fermenting the blueberries and the snow lotus herb together by using saccharomyces cerevisiae, and comprise the blueberry extracts, the snow lotus herb extracts and the saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation extracts. Because the blueberries and the snow lotus herb contain various components beneficial to skin, compared with the snow lotus herb, the blueberries and the snow lotus herb have more sugar and moisture, and after the blueberries and the snow lotus herb are mixed according to a certain proportion, the material cost is saved compared with that of single fermentation. And the antioxidant activity and the moisturizing effect are better than those of single fermentation, which may be caused by the reasons that loss is reduced by co-fermentation and the two are matched to cause difference in yeast growth and metabolism and the like.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
