An automatic control heat dissipation and high temperature alarm device for automobile brake drum shoes is characterized by comprising a storage battery (5), a temperature sensor (11), a temperature controller (6), an air blower (3) and an audible and visual alarm device (7), wherein the storage battery (5) is connected with the temperature controller (6) through a lead, the inner side walls of the brake drum shoes (12) of two rear wheels of a truck are provided with sensor positioning holes (15), the temperature sensors (11) are respectively arranged in the sensor positioning holes (15), the temperature sensor (11) is connected with the temperature controller (6) through a sensor circuit (2), the air blower (3) is respectively arranged on the inner side surfaces of brake bottom plates (13) on the inner sides of the brake drum shoes (12) of the two rear wheels of the truck, the air blower (3) is connected with the temperature controller (6) through an air blower circuit (4), and the temperature controller (6) controls the air blower (3) to blow air towards the brake drum shoes (12) when the air blower (3) works, the sound and light alarm device (7) is connected with the temperature controller (6) through an alarm circuit.

The automatic heat dissipation and high temperature alarm device for the brake drum shoes of the automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blower mounting position is provided in the middle of the inner side surface of the brake base plate (13), and the blower (3) is connected to the blower mounting position by a screw ii (14).

The automatic control heat dissipation and high temperature alarm device for the automobile brake drum shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature controller (6) receives the temperature signal from the temperature sensor (11) and converts the temperature signal into a voltage signal, the temperature controller (6) processes and judges the voltage signal, and the temperature controller (6) outputs a control signal to a relay switch of the blower (3) to further control the blower (3) to operate.

The automatic control heat dissipation and high temperature alarm device for the automobile brake drum shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sound and light alarm device (7) is disposed in a cab of a truck, when the temperature sensor (11) detects that the temperature value of the brake drum shoes (12) reaches the pre-warning temperature value set by the temperature controller (6), the temperature controller (6) automatically controls a relay switch of the sound and light alarm device (7) to enable the sound and light alarm device (7) to work.
