Abstract
The invention discloses a folding type widening section special tunnel lining trolley which comprises a template and a main portal, wherein the template and the main portal can be arranged on the inner wall of a tunnel; the template comprises a vault template and a side template, and the main portal comprises a portal beam, a portal upright post and a portal diagonal brace arranged between the portal beam and the portal upright post; one side of the main portal frame is connected with an auxiliary portal frame in a folding way; a template bracket beam is arranged above the portal beam, and a linear reciprocating motion actuating mechanism IV is arranged between the portal beam and the template bracket beam; a first linear reciprocating motion executing mechanism is arranged between the telescopic arm and the template bracket beam; in the whole construction process, repeated assembly and disassembly are not needed, the construction of the widened section of the whole tunnel can be completed only by once mold installation and once mold disassembly, and if the continuous tunnel construction is adopted, the tunnel can be opened from the previous tunnel to the next tunnel without assembly and disassembly; the construction efficiency of the existing tunnel widening section is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel construction equipment, and particularly relates to a folding type widening section special tunnel lining trolley.
Background
The tunnel lining trolley is special equipment which must be used in secondary lining in the tunnel construction process and is used for concrete lining construction of the inner wall of the tunnel. The concrete lining trolley is an indispensable non-standard product for secondary lining in the tunnel construction process and mainly comprises a simple lining trolley, a full-hydraulic automatic walking lining trolley and a net frame type lining trolley; in the working process of the tunnel lining trolley for the current tunnel construction, the following problems exist:
1. there are constructions that aim at employing special equipment: in the tunnel construction process, after a first widening section construction point is implemented, the template needs to be integrally disassembled, the template can be conveyed to the next widening section construction point through a channel of the existing tunnel, concrete pouring construction can be implemented only through integral assembling again, and in the whole tunnel widening section construction, the template is repeatedly disassembled and assembled, so that the construction procedure is complex, the efficiency is low, the labor cost is high, and the construction effect is poor.
2. Aiming at the construction without adopting special equipment: for some construction projects with short and few tunnel lengths, a special widening section lining trolley is not customized in order to save construction cost, but on the basis of the original tunnel lining trolley, supports are added by supports to carry out widening section construction, so that slab staggering at a joint where a template and poured concrete are butted is serious, the treatment difficulty is high, and the construction mode can also cause damage to the original lining trolley.

The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a special folding type tunnel lining trolley for a widened section, which can complete the construction of the widened section of the whole tunnel by only once installing and removing a mould without repeatedly installing and removing the trolley in the whole construction process, and can be opened from the previous tunnel to the next tunnel without installing and removing the trolley if continuous tunnel construction is carried out; the construction efficiency of the existing tunnel widening section is greatly improved.

In order to further improve the structural stability of the device during installation and construction, one end of the telescopic arm 7 is connected with an overturning-prevention roller 16 on the formwork bracket beam 10.
In order to adjust the height of the whole widening section lining trolley, a lifting actuating mechanism 19 is arranged between the main portal frame 1 and the auxiliary portal frame 2 and the ground 4 in the tunnel 5.
Preferably, the lifting actuator 19 is a lifting cylinder.
In order to realize that the device slightly adjusts and reinforces the size of the side formwork 9 and achieve a construction state, a linear reciprocating motion actuating mechanism five 15 for reinforcement is arranged between the main portal 1 and the auxiliary portal 2 and the side formwork 9.
Preferably, the linear reciprocating actuator five 15 is a hydraulic oil cylinder.
Preferably, a roller mount 23 for facilitating parallel movement is provided between the formwork bracket beam 10 and the formwork bracket beam 20.
Preferably, the traverse trolley 6 is a roller seat structure with a support frame.
Preferably, the first linear reciprocating actuator 11, the second linear reciprocating actuator 12, the third linear reciprocating actuator 13 and the fourth linear reciprocating actuator 14 are all hydraulic oil cylinders.
When the device works, the template is unfolded: the main structure of the portal frame is assembled firstly, the auxiliary portal frame is folded beside the main portal frame, then the template bracket beam is installed, the telescopic arm is installed above the template bracket beam, and then the template is installed. The telescopic boom is extended outwards (the hanging roller wheel is reversely buckled above the template bracket beam while extending out to prevent the telescopic boom from overturning) through external power of a hydraulic oil cylinder, so that the auxiliary door frame has enough space to be opened, and the transverse moving trolley on the telescopic boom falls above the auxiliary door frame to play a role in supporting and fixing; then sequentially unfolding the arch crown template by using a second hydraulic oil cylinder and a third hydraulic oil cylinder to enable the arch crown template to reach the required size; and the lifting oil cylinder adjusts the height of the whole widening section lining trolley, then the center line of the tunnel is adjusted through the four hydraulic oil cylinders, and finally the size of the side formwork is slightly adjusted and reinforced through the four hydraulic oil cylinders to achieve a construction state. And (3) recovering the template: and after the next working point is finished, the template is withdrawn in the reverse order.
