Referring to fig. 6, the scattering structure 42 includes a large impeller 421 and a small impeller 422, the large impeller 421 and the small impeller 422 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 32, and the large impeller 421 is located above the small impeller 422. Referring to fig. 8 to 12, the grinding mechanism 5 includes a gear barrel 51, a plurality of lining plates 52 and a grinding wheel 53, the gear barrel 51 is sleeved in the housing 2, the lining plates 52 are mounted on the gear barrel 51, the lining plates 52 surround the gear barrel 51 to form a cylindrical structure, the grinding wheel 53 is mounted on the rotating shaft 32 and is located in the gear barrel 51, a grinding gap is formed between the lining plates 52 and the grinding wheel 53, and the material enters the grinding gap from the air volume chamber 41, so that the grinding effect is achieved by the friction between the lining plates 52 and the grinding wheel 53. Specifically, the lining plate 52 extends towards the gear barrel 51 to form an upper clamping lug 521 and a lower clamping lug 522 which are symmetrical, the upper clamping lug 521 and the lower clamping lug 522 are jointly opened outwards, the gear barrel 51 is provided with a plurality of clamping ports 511 corresponding to the upper clamping lug 521 and the lower clamping lug 522, the clamping ports 511 are respectively clamped with the upper clamping lug 521 and the lower clamping lug 522, the lining plate 52 can be conveniently mounted on the gear barrel 51 one by utilizing clamping, or the lining plate 52 can be detached from the gear barrel 51 one by one, so that the mounting, the dismounting and the replacement are convenient, and the convenience is improved. A plurality of grinding flutes 523 have been seted up to welt 52, all grinding flutes 523 are arranged on welt 52, grinding miller 53 extends to welt 52 and forms the grinding tooth, the grinding tooth is blade column structure, grinding miller 53 includes grinding miller main part 531 and blade 532, blade 532 forms the grinding tooth, the draw-in groove has been seted up to grinding miller main part 531, blade 532 is installed in the draw-in groove and is fixed in grinding miller main part 531 through top and below threaded connection's mode on, form the grinding clearance between grinding flute 523 and the grinding tooth, thereby reach the powder grinding that will pass through.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, the classifying mechanism 8 is a screening wheel, the screening wheel rotates and has a screening gap, the powder can be sorted by the screening gap, the output end of the screening wheel is communicated with the discharge port 24, and the powder which fails to enter the screening wheel is discharged from the return port 25, so as to achieve the purpose of recycling.
The operation of the honeycomb mill production line apparatus 100 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 15, as follows:
the honeycomb mill production line device 100 is started, the fan 70a exhausts air and the heater 10 heats the air to enable a conducted high-temperature air flow loop to be formed among the heater 10, the feeding pipe 20, the honeycomb mill device 40 and the collector 60, materials are fed into the raw material bin 30, and the materials are pushed by the high-temperature air flow to enter the honeycomb mill device 40 through the feeding hole 21;
the driving mechanism 3 operates, the rotating shaft 32 rotates under the driving of the driving device 31, the lower feeding port 21 is fed with materials and hot gas, the activator feeding device 50 is fed with an activator to the grinding mechanism 5 through the activator interface 22, the upper feeding port 23 is fed with wet pulp or not, the materials enter the air volume chamber 41 and are stirred and pre-dispersed by the dispersing structure 42, the wind wheel 6 rotates to assist the materials to enter a grinding gap between the grinding wheel 53 and the lining plate 52, the materials, the activator and the wet pulp are mixed, stirred and ground, under the action of the wind wheel 6, the ground materials enter the grading mechanism 8, the grading mechanism 8 screens the materials to enable the materials to selectively enter the return port 25 or the discharge port 24, the materials which do not accord with the requirements flow out from the discharge port 24, the materials which accord with the requirements flow back to the return pipe 91 from the return port 25, and the materials of the return pipe 91 return pipe 20 through the air lock valve 92, the material to be recovered enters the feeding pipe 20 to realize the recycling again;
qualified material from the discharge port 24 flows into the collector 60, and the collector 60 collects the qualified material. It is understood that whether the lower feeding port 21, the activator port 22 and the upper feeding port 23 are introduced or not and the introduction amount can be adjusted according to the actual situation, and is not limited thereto.
Because the heater 10, the feeding pipe 20, the raw material bin 30, the honeycomb mill device 40, the activator feeding device 50, the collector 60, the exhaust fan 70 and the like are combined together, one side of the feeding pipe 20 is connected with the heater 10, the honeycomb mill device 40 is provided with a lower feeding hole 21 and a return hole 25 corresponding to the feeding pipe 20, and the other side of the feeding pipe 20 is communicated with the honeycomb mill device 40 through the lower feeding hole 21 and the return hole 25; the raw material bin 30 is positioned between the heater 10 and the honeycomb mill device 40 and is communicated with the feeding pipe 20; the honeycomb mill device 40 is provided with an activator interface 22 corresponding to the activator feeding device 50, and the activator feeding device 50 is communicated with the honeycomb mill device 40 through the activator interface 22; the honeycomb mill device 40 is provided with a discharge port 24 corresponding to the collector 60, the collector 60 is communicated with the input end of the honeycomb mill device 40 through the discharge port 24, the output end of the collector 60 is connected with the exhaust fan 70, the exhaust fan 70 enables the heater 10, the feeding pipe 20 and the honeycomb mill device 40 to form a conductive airflow loop with the collector 60, in other words, the honeycomb mill production line device 100 can be used for finishing multiple processes of gas heating, material feeding, activator feeding, honeycomb mill activation work, recycling of unqualified materials, collection of qualified materials, air suction and evacuation of the fan 70a in a production line mode, and the activation rate is improved while the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the method for manufacturing the honeycomb mill production line apparatus 100 according to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the honeycomb mill production line apparatus 100, by using the honeycomb mill production line apparatus 100, includes the following steps:
(S1) starting the honeycomb mill production line device 100, and exhausting air by the fan 70a and heating by the heater 10 to form a conducted high-temperature airflow loop among the heater 10, the feeding pipe 20, the honeycomb mill device 40 and the collector 60;
(S2) introducing materials into the raw material bin 30, wherein the materials enter the honeycomb mill device 40 through the lower material inlet 21 under the pushing of high-temperature airflow, the activator is introduced into the activator feeding device 50 through the activator interface 22, and the honeycomb mill device 40 is subjected to processing procedures such as grinding and activation;
(S3) separating the processed materials by the honeycomb mill device 40 and selectively sending the materials into the return opening 25 or the discharge opening 24, enabling the unqualified materials at the return opening 25 to flow into the feed pipe 20 and then enter the honeycomb mill device 40 again for recycling, and enabling the qualified materials at the discharge opening 24 to flow into the collector 60;
(S4) the collector 60 collects the qualified material.
Because a plurality of processes such as gas heating, material loading, activator loading, honeycomb mill activation work, recycling of unqualified materials, collection of qualified materials, air exhaust and evacuation of the fan 70a and the like are realized, the production efficiency is improved, and the activation rate is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A honeycomb mill production line device is characterized by comprising a heater, a feeding pipe, a raw material bin, a honeycomb mill device, an activator feeding device, a collector and an exhaust fan, wherein one side of the feeding pipe is connected with the heater; the raw material bin is positioned between the heater and the honeycomb mill device and is communicated with the feeding pipe; the honeycomb mill device is provided with an activator interface corresponding to the activator feeding device, and the activator feeding device is communicated with the honeycomb mill device through the activator interface; the honeycomb mill device corresponds the discharge gate has been seted up to the collector, the input of collector passes through the discharge gate with the honeycomb mill device intercommunication, the output of collector with the air exhauster is connected, borrows by the air exhauster makes form the air current return circuit that switches on between heater, pan feeding pipe, honeycomb mill device and the collector.
2. The honeycomb mill production line apparatus of claim 1, wherein the honeycomb mill apparatus comprises:
a base;
a housing mounted on the base;
the driving mechanism comprises a driving device and a rotating shaft, the driving device is arranged on the base, and the rotating shaft is arranged at the output end of the driving device and penetrates through the shell;
the feeding mechanism comprises an air volume chamber and a scattering structure, the air volume chamber is arranged in the shell and is positioned on the base, the lower feeding port is arranged in the shell and is communicated with the air volume chamber, and the scattering structure is arranged in the air volume chamber and is arranged on the rotating shaft;
the grinding mechanism is arranged in the shell and positioned on the feeding mechanism, the grinding mechanism is arranged on the rotating shaft, and an upper feeding port and an activator interface which are communicated with the grinding mechanism are formed in the shell;
the grading mechanism is arranged in the shell and positioned on the grinding mechanism, the backflow port and the discharge port are arranged on the shell and correspond to the grading mechanism, and materials selectively enter the backflow port or the discharge port by means of screening of the grading mechanism.

The honeycomb mill production line device according to claim 2, further comprising a backflow mechanism, wherein the backflow mechanism comprises a backflow pipe and a gas locking valve, one end of the backflow pipe is connected with the backflow port, the other end of the backflow pipe can be communicated with the feeding pipe, and the gas locking valve is arranged on the backflow pipe to limit the gas to flow.
4. The honeycomb mill production line device according to claim 2, further comprising a wind wheel, wherein the wind wheel is mounted on the rotating shaft and located at the bottom of the grinding mechanism, and the wind wheel rotates to drive materials into the grinding mechanism.

The honeycomb mill production line device according to claim 4, wherein the wind wheel comprises a rotating disc and wind guide blades, the rotating disc is connected with the rotating shaft, the rotating disc is provided with a wind guide opening, the wind guide blades are formed by extending the rotating disc outwards, and materials are driven to enter the grinding mechanism from the wind guide opening by means of rotation of the wind guide blades.

The honeycomb mill production line device of claim 2, further comprising a connecting assembly, wherein the connecting assembly comprises a bearing and a bearing sleeve, the base is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the bearing sleeve, the bearing sleeve is mounted in the mounting hole, and the rotating shaft is mounted in the bearing sleeve through the bearing.

The honeycomb mill production line apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the breaking structure includes a large impeller and a small impeller, the large impeller and the small impeller being arranged at a spacing in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, the large impeller being located above the small impeller.

The honeycomb mill production line device according to claim 2, wherein the grinding mechanism comprises a gear barrel, a lining plate and a grinding wheel, the gear barrel is sleeved in the shell, the lining plate is mounted on the gear barrel, the grinding wheel is mounted on the rotating shaft and located in the gear barrel, and a grinding gap is formed between the lining plate and the grinding wheel.

The honeycomb mill production line device of claim 8, wherein the lining plate extends towards the gear barrel to form an upper clamping lug and a lower clamping lug which are symmetrical, the upper clamping lug and the lower clamping lug are opened outwards together, the gear barrel is provided with a plurality of clamping ports corresponding to the upper clamping lug and the lower clamping lug, and the clamping ports are respectively clamped with the upper clamping lug and the lower clamping lug.
10. A method of manufacturing a honeycomb mill production line, characterized by establishing a honeycomb mill production line according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the method of manufacturing using the honeycomb mill production line comprising the steps of:
(S1) starting the honeycomb mill production line device, and enabling the heater, the feeding pipe, the honeycomb mill device and the collector to form a communicated high-temperature airflow loop by air suction of the fan and heating of the heater;
(S2) introducing materials into the raw material bin, wherein the materials enter the honeycomb mill device through the lower material inlet under the pushing of high-temperature airflow, and the activating agent is introduced into the activating agent feeding device through the activating agent interface and processed by the honeycomb mill device;
(S3) separating the processed materials by the honeycomb mill device and selectively sending the processed materials into the return opening or the discharge opening, wherein the unqualified materials at the return opening flow into the feeding pipe for recycling, and the qualified materials at the discharge opening flow into the collector;
(S4) the collector collects the qualified material.
