Abstract
一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料、制备方法及其应用,属于功能复合材料技术领域。所述涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料的结构表达式为:A/(adh/C)n/adh/B/adh/(C/adh)n/A;n为0以上的整数;式中:A表示表层,B表示阻隔屏蔽层,adh表示粘结层,C表示附加层,A与C的材质相同或不同,两侧的表层A的材质相同或不同;A、C的材质为热塑高分子聚合物,所述阻隔屏蔽层B的材质为水溶性树脂/CuS‑PDA或水溶性树脂/CuS高阻隔屏蔽组合物。本发明材料适用于于建筑、汽车、室内装饰、安全防护、材料包装、节能减排等领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料及制备方法,具体说是涉及一种可实现同时隔绝紫外光和红外光,并且还保持高透光率的多种功能复合材料的应用,属于功能复合材料技术领域。
背景技术
太阳光是一个巨大的能量体,因臭氧层被破坏导致强烈的紫外光直接照射地球,而紫外线因其具有较高的频率所以含有较大的能量,可以破坏一些有机聚合物的化学键使其老化;紫外光还可以使染料中的有机物褪色;当紫外光直接照射皮肤时,其可直接穿过人体皮肤表层,直达真皮层深处,破坏人体组织细胞。研究表明长时间强烈的UV照射会导致皮肤癌。所以对紫外屏蔽材料的深入研究是有重要的科研及实际应用意义的。
在太阳光能量中,紫外光波段(290-400nm)约含5%,可见光波段(400-700nm)约含43%,近红外光波段(700-2500nm)约含52%。可见光太阳光辐射的能量有一半左右来自于近红外(700-2500nm)辐射,而近红外光的辐射也是导致温度上升的主要原因。随着玻璃窗在现代建筑和交通工具中的大面积普及,为了调节室内温度,空调的利用率呈逐日上升的趋势,从而造成社会资源和能源的大量浪费。众所周知,在能源危机形式日趋严重的情况下,节约能源已经成为能源发展的主要战略。近红外屏蔽材料,由于能够吸收或者反射大部分近红外光,能够调节室内温度从而能够节约能源和提高环境的舒适性,因此在建筑或交通玻璃中得到了广泛的应用。
目前来说,虽然已经有了很多紫外屏蔽以及近红外屏蔽复合材料,但这些复合材料只具有单一的屏蔽性能。制备能够同时屏蔽紫外光跟红外光的复合材料,同时保持较高的可见光透过率更受关注。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中出现的问题,本发明提供了一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料及制备方法。这种材料能够屏蔽紫外光和红外光,同时保持较高的可见光透过率。在建筑、汽车、室内装饰、安全防护、材料包装、节能减排等领域有着重要的应用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料,三层以上的聚合物通过涂覆方法复合形成,其中聚合物包括树脂层,树脂层包括表层和阻隔屏蔽层;所述涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料的结构表达式为:A/(adh/C)n/adh/B/adh/(C/adh)n/A;n为0以上的整数;
式中:A表示表层,B表示阻隔屏蔽层,adh表示粘结层,C表示附加层,A与C的材质相同或不同,两侧的表层A的材质相同或不同;A、C的材质为热塑高分子聚合物,所述阻隔屏蔽层B的材质为水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA或水溶性树脂/CuS高阻隔屏蔽组合物。
所述热塑高分子聚合物的材质为PE、PP、PET、PVC、PS、PC、ABS、PA-6、PA-66或PU;所述adh粘结层为水性聚氨酯胶黏剂;所述水溶性树脂为聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的至少一种。
所述水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA或水溶性树脂/CuS高阻隔屏蔽组合物是包括以下组分的原料共混而得:

所述增塑剂为二聚甘油、三聚甘油、五聚甘油、十聚甘油、山梨醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、缩水甘油、聚乙二醇中的一种或两种以上混合。
所述热稳定剂为单宁酸、羟基酪醇、鞣花酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、6,7-二羟基-4-甲基香豆素中的一种或两种以上混合。
所述金属盐为氯化镁、氯化钙、氯化锌、硝酸钙、硫酸钙、氯化铝中的一种或两种以上混合。
所述紫外近红外屏蔽填料为硫化铜CuS或者表面包覆黑色素的硫化铜CuS-PDA。
所述硫化铜的形状包括粒状、片状、球形或线状。
所述表面包覆黑色素的硫化铜是硫化铜被多巴、多巴胺、盐酸多巴胺、酪氨酸中至少一种聚合物质经过聚合所得。
所述的表面包覆黑色素的硫化铜的制备方法如下:
a将硫化铜粉末加入去离子水中超声分散至均匀得到硫化铜粉末分散液;
b在上述溶液中加入多巴、多巴胺、盐酸多巴胺、酪氨酸中至少一种聚合物质,硫化铜粉末与聚合物质质量比为1:(0.05~1),调节溶液pH值为8~10,然后在25℃~70℃下反应3~24h,反应结束后经离心,洗涤后干燥,制得包覆黑色素的硫化铜。
所述的水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA或水溶性树脂/CuS高阻隔屏蔽组合物的制备方法为:将水溶性树脂、硫化铜或者表面包覆黑色素的硫化铜(CuS-PDA)、增塑剂、热稳定剂、金属盐分别按照所述重量份数称取,加入混合机中,充分混合均匀,制得预混料;然后将预混料在60-120℃的烘箱里塑化1-3小时;最后将塑化好的的预混料放入挤出机中,直接挤出造粒,制得紫外近红外屏蔽的水溶性树脂屏蔽材料。
所述的一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽薄膜的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a.将CuS或CuS-PDA高阻隔屏蔽组合物引入水溶性树脂溶液中制备水溶性树脂/CuS或水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA涂布液;
b.将水溶性树脂/CuS或水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA涂布液直接涂覆在经过电晕或等离子表面处理的表层表面,干燥后再经过电子束交联处理;
c.将水性聚氨酯胶黏剂涂覆与另一表层树脂层,干燥后再与上述经电子束交联处理的薄膜进行复合。
所述的一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料适用于于建筑、汽车、室内装饰、安全防护、材料包装、节能减排等领域。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
(1)本发明阻隔屏蔽层水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA或水溶性树脂/CuS树脂中所使用的增塑剂、热稳定剂和金属盐环保且无毒,可用于食品和医用阻隔屏蔽包装材料等领域。
(2)研发了水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA或水溶性树脂/CuS涂布液,解决了由于涂覆阻隔屏蔽层过薄而达不到高阻隔屏蔽的难题。
(3)本发明的涂覆型多层复合高阻隔屏蔽薄膜阻隔屏蔽层成本低廉,能够有效屏蔽紫外光和红外光,同时保持较高的可见光透过率,具有着优异的隔热性能。在建筑、汽车、室内装饰、安全防护、材料包装、节能减排等领域有着重要的应用。
(4)本发明中电子束辐照交联技术不需添加任何化合物,这克服了传统化学交联技术中通过添加化学交联剂的诸多问题:无化学助剂迁移、无溶剂挥发。辐射交联后,阻隔屏蔽层可与相邻层产生共交联,提高了相邻层与阻隔屏蔽层的层间强度和相容性,使复合膜的力学性能改善并有利于回收利用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,进一步说明本发明。
实施例1:
紫外近红外屏蔽的PAM/CuS-PDA或PAM/CuS高阻隔屏蔽组合物的制备
称取聚丙烯酰胺(淄博蓝尔清高分子材料有限公司,牌号APAM8870)100重量份、硫化铜(球形)0.1重量份、山梨醇15重量份、二聚甘油10重量份、单宁酸5重量份、氯化钙1重量份加入搅拌机中,充分混合均匀,制得预混料;然后再将预混料在60℃的烘箱里塑化3小时;接着将塑化好的预混料放入单螺杆挤出机中进行造粒;制得PAM/CuS阻隔屏蔽层树脂1。
实施例2:
(1)聚多巴胺包覆硫化铜的制备
首先称取1重量份硫化铜(片状)加入100重量份的去离子水溶液中,在冰水浴中超声10min,使硫化铜均匀分散;在上述溶液中加入0.2重量份的多巴胺(阿拉丁),调节溶液pH为8.5,然后在50℃下反应12h;随后离心、水洗得到干净的聚多巴胺包覆的硫化铜。
(2)紫外近红外屏蔽的PVA/CuS-PDA高阻隔屏蔽组合物的制备
称取聚乙烯醇(中石化长城能源化工宁夏有限公司,牌号1799)100重量份、聚多巴胺包覆的硫化铜(片状)1重量份、山梨醇15重量份、二聚甘油10重量份、单宁酸5重量份、氯化钙1重量份加入搅拌机中,充分混合均匀,制得预混料;然后再将预混料在60℃的烘箱里塑化3小时;接着将塑化好的预混料放入单螺杆挤出机中进行造粒;制得PVA/CuS-PDA阻隔屏蔽层树脂2。
实施例3:
(1)聚多巴胺包覆硫化铜的制备
首先称取1重量份硫化铜(线状)加入100重量份的去离子水溶液中,在冰水浴中超声10min,使硫化铜均匀分散;在上述溶液中加入0.05重量份的盐酸多巴胺(阿拉丁),调节溶液pH为8.5,然后在50℃下反应8h;随后离心、水洗得到干净的聚多巴胺包覆的硫化铜。
(2)紫外近红外屏蔽的PVA/CuS-PDA高阻隔屏蔽组合物的制备
称取聚乙烯醇(中石化长城能源化工宁夏有限公司,牌号1799)100重量份、聚多巴胺包覆的硫化铜(线状)4重量份、山梨醇15重量份、二聚甘油10重量份、单宁酸5重量份、氯化钙1重量份加入搅拌机中,充分混合均匀,制得预混料;然后再将预混料在60℃的烘箱里塑化3小时;接着将塑化好的预混料放入单螺杆挤出机中进行造粒;制得PVA/CuS-PDA阻隔屏蔽层树脂3。
实施例4:
(1)聚多巴胺包覆硫化铜的制备
首先称取1重量份硫化铜(球状)加入100重量份的去离子水溶液中,在冰水浴中超声10min,使硫化铜均匀分散;在上述溶液中加入1重量份的酪氨酸(阿拉丁),调节溶液pH为8.5,然后在50℃下反应4h;随后离心、水洗得到干净的聚多巴胺包覆的硫化铜。
(2)紫外近红外屏蔽的PVA/CuS-PDA高阻隔屏蔽组合物的制备
称取聚乙烯醇(中石化长城能源化工宁夏有限公司,牌号1799)100重量份、聚多巴胺包覆的硫化铜(球状)10重量份、山梨醇15重量份、二聚甘油10重量份、单宁酸5重量份、氯化钙1重量份加入搅拌机中,充分混合均匀,制得预混料;然后再将预混料在60℃的烘箱里塑化3小时;接着将塑化好的预混料放入单螺杆挤出机中进行造粒;制得PVA/CuS-PDA阻隔屏蔽层树脂4。
实施例5:
称取聚乙烯醇(中石化长城能源化工宁夏有限公司,牌号1799)100重量份、硫化铜(片状)1重量份、山梨醇15重量份、二聚甘油10重量份、单宁酸5重量份、氯化钙1重量份加入搅拌机中,充分混合均匀,制得预混料;然后再将预混料在60℃的烘箱里塑化3小时;接着将塑化好的预混料放入单螺杆挤出机中进行造粒;制得PVA/CuS阻隔屏蔽层树脂5。
实施例6
称取聚丙烯酰胺(淄博蓝尔清高分子材料有限公司,牌号APAM8870)100重量份、硫化铜(球形)0.5重量份、山梨醇15重量份、二聚甘油10重量份、单宁酸5重量份、氯化钙1重量份加入搅拌机中,充分混合均匀,制得预混料;然后再将预混料在60℃的烘箱里塑化3小时;接着将塑化好的预混料放入单螺杆挤出机中进行造粒;制得PAM/CuS阻隔屏蔽层树脂6。
实施例7:
复合薄膜的结构式表达如下:
PE/adh/(PAM/CuS)/adh/PE,
将PAM/CuS涂布液直接涂覆在经过电晕(2000W)表面处理的涂有水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的PE基材的薄膜表面,干燥后再经过电子束交联(电子束能量800Kev)处理;
将水性聚氨酯胶黏剂涂覆在表层PE基材一侧,干燥后与上述电子束交联处理的薄膜进行复合。
实施例8:
复合薄膜的结构式表达如下:
PET/adh/(PVA/CuS-PDA)/adh/PP,
将PVA/CuS-PDA涂布液直接涂覆在经过电晕(2000W)表面处理的涂有水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的PET基材的薄膜表面,干燥后再经过电子束交联(电子束能量800Kev)处理;
将水性聚氨酯胶黏剂涂覆在表层PP基材一侧,干燥后与上述电子束交联处理的薄膜进行复合。
对比例1:
为PP薄膜。
本发明实施例和对比例所得产品的测试结果如表1所示。

由表1数据可以看出,从对比例1与实施例1~8相比,使用PAM/CuS、PVA/CuS或PVA/CuS-PDA阻隔屏蔽层的复合薄膜具有较低的红外光透过率与紫外光透过率,说明复合薄膜具有着优异的紫外近红外屏蔽性能。从实施例1与实施例6比较可以发现,材料的紫外近红外屏蔽性能随着CuS含量的增加而提高。从实施例2与实施例5相比,黑色素包覆后的CuS在紫外区的透光率更低,说明材料的紫外屏蔽性能得到提高,但同时材料在近红外区以及可见光区的透光率几乎没有影响。从实施例7、8可以看出采用涂覆技术制备得到的多层透明复合薄膜具有着优异的紫外和红外屏蔽性能,同时也能保持可以接受的可见光透过率。

Claims (8)
1.一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料,其特征在于,三层以上的聚合物通过涂覆方法复合形成,其中聚合物包括树脂层,树脂层包括表层和阻隔屏蔽层;所述涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料的结构表达式为:A/(adh/C)n/adh/B/adh/(C/adh)n/A;n为0以上的整数;
式中:A表示表层,B表示阻隔屏蔽层,adh表示粘结层,C表示附加层,A与C的材质相同或不同,两侧的表层A的材质相同或不同;A、C的材质为热塑高分子聚合物,所述阻隔屏蔽层B的材质为水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA或水溶性树脂/CuS高阻隔屏蔽组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料,其特征在于,所述热塑高分子聚合物的材质为PE、PP、PET、PVC、PS、PC、ABS、PA-6、PA-66或PU;所述adh粘结层为水性聚氨酯胶黏剂;所述水溶性树脂为聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料,其特征在于,表面包覆黑色素的硫化铜的制备方法如下:
a将硫化铜粉末加入去离子水中超声分散至均匀得到硫化铜粉末分散液;
b在硫化铜粉末分散液中加入多巴、多巴胺、盐酸多巴胺、酪氨酸中至少一种聚合物质,硫化铜粉末与聚合物质质量比为1:0.05~1,调节溶液pH值为8~10,然后在25℃~70℃下反应3~24h,反应结束后经离心,洗涤后干燥,制得包覆黑色素的硫化铜。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料,其特征在于,
所述增塑剂为二聚甘油、三聚甘油、五聚甘油、十聚甘油、山梨醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、缩水甘油、聚乙二醇中的一种或两种以上混合;
所述热稳定剂为单宁酸、羟基酪醇、鞣花酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、6,7-二羟基-4-甲基香豆素中的一种或两种以上混合;
所述金属盐为氯化镁、氯化钙、氯化锌、硝酸钙、硫酸钙、氯化铝中的一种或两种以上混合。
7.一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a.将CuS或CuS-PDA高阻隔屏蔽组合物引入水溶性树脂溶液中制备水溶性树脂/CuS或水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA涂布液;
b.将水溶性树脂/CuS或水溶性树脂/CuS-PDA涂布液直接涂覆在经过电晕或等离子表面处理的表层表面,干燥后再经过电子束交联处理;
c.将水性聚氨酯胶黏剂涂覆与另一表层树脂层,干燥后再与上述经电子束交联处理的薄膜进行复合。
8.权利要求1~6所述的一种涂覆型多层透明的紫外近红外屏蔽高分子材料的应用,其特征在于,材料应用于建筑、汽车、室内装饰、安全防护、材料包装或节能减排领域。
